LFG Winner Jasper Troy Comments on Attacking Oba Femi

LFG Winner Jasper Troy Comments on Attacking Oba Femi – On the final NXT before this Sunday’s NXT Battleground, tensions boiled over in a dramatic final segment featuring NXT Champion Oba Femi and his upcoming challenger, Myles Borne. The face-off between the two was abruptly interrupted when Femi was blindsided by none other than Jasper Troy — the winner of Season One of WWE LFG.

Earlier in the show, both Jasper Troy and Tyra Mae Steele were seen in the office of NXT General Manager Ava Raine. Raine had confirmed that both competitors, fresh off their exposure from WWE LFG, would be making their official NXT debuts in the coming weeks. However, Troy declared that he would “make an impact by the end of the night” — and he certainly delivered.

As Myles Borne warned Femi not to underestimate him and exited the ring, Troy launched a surprise attack on the NXT Champion, leaving “The Ruler” laid out. The shocking moment was Troy’s first official action in NXT, and it immediately sent a message to both the champion and the rest of the locker room.

Following the assault, Troy took to Twitter with a bold statement: “BEND THE KNEE.” The message, capitalized and direct, suggests that Troy intends to position himself as a force to be reckoned with in NXT moving forward.

Troy, who was mentored by WWE Hall of Famer Booker T during WWE LFG, has already gained a reputation as one of the brand’s most promising new prospects. Making a statement by taking out one of NXT’s most dominant champions on his first night only strengthens that reputation.

With Oba Femi set to defend the NXT Championship against Myles Borne at Battleground, Troy may have positioned himself as the next top challenger — assuming Femi retains. Either way, Jasper Troy has arrived, and the NXT landscape may never be the same.
