Karrion Kross Speaks Out on WWE Contract Leak – Karrion Kross has broken his silence on the personal toll caused by the leaking of his WWE contract information. In a candid interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, Kross revealed that he remains deeply upset over the violation of his privacy and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The topic came up when Helwani referenced a past moment when Kross appeared visibly frustrated. Kross confirmed that his emotions stemmed directly from the leak, explaining, “Whoever did it like that put me over the edge, because that was also happening.” He connected the timing of the breach to other professional setbacks he was experiencing at the time, including the absence of AOP (Akam and Rezar) and their manager Paul Ellering. “It was just like, kind of one thing after another. So it was like, very—I’m still pretty pissed about that.”
Kross admitted he doesn’t know who leaked the information and said it’s likely impossible to find out. But that hasn’t lessened the frustration. “I don’t know who did it. It’s impossible to say. I have no idea,” he said.
The core issue, according to Kross, was not just the information itself, but the intrusion into his private affairs. “But I was kind of out of my mind at that moment… and it’s just privacy, yeah? What I mean, like, I just, who the hell is supposed to know about that, you know?”
While acknowledging that leaks are unfortunately common in the wrestling industry, this particular breach clearly struck a nerve. Kross described the experience as a significant tipping point in a stretch of difficult circumstances.
Karrion Kross remains an active competitor in WWE and is known for his intense in-ring style and imposing character work. However, his comments underline the often unseen challenges wrestlers face behind the scenes, including the erosion of personal boundaries.
