In a recent instance, prior to the ROH Death Before Dishonor PPV last month, Punk shared an event t-shirt photo on his Instagram story that incorrectly listed the show date as a Saturday when it was actually on a Friday. Alongside the image, he used laughing and thinking emojis and added the caption, “Absolutely not shocking. How could this happen?”
The mistake was promptly recognized, corrected, and no incorrect shirts were sold, although some had been printed. It’s worth noting that Dana Massie, who is married to Matt Jackson, serves as AEW’s Chief Marketing & Merchandising Officer.
