Ryan Nemeth Sent Home After Talk With CM Punk

Ryan Nemeth Sent Home After Talk With CM Punk – As noted, Hangman Adam Page had been scheduled for a backstage pre-tape during AEW Collision. However, upon his arrival, he was informed that the pre-tape would need to be conducted off-site rather than at the arena. CM Punk remarks concerning Page were confirmed to be authentic rather than scripted as part of a storyline. Further details can be found here.

According to information from Fightful Select, Ryan Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler’s brother) was flown in for the Collision tapings. Unfortunately, upon his arrival, he was informed that his presence was unnecessary, resulting in arrangements being made for his return flight. Notably, Nemeth, a regular on The Elite’s YouTube channel, had an encounter with Punk shortly after Punk’s comeback during the premiere episode of Collision.

Punk’s grievance with Nemeth stemmed from a tweet by Nemeth that read, “Literally the softest man alive.” This tweet was posted subsequent to Punk’s return promo, in which he referred to the “Counterfeit Bucks.” Fightful added that Nemeth offered an explanation for his tweet, and the interaction with Punk did not escalate to any physical altercation.
