We’re live from the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri as the fireworks go off and we go right to the ring for another must see edition of MizTV as The Miz welcomes us.
WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is standing with King Baron Corbin, WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura and Sami Zayn, who is not a member of Team Flair at Crown Jewel. WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan stands with Team Hogan members – Captain Roman Reigns, Ali, Shorty G, and Rusev.
Miz says this is the most prestigious episode of MizTV, and then introduces The Nature Boy and The Hulkster. Miz introduces their teammates for Crown Jewel next, and mentions the ones who aren’t here tonight because they’re on the RAW roster.
Hogan addresses Flair and says he’s put together the greatest Hulkamania team of all-time, so all he has is one question for Flair – what ya gonna do when Team Hogan destroys you? Flair makes it clear there’s no love lost between he and Hogan. Flair says now Hogan has The Big Dog with him, oh no. Flair talks up his Captain, Randy Orton. He goes on about adding Drew McIntyre to the team and says when they get to Saudi Arabia, it’ll be just like Hogan after one more match with Flair – he’s going down. Flair says the same goes for Reigns, he’s tired of looking at Reigns. Hogan says Flair should check the history books because he’s never beat Hogan, and that won’t change. Hogan goes on talking up his team members.
Sami ends up interrupting and making fun of Shorty G for his height, and saying he will never be half the man that Nakamura is. Shorty fires back about embracing who he is and how important that is these days. He’s not backing down. Ali says G doesn’t gave to listen to a guy like Sami, he doesn’t even compete anymore, and he’s just a mouthpiece now, which is ironic because of how bad his breath stinks. Corbin cuts Ali off and reminds everyone he’s a king. Corbin says he will take Team Flair to victory. Corbin goes on and says Reigns will do what he always do – let everyone down. Corbin says Reigns is a former champion but this s his kingdom now – the people bow to him, and Reigns will bow to them. Corbin says fans don’t need a hero, they need a ruler and he will rule with an iron fist. Reigns tells him to shut up and fans pop. Reigns says he’s not a king. Reigns says the crown is stupid, so is the scepter, the cape and everything else about it. Reigns goes on and says Corbin is a problem, and the only way to fix that is punch him in the mouth.
Gable also wants in on punching in the mouths of the other team. Team Hogan gets hyped up but The Hulkster calms them. Hogan proposes a 3 vs. 3 match. Sami says they appreciate it but they’re not taking the offer, they will not do it on Team Hogan’s time, but they will think about it. Team Flair exits the ring but Hogan proposes the main event for tonight – Reigns, G and Ali vs. Corbin, Nakamura and Zayn. Hogan picks on Zayn and the crowd pops. Sami says they’re on for the match but Hogan didn’t read the fine print or get the memo – Sami tweaked his neck on the flight over and as a result, he is on the “do not touch” list. Sami says there is someone in the back he’s close with, who has been waiting for an opportunity for months. Sami introduces his special replacement and out comes Cesaro. Cesaro greets Team Flair and puts in his mouthpiece.
Cesaro heads to the ring for a fight and Reigns meets him at ringside. A brawl breaks out between the two teams. G leaps off the apron to take down Nakamura. Reigns launches Corbin into the barrier. Ali runs the ropes for a suicide dive to Cesaro. Team Flair returns to the ring to stand tall as “Real American” starts up. Team Flair looks on from the bottom of the ramp.
– We go to the announcers and they hype tonight’s show. Still to come, Lesnar and Velasquez face off. Also, the Firefly Fun House returns.
– Kofi Kingston and Big E walk in the back with Xavier Woods on the iPad as we go to commercial.
The New Day vs. Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler
Before the match, we are told that next week The New Day will face the Revival for the Smackdown Tag Team Championships.
Kofi Kingston and Dolph Ziggler start things off and Ziggler with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Kofi with a jumping back elbow and Kofi with a pendulum kick. Roode crotches Kofi on the turnbuckles and Ziggler with a super kick that sends Kofi to the floor.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Big E tags in and hits two overhead belly-to-belly suplexes on Ziggler followed by a belly-to-belly suplex. Big E clotheslines Roode over the top rope and then he takes Ziggler down. Kofi tags in and Big E elevates Kofi over the top rope onto Ziggler. Roode with a spinebuster to Big E and Kofi with a springboard chop to Roode. Ziggler with a rollup for the three count.
Winners: Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler
After the match, The Revival go after Big E and Kofi. Roode and Ziggler join in. Heavy Machinery make their way to the ring after their music plays. They take care of Ziggler and Roode with splashes. Dawson is sent to the flloor and so is Wilder.
– We see the Lucha House Party watching in the locker room.
– Rey Mysterio is in the back with Cain Velasquez and Dominik as we go to commercial.
– We are back with a video package for the Braun Strowman – Tyson Fury match that will take place on Thursday at Crown Jewel. They show us Braun Strowman attacking Tyson at the WWE Performance Center earlier this week. Cole brings up Tyson Fury and his condition. Corey says Tyson is not saying much but he feels Tyson will be 100% on Thursday.
Lacey Evans vs. Camron Connors
Lacey Evans says she has too much respect as a woman and athlete to compete in the ring with this nasty thing. She says Camron is scared to death at how bad Lacey will beat her up. Lacey says she will walk out of this ring and keep walking. This town does not deserve to watch her in action.
Lacey leaves the ring and walks away. The referee gets to nine and Lacey returns to the ring and connects with a Woman’s Right for the three count.

Backstage:
We go to Nikki Cross in the back and she says hello to Michael before the first question. Michael asks her about Bayley’s comments about the women’s division being lazy and lacking desire. Nikki says she feels that Bayley is feeling the pressure and she has no problem taking the title from Bayley. Tonight, she faces Mandy Rose and Mandy is a beautiful person but this is not a beauty contest, this is Smackdown.
– The Firefly Fun House is returning… Next! We go to commercial.
Firefly Fun House:
Now it is time for the new and improved Firefly Funhouse.
We go to the funeral for Ramblin’ Rabbit. Bray says we lost Ramblin’ Rabbit due to Seth’s attack. Abigail says he talked to much. Huskus says he introduced him to carrot case. Mercy says he was a good dinner. Bray says Ramblin’s mom wanted him to have an open casket. Bray says he never told Ramblin’ how much he loved him. He says good night sweet prince and kisses him on what was his forehead.
Ramblin’ Rabbit has regenerated and is alive again. Ramblin’ Rabbit says he doesn’t want to go back. Bray tells Ramblin’ he is safe. All you have to do is believe in the power…
Mercy eats Ramblin’ and Bray gives him the ‘aw shucks’ look.
Drew Gulak vs. Kalisto
Drew goes into the corner to get a mic as the bell rings. Drew introduces himself and he says he is a former WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Drew wants to finish his POWER POINT PRESENTATION. He mentions the ways that Braun can defeat Tyson Fury. We go to ways Braun can lose to Tyson Fury and we have 345 slides. He says Tyson can use his puglistic power to knock out Braun. Slide number two does not arrive and Kalisto with a drop kick. Kalisto with a kick and satellite head scissors. Kalisto with kicks and punches. Drew with a bear hug and spinebuster. The referee checks on Kalisto and Drew gets Kalisto on his shoulders but…
Braun Strowman‘s music plays and Kalisto with Salida Del Sol for the three count.

After the match, Braun enters the ring and he grabs Drew Gulak. Braun picks up Drew and hits a running power slam. Braun takes the mic and he puts it down to give Drew another power slam. Braun says this is what happens when you disrespect him. At least this man deserves to be in this run, unlike you, Tyson Fury. That is why at WWE Crown Jewel, he will send your ass back where you belong when you GET THESE HANDS.
– Daniel Bryan walks in the back as we go to commercial.
In the Arena:
We are back and Michael Cole is in the ring and he brings out Daniel Bryan.
Daniel mentions the heinous and indecent acts that you were accused of. Cole reminds us that Daniel pinned Shinsuke Nakamura last week and the crowd’s reaction after the match. Cole mentions that Daniel was not anxious to join the crowd in the reaction. Cole wants to know if the Yes Movement is back.
Before Daniel can answer, Shinsuke Nakamura‘s music plays and he makes his way to the stage with Sami Zayn.
Sami says Nakamura holds no ill feelings to the fact that Daniel Bryan pinned him last week. Sami says before you answer Michael Cole’s ridiculous question, Sami wants to show Daniel what he said last year when he said the Yes Movement was dead. Sami reminds Daniel that the crowd booed Daniel because they did not like the New Daniel Bryan. Sami says the New Daniel Bryan is the real Daniel Bryan. You are a good and honorable man while these people are not good or honorable. You really care about the planet and the environment. These people do not care about anybody but themselves. That is the truth.
The truth is that you are too good for these people. You have nothing in common with these people. You have a lot in common with him and Shinsuke. Sami says he is also a vegan. He is disgusted by factory farming. Sami says that Shinsuke cares about the oceans. What links the three of them is that they are three true artists. It seems that right now, your career is at a crossroads. There are two directions you can go. You can go backwards and revive the Yes Movement so these nitwits can chant “Yes”. You can go back in time, or you can move on and move forward. You can move forward and join them. Sami says he promises Daniel that they can take Daniel to new heights that were not imagined. They can offer Daniel more than these people ever could. Sami asks Daniel if he wants to move backwards with them or does he want to move forward with us?
Sami offers his hand and Daniel thinks about it. Daniel walks past Sami and Nakamura and out of the ring.
– We see Hulk Hogan in the back talking to his team.
– Nikki Cross walks in the back as we go to commercial.
– We are back and Smackdown Women’s Champion Bayley is at the announce table with the champion’s friend Sasha Banks.
Nikki Cross vs. Mandy Rose
Mandy with a forearm and she kicks Nikki in the corner. Mandy tosses Nikki across the ring by the hair. Mandy with another hair toss across the ring. Nikki with a satellite head scissors but Mandy with a punch for a near fall. Mandy with a Japanese Stranglehold on Nikki. Nikki with elbows and she tries for a cross body but Mandy catches Nikki. Mandy with a fallaway slam for a near fall. Mandy sends Nikki to the floor. Sonya with a forearm while Mandy distracts the referee.
Mandy gets a near fall. Mandy with a biel by the hair but she runs into a boot from Nikki. Nikki with forearms and a clothesline. Nikki with another clothesline and a splash into the corner. Nikki with a bulldog. Nikki with punches and then she hits a cross body for a near fall. Nikki tries to go after Sonya and Mandy tries to take advantage and Mandy gets a near fall. Nikki with a swinging neck breaker for the three count.

After the match, Cross celebrates as her music hits. We go to replays. Cross taunts Bayley and Banks through the ropes. They stand up and Bayley smirks at her with the title on her shoulder.
– We see Team Flair backstage warming up.
– We see Rey Mysterio and Cain Velasquez walking in the back. Back to commercial.
In the Arena:
Rey Mysterio and Cain Velasquez make their way to the ring.
Rey says three weeks ago his son Dominik was attacked and beaten down in this very ring. He showed that he is as tough as they come. Rey says there is no doubt his son is a Mysterio. Rey says that was the worst day of his life, having to hear his son suffer and not being able to help. Rey says Dominik is getting better. Rey says that Dominik wanted Rey to thank everyone for the support. Rey says Dominik says no one will interfere with his dream of stepping into this ring as a WWE Superstar.
Rey says Brock is a different story. For too damn long, Brock Lesnar has done whatever he has wanted whenever he has wanted. Now it is time to pay for what you did to his son. Next Thursday, his familia, Cain Velasquez is going to drop you once again and put a scar on the other side of your face.
Rey says it is time for Brock to come out.
Paul Heyman appears on the screen and tells Rey tranquilo. Paul says Face to Face this close to Crown Jewel when the Ultimate Thug and Hired Assassin wants to rip the title from the WWE Champion. You want to go face to scarred face? A scar put on Brock’s face by Cain Velasquez? Paul says he has news for the two of you. Paul says he has other things to do tonight than go face to face with Cain Velasquez. Paul tells the crowd to stop booing. Paul asks Rey if he can guess what Brock has been doing tonight?
Paul says he will give Rey three guesses. Paul wants Rey to guess where Brock has been doing what Brock has been doing.
Rey tells Paul and Brock to get out here.
Paul says Rey is lacking conversational skills. Paul says if you won’t guess what or where, will you guess to whom Brock has been doing what he has been doing? Paul says if you won’t engage in his speculation, Paul says that he will have to ask Brock to give Rey a spoiler.
Brock Lesnar picks up a barely conscious Dominik Mysterio and laughs. We go to commercial with Rey and Cain leaving the ring.
Backstage:
Back from the break and Rey and Cain are in a trainer’s room with Dominick. Lesnar runs in and attacks with a trash can, hitting all three of them and a trainer. Lesnar with a trash can shot and more strikes to Cain while he’s down. Lesnar launches Rey onto a table with a F5. Lesnar grabs Cain and launches him on top of Dominick with a F5. Lesnar walks off.
Roman Reigns, Shorty G and Ali vs. Shinsuke Nakamura, King Baron Corbin and Cesaro
We to to the ring and out comes WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair as his music hits. WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura is out next with Sami Zayn. Cesaro is out next. King Baron Corbin is out last for their team. He joins the others on Team Flair and they all head to the ring as Greg Hamilton does the introductions. “Real American” hits next as WWE Hall of Famers Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart are out. Shorty G joins them next. Out next comes Ali, followed by Team Captain Roman Reigns. Reigns stops on the stage and punches the ground as the pyro goes off. Team Hogan heads to the ring together as we go back to commercial.
– We are back and a very angry Cain Velasquez says that Brock is going to die.
Back in the ring and the match is in progress. Corbin, Nakamura, and Nakamura go after Reigns, Ali, and Shorty G. Corbin punches Reigns in the corner. Reigns drops Corbin on the turnbuckles. Reigns with punches to Corbin in the corner. Reigns with a boot to Corbin and a Samoan drop for a near fall. Nakamura tags in and Reigns with an uppercut and he goes to the floor for a Drive By on Corbin. Reigns with an uppercut to Nakamura and G tags in. G with an arm wringer and he works on the shoulder. Nakamura with an arm bar but G with an escape and side head lock. Ali tags in and G with a drop toe hold and Ali with a baseball slide for a near fall. Cesaro tags in and he stomps on Ali’s arm. Cesaro with a European uppercut. Ali floats over and hits a head scissors take down. Cesaro with a gutwrench suplex.
Cesaro with European uppercuts in the corner. Cesaro with an Irish whip and Ali slides into the corner and hits an enzuigiri and follows with a rolling X Factor for a near fall. Sami gets on the apron to distract the referee. Ali punches Nakamura and Cesaro sends Ali to the floor. Corbin tags in and hits a clothesline on the floor as we go to commercial.
We are back and Corbin grabs Ali by the hair and tags in Nakamura. Nakamura with a kick to Ali and he chokes him in the corner. Cesaro chokes Ali while the referee keeps Reigns on the apron. Nakamura with a snap mare and knee drop for a near fall. Nakamura with a rear chin lock to Ali and then he knocks G off the apron. Cesaro tags in and he runs into an elbow from Ali. Cesaro blocks a tornado DDT and Ali goes for a sunset flip. Cesaro stays on his feet but Ali with a DDT and both men are down.
Corbin pulls Reigns off the apron to prevent the tag and he sends Roman into the ringside barrier. Corbin tags in and Ali with an enzuigiri and G tags in and he hits a cross body. G with forearms and kicks. G with an exploder to Nakamura. G with a rolling kick to Corbin followed by a running neck breaker and a moonsault for a near fall. G with a drop toe hold and he applies an ankle lock but Nakamura with a knee to G to get him to release the hold. Corbin puts G on the turnbuckles and punches G. Nakamura tags in and they go for a double superplex. G with head butts to Nakamura and Corbin and then he hits a double missile drop kick. Roman and Cesaro tag in.
Roman with a clothesline and Cesaro avoids a flying clothesline. Roman with a rollup and a one arm sit out power bomb for a near fall. Roman goes for a Superman punch but Cesaro with a choke slam and Giant Swing. Cesaro with a Sharpshooter. Roman tries to get to the ropes but Cesaro pulls Roman into the center of the ring. Ali with a super kick and then he is given Deep Six by Corbin. G with a drop kick to send Corbin over the top rope. Nakamura with a reverse exploder to G. Roman with a Superman punch to Nakamura. Cesaro with a pop up European uppercut. Roman with a back drop to escape a Gotch Style Neutralizer. Roman with a Superman punch to counter a springboard move by Cesaro. Roman with a spear and then he tags in Ali for a 450 splash while Roman knocks Corbin off the apron.
Ali gets the three count.

After the match, the winners stand tall as the music hits. Hogan and Hart enter the ring to join the celebration as “Real American” hits. SmackDown goes off the air as Team Hogan celebrates.
