Sonya Deville Expected to Make Return Soon – WWE is anticipating the return of one of its stars who has been sidelined for some time.
That star is Sonya Deville, who has been out of action since August due to a torn ACL, with an expected recovery time of 9-12 months.
During her time away, Deville dealt with legal matters, including resolving a gun charge related to unlawful weapon possession. Additionally, she got married in New Jersey this past February, with several current and former WWE stars in attendance.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by Dave Meltzer, Deville has been training for her return following knee surgery and is expected to be back soon.
At present, it remains uncertain whether Deville will make her return in time for the WWE Draft, which commences tonight on SmackDown and continues through Monday’s Raw.
