After a lot of rumors and speculation, Alexa Bliss was nowhere to be seen at last night’s WWE SummerSlam.
Based on how things were playing out on TV, it looked like Bliss would be involved somehow in the Universal Championship match between Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman.
It looks like plans changed for Bliss or they are holding off on things for now but there was no hint of anything with her on the show last night.
It’s possible that there was a change in direction once they knew for sure that Roman Reigns would be back. As noted earlier, Reigns is going to feud with Wyatt and Strowman so it’s possible that Bliss has been dropped from the storyline.
On Twitter, Bliss liked a bunch of tweets from fans who were upset that she was not on the show.
Bliss tweeted the following before the pay-per-view:
You got to sin… to get saved.— Lexi Kaufman (@AlexaBliss_WWE) August 23, 2020
She retweeted this fan tweet during the show:
WHERE IS ALEXA BLISS?! #SummerSlam— The Amazing Mike 2.0 (@Reylo713) August 24, 2020
She also sent out this tweet at the end of the show:
