WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Results – Welcome to WrestlingAttitude’s coverage of WWE x AAA Worlds Collide, live on June 7, from the KIA Forum in Los Angeles, California.
Following the WWE signature open, we were taken to a cold open for the event narrated by Rey Mysterio that focused on the acquisition of AAA by WWE/TKO and the events that led to today’s show.
– After the cold open, we were welcomed to the show proper by the voice of Corey Graves. Shots of Rey Mysterio, Lola Vice and Stephanie Vaquer, Chad Gable, and El Hijo del Vikingo arriving at the Kia Forum before we went inside the arena. Graves was joined on commentary by Konnan. The Spanish commentary team, led by Marcelo Rodriguez was then shown.
We then got stirring performances of the Mexican and U.S. national anthems. In the ring, WWE’s Paul Levesque and Shawn Michaels were standing alongside Blue Demon Jr. and Marisela Pena from AAA.
In the Arena:
Rey Mysterio makes his way to the ring.
Rey asks the people how they are doing. He says 31 years ago, they held the first When Worlds Collide. He talks about eventually becoming part of the WWE roster. He says he thought lucha libre would only be seen in Mexico, but he is blessed and honored to be a part of the lucha libre revolution. He says the entire world will be able to see the one thing he fell in love with as a kid, lucha libre.
Trios Match – LWO (Dragon Lee, Cruz Del Toro & Lince Dorado) vs. Aero Star, Octagon Jr. & Mr. Iguana
Liv Morgan and “Dirty” Dom Mysterio were seen in the crowd having a closer look at the action.
All six stand off in the center of the ring before they get to one-on-one. Octagon and Cruz start things off. They shake hands and lock up. Cruz with a waist lock and Octagon with a wrist lock and hammer lock. Octagon rolls through with the hammer lock. Cruz with a flying mare and they go to a test of strength. Octagon with a sunset flip for a near fall. Cruz with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Cruz misses a leg drop and Octagon with a jackknife cover. Octagon blocks an arm drag and they go through a series of leg sweeps and covers. They go to a stalemate. Dorado and Iguana tag in. THey lock up and Dorado with a waist lock.
Lince with a wrist lock take down and an arm drag and kick to the back of the head. Dorado offers his hand and Iguana is confused and he wants to lick it. Lince with a kick and chop. Iguana with a satellite arm drag. Iguana gets his pet and he stops Dorado. Iguana with a slingshot arm drag. Iguana with a slingshot arm drag. Dorado with an arm drag. Iguana with a leg sweep and a cover. Dorado pets Iguana. Aero and Lee tag in. They shake hands and lock up. Lee with a side head lock. Lee with a shoulder tackle. Aero with a wrist lock and forearm. Aero with a head scissors but Lee with a cartwheel to land on his feet. Aero lands on his feet. Aero goes to the apron and he punches Lee. Lee kicks Aero and Aero kicks Lee from the apron and hits a twisting cross body for a near fall. Lee with a super kick to Aero in the corner. Lee is sent over the top rope to the floor. Iugana and Octagon with head scissors to Lince and Cruz. Iguana and Octagon with flip dives and Aero with a suicide dive.
Aero goes up top and he goes for a splash but Lee gets his knees up for a near fall. Cruz tags in and he hits a back elbow and hits a quebrada. Dorado with a splash for a near fall. Aero with punches. Dorado with a back rake and a lungblower for a near fall. Lee tags in and he goes for a belly-to-back suplex but Aero lands on his feet. Lee with a knee and Aero with a drop kick. Cruz and Iguana tag in and they exchange forearms and chops. Cruz goes to the apron and Iguana hits the turnbuckles. Cruz with a drop kick to the knees and a La Magistral and he rolls Iguana around the ring to disorient him and he gets a near fall. Cruz goes for a suplex and Iguana escapes. Iguana with a face plant off Cruz’ shoulders. Iguana with a wrist lock and a head scissors to Lee. Dorado throws down the iguana and stomps on it. Dorado gives the iguana a SPanish Fly. Iguana with a satellite head scissors take down. Iguana whips Dorado, Cruz, and Lee with his iguana. Iguana tosses the iguana around and then Iguana gets his with a triple super kick.
Iguaba is put on the turnbuckels and Lee with a double stomp. Lee with a suicide dive. Dorado with a shooting star press but Aero breaks up the cover. Octagon kicks Dorado and they go to the turnbuckles Dorado ges flipped off but Dorado kicks Octagon. They go up top and Dorado with a superrana. Aero with a springboard rolling cuter to Dorado. Lee takes care of Aero. Iguana with a head butt. Cruz with a springboard drop kick to Iguana. Lee with a leaping head scissors to Iguana from the apron to the floor. Aero with a springboard splash onto Lee. Cruz with a double jump twisting senton. Octagon and Dorado exchange chops. Dorado misses a splash and Octagon kicks Dorado on the turnbuckles. Octagon with a super Fallaway Slam for the three count.
Winners: Octagon Jr., Mr. Iguana, and Aero Star
After the match, Dominik Mysterio gets a mic and he says he sees that you are a big Rey Mysterio fan, but you forget that he is a deadbeat while he is a champion. Dom insults Rey in Spanish. Octagon Jr. gets in Dom’s face. Dom pushes Octagon and Octagon brings Dom over the guardrails and they go into the ring. Dom with a double leg take down and he throws some punches. Octagon punches back. Dom has to be held back and Octagon goes after Dom again. Dom with a double leg take down. Dom tells Octagon he will see him at Money in the Bank. He says he will put the title on the line.
Backstage:
Legado is in the back and they are asked how will they get it done tonight? Humberto says they are ready for war. Angel says they are the legacy. Santos says the WWE logo means something. With this, lucha libre can only be represented by this family. Santos says he is el comandante of the family and he will prove to the world who owns the lucha libre universe.
– Iyo Sky and Tiffany Stratton are in the crowd, in different areas.
Stephanie Vaquer & Lola Vice vs. Chik Tormenta & Dalys
Vaquer and Dalys start things off and Dalys pushes Vaquer to the mat. Vaquer with a rollup. Dalys with a Gory Special and she gets a near fall. Vaquer with a sunset flip for a near fall. Vaquer sets fo the Devil’s Kiss and Dalys gets her on her shoulders and sends Vaquer into the turnbuckles. Chik tags in and they hit an elevated bulldog for a near fall. Chik with a clothesline. Vaquer with a suplex and Lola tags in. Vaquer gets off the shoulders and Lola with a drop toe hold and Vaquer with a Tiger eint Kick. Vice with a kick for a near fall.
Chik with a discus forearm and a single leg take down into a single leg crab. Lola with a spin kick and Speedball kicks. Lola sets for the hip shake hip strike in the corner. She hits a series on Chik and Dalys. Vice gets a near fall on Dalya. Lola with a cross arm breaker but Dalys with a rollup for a near fall. Lola with a punch and knee. Lola with a punche. Lola iwht a kick and Chik grabs Lola but Lola punches Chik off the apron Dalys drop kicks Lola to the floor and Chik with a clothesline to Lola.
Dalys with a sit out gourdbuster for a near fall. Dalys with an Irish whip and clothesline in the corner. Chik tags in and hits a power slam for a near fall. Chik stretches Lola and Chik with a knee and DDT for a near fall. Chik with an Irish whip and an uppercut in the corner. Dalys tags in and she hits a drop kick to the back against the ropes. Dalys gets a near fall. Lola with a punch and Dalys with a slam. Dalys misses an elbow drop but she stops Lola from making the tag. Dalys goes for a suplex but Lola blocks it. Dlays with a knee. Lola with a boot to Dalys and an elbow to Chik. Dalys with a chop and Lola with an inside cradle for a near fall. Lola makes the tag and Vaquer with a forearm to Dalys followed by a springboard cross body. Vaquer with Eat Defeat to Dalys. Vaquer sends Chik into the turnbuckles. Vaquer with double knee strikes to both women. Vaquer with a dragon screw in the ropes to Dalys for a near fall.
Dalys with a chop and Vaquer chops back. Vaquer with a belly-to-back suplex and she sets for the Devil’s Kiss. Lola does the same to Chik. Lola with a cannonball to Chik off the apron. Dalys with a torture rack but Vaquer counters with a rollup for a near fall. Vaquer with SVB for the three count.
Winners: Stephanie Vaquer and Lola Vice
Vero Rodriguez is in the ring with Lola and Stephanie. Lola says she is happy to be able to represent her culture and she puts over Stephanie. Stephanie is asked if she is ready for Money in the Bank. She says she will be Ms. Money in the Bank.
Backstage:
Chad Gable is asked about some of the things he has said about Mexican people and fighting Vikingo tonight. Chad says this is like a second home to him. The luchadores might have a problem with hm, but the people love him. Chad says he has embraced lucha libre. Chad says it is a big day because El Grande Americano is going to win Money in the Bank and Chad says he will be the Mega Champion.
Trios Match – Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Angel & Berto) vs. Psycho Clown, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. & Pagano
Santos kicks Clown’s hand away before the match.
Wagner and Humberto start things off. They lock up and Humberto with a clean break. Humberto kicks Wagner and he works on the wrist. Wagner with a side head lock. Wagner with a shoulder tackle and a head scissors take down. Wagner with an arm drag into an arm bar. Angel tags in and he punches Wagner. Humberto with a leap frog splash and Angel with a punch for a near fall. Clown tags in and he hits a cross body. Clown with a pop up forearm and a power slam for a near fall. Clown with a kick. Clown with forearms. Angel with an Irish whip but he misses a splash. lown with a kick to Humberto and Humberto with a waist lock on Humberto and Clown with a double German suplex. Clown gets a near fall on Angel. Clown goes after Santos but Santos goes to the floor. Clown with a suicide dive to Santos.
Clown sends Humberto into Angel and Pagano tags in and hits a missile drop kick. Pagano with a double flap jack. Angel with a kick. Angel with a chop and Humberto is sent to the floor. Angel sends Pagano into the ropes and he connects with an uppercut. Pagano clotheslines Angel over the top rope to the floor. Santos pulls Humberto out of the way and Pagano hits the floor hard. Angel gets a near fall on Pagano. Angel with a back elbow and Santos tags in. Humberto tags in and Humberto holds Pagano against the ropes for a triple kick. Humberto gets a near fall. Humberto with a slam and he hits a back roll into a moonsault for a near fall. Humberto chokes Pagano in the ropes and Santos and Angel kick Pagano in the ropes. Santos tags in and he kicks Pagano in the head. Santos with a snap mare.
Santos with a double wrist lock and Pagano with punches. Pagano with a blockbuster and both men are down. Santos keeps Pagano from making the tag. Pagano kicks Santos and Clown tags in and he clotheslines Humberto and connects with a forearm followed by a power slam. Angel is sent into the turnbuckles and Clown with a Northern Lariat. Clown puts Angel in the tree of woe followed by a hesitation drop kick. Clown kicks Santos and he hits Code Red on Humberto for a near fall. Santos and Wagner tag in and they exchange chops. Wagner with a clothesline to Santos followed by chops to Humberto and a dragon screw. Wagner with a dragon screw to Angel. Pagano with a suicide dive to Angel. Wagner and Clown with dives as well.
Everyone is back in the ring and they face off. Many punches are being thrown. Wagner with a kick to Santos and a knee in the corner. Wagner with a Falcon Arrow to Santos but Angel makes the save. Humberto tags in and he puts Wagner on the turnbuckles. Humberto chops Wagner and Angel tags in. They hit the double press slam from the turnbuckles. Clown with a Psycho Driver on the apron. ANgel with an Asai Moonsault onto Wagner. Pagano with a cross body onto Angel. Wagner kicks Santos off the apron and he hits a cannonball off the ring steps for a near fall. Clown with a back heel kick and a sit out power bomb to Angel. Humberto with a kick to Clown but Pagano with a Codebreaker to Humberto. Santos says something to Humberto and he hits a cross body on everyone. Wagner gets a near fall on Santos.
Wagner goes to the turnbuckles but Santos kicks Wagner. Wagner with forearms on the turnbuckles and Santos with a head butt. Santos with a super rana and he gets a near fall. Santos sets for the Phantom Driver but Wagner escapes and he gets a near fall with a victory roll. Santos with a knee and Phantom Driver to Wagner for the three count.

Backstage:
Vikingo is in the back with Vero and he is asked about his match against Chad Gable. Vikingo says he is going to fly tonight and he is ready to defend his title tonight.
NXT North American Championship Fatal 4-Way – Ethan Page (c) vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Rey Fénix vs. Laredo Kid
Page is outnumbered at the start of the match and he tries to leave the ring but Evans keeps him in. Fenix and Evans with kicks and Laredo with a drop kick to send Page to the floor. Evans and Larendo go after Fenix and Laredo with an arm drag. Laredo with a head scissors to Fenix and a kick to Page. Page moves when Laredo goes for a dive. Fenix kicks Laredo to the floor. Fenix and Evans are in the ring. Fenix tells Evans to hit him and Evans teases a forearm but goes for a rollup for a near fall. Then they go to chops. Evans with forearms and Evans with a slingshot arm drag. Fenix with a chop and wrist lock as he goes to the ropes for a springboard wrist lock take down. Fenix with a head scissors and Evans lands on his feet. Page pushes Fenix into Evans and he kicks both men. Laredo with a head scissors to Page. Fenix with a head scissors off the turnbuckles to Larendo. Page with a rana to Laredo. Evans with a slingshot head scissors to Page. Fenix chops Evans after Evans sends Page to the floor. Fenix swings in the ropes and hits a spider kick. Evans goes to the floor. Fenix goes up top and Laredo stops him.
Laredo kicks Page away and Laredo with a moonsault onto Evans and Page. Fenix with a twisting pescado onto everyone on the floor. Fenix with a DDT to Page for a near fall. Fenix sets for a muscle buster on Page but Evans stops Fenix. Evans punches Page while Konnan responds to the tables chants. Laredo kicks and punches Page. Page slams Laredo onto Evans and he hits a splash for a near fall. Page with a slam for a near fall on Evans. Fenix misses the spider kick and Laredo with a forearm and a forearm into the corner. Laredo with a Michinoku Driver to Fenix followed by a springboard moonsault to Fenix.

Evans with a springboard cutter to Fenix but Page makes the save. Evans grabs Page and punches him. Page sends the ropes into Evans’ throat and he sends Evans into the turnbuckles. Page and Fenix are in the ring. Fenix with a drop kick and he goes up top and hits the running kick. Laredo misses a splash and Fenix with a kick. Fenix with a victory roll into a double stomp. Fenix with a round kick and a back heel kick. Fenix with more kicks.
Fenix with Emerald Frosion for a near fall. Fenix with a round kick to Page and then Fenix kicks Page and Lardo. Evans with a clothesline off the turnbuckles to Page. Evans is the first to his feet and he gets Laredo and chops him in the corner. Evans puts Laredo on the turnbuckles. Evans sets for Spanish Fly. Evans is knocked off the turnbuckles and hits the steps. Fenix escapes Ego’s Edge and he kicks Page. Fenix with Spanish Fly to Laredo and Page with Ego’s Edge to Fenix but Evans with a frog splash to break up the cover.
Evans with a punch and he hits the cutter off the turnbuckles on Laredo. Page sends Fenix and Evans to the floor. Page with Twisted Grit to Laredo for the three count.

AAA Mega Championship Match – El Hijo del Vikingo (c) vs. Chad Gable
They lock up and Chad with a wrist lock. Vikingo with a reversal into an arm bar. Vikingo blocks an attempt to reverse the hold. Chad with a drop toe hold into an arm bar and wrist lock. Vikingo with a single leg and he applies an arm bar. Vikingo with The Rune and Chad escapes. Chad with a La Magistral for a near fall. Vikingo with a rolling arm drag. Chad with an arm bar. Vikingo with a back slide for a near fall. Chad goes for the legs but Vikingo escapes. They go for a test of strength and Chad gets the early advantage but Vikingo bridges to get back to a level point. Chad flips Vikingo over but Vikingo with a leg sweep for a near fall. Chad bridges and he blocks a cover. Chad with a body scissors and rollup for a near fall. Chad with a double wrist lock but Vikingo goes for a triangle. Chad counters into an ankle lock. Vikingo escapes.

Vikingo with a running double knee strike against the ropes and Chad goes to the floor. Vikingo with a springboard 630 splash to Chad on the floor. Vikingo gets a near fall. Vikingo drop kicks Chad through the ropes. Vikingo with a shooting star press off the apron but Chad gets his knees up. Chad sends Vikingo into the ring steps.

Chad tries to send Vikingo to the floor but Vikingo rebounds off the ropes. Vikingo with a kick and he puts Chad in the ropes. Vikingo goes up top and hits a double stomp for a near fall. Chad sends Vikingo to the apron and Vikingo with a kick. Vikingo goes to the ropes and he hits a springboard twisting 450 splash for a near fall. Chad catches Vikingo off the ropes and Chad with a Niagara Driver for a near fall. Chad goes up top and he misses a moonsault but he lands on his feet. Vikingo with a boot and Chad with a palm strike. Chad with a pile driver off the turnbuckles for a near fall. Vikingo with an uppercut and forearm. Vikingo puts Chad on the top rope and he hits a springboard drop kick to send Chad to the apron.
Vikingo goes up top and hits a Destroyer on the apron. Vikingo gets a near fall. They go back to the floor and Vikingo puts Chad onto the table. Vikingo goes up top but Chad pushes Vikingo off. Chad puts Vikingo on the table. Chad hits a moonsault through the table. The referee starts his count. They both beat the ten count. They exchange slaps. Vikingo with forearms but he misses a kick. Chad with an ankle lock. Vikingo is pulled into the center of the ring and Chad with a German suplex but Vikingo lands on his feet and Vikingo with a rolling kick. Vikingo’s leg gives out a bit and he hits a poisonrana off the top rope. Vikingo with a running double knee strike and he goes up top and hits the 630 splash for the three count.
Winner: El Hijo del Vikingo

WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Preview
WWE and Lucha Libre AAA are set to collaborate for the first time under WWE’s ownership, bringing fans the highly anticipated Worlds Collide event later tonight. Taking place at the KIA Forum in Los Angeles, California, the show will be available for free worldwide via WWE’s official YouTube channel. This partnership marks a significant step in WWE’s expansion into the lucha libre market following its acquisition of AAA earlier this year.
Strategically scheduled as part of a major wrestling weekend, Worlds Collide will precede Money in the Bank, airing at 3:00 PM Eastern Time to allow viewers to experience both events back-to-back. To ensure accessibility for a diverse audience, WWE has confirmed that the event will feature separate English and Spanish commentary streams on YouTube, further emphasizing the global appeal of this crossover show.
Headlining the card, El Hijo del Vikingo will defend the AAA Mega Championship against WWE’s Chad Gable in what is expected to be an intense clash of styles. Vikingo’s high-flying offense has made him one of AAA’s most celebrated stars, while Gable has built a reputation for technical excellence, making this a compelling battle between two elite competitors.
