WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Preview

WWE x AAA Worlds Collide Preview – WWE and Lucha Libre AAA are joining forces for the first time under WWE ownership to present Worlds Collide, a landmark inter-promotional event set for later tonight. The show will emanate from the KIA Forum in Los Angeles, California, and will stream live and free worldwide on WWE’s official YouTube channel.

The event is strategically scheduled as part of a blockbuster wrestling weekend that also includes Money in the Bank later that same evening. Worlds Collide will air at a special time of 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) to allow fans to experience both events.

WWE has confirmed that Worlds Collide will feature commentary in both English and Spanish, with separate YouTube streams for each language. This unique collaboration is one of the first major moves following WWE’s acquisition of AAA earlier this year.

Final Match Card:

  • AAA Mega Championship Match: El Hijo del Vikingo (c) vs. Chad Gable
  • NXT North American Championship Fatal 4-Way: Ethan Page (c) vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Rey Fénix vs. Laredo Kid
  • Women’s Tag Team Match: Stephanie Vaquer & Lola Vice vs. Chik Tormenta & Dalys
  • Trios Match: Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Angel & Berto) vs. Psycho Clown, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. & Pagano
  • Trios Match: LWO (Dragon Lee, Cruz Del Toro & Lince Dorado) vs. Aero Star, Octagon Jr. & Mr. Iguana
  • Special Appearance: Rey Mysterio

This cross-promotional card blends WWE and AAA’s rosters in unique matchups that spotlight the rich traditions and high-octane styles of both promotions. The main event will see AAA’s top star, El Hijo del Vikingo, defend the AAA Mega Championship against WWE’s Chad Gable, who enters the match with a growing reputation for technical excellence and a chip on his shoulder.

The NXT North American Championship will also be defended in a high-flying Fatal Four-Way featuring champion Ethan Page, breakout WWE star Je’Von Evans, and AAA’s dynamic duo of Rey Fénix and Laredo Kid.

Additionally, the return of Rey Mysterio to a AAA-branded event—albeit in a non-wrestling role due to injury—adds star power and emotional weight to an already stacked card. With Money in the Bank later that night and the eyes of the wrestling world on Los Angeles, Worlds Collide promises to be a pivotal chapter in the evolving landscape of global pro wrestling.
