Roman Reigns Issues Tag team Challenge for WWE SummerSlam – Roman Reigns has issued a bold challenge for SummerSlam, proposing a reunion with former Bloodline ally Jey Uso to take on Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed in a high-profile tag team match—if Uso is willing to accept.
Reigns took to social media to extend the offer directly, reflecting on their recent alliance on RAW and expressing a desire to “stand shoulder-to-shoulder one more time.” He specifically called out Breakker and Reed—referring to them as “The Bron Brons”—and didn’t hold back in also taking a verbal shot at Paul Heyman, calling him a “dumbass” and blaming him for the collapse of The Bloodline.
This challenge comes on the heels of Monday’s episode of RAW, which ended in chaos. Reigns addressed Heyman during the main event segment, putting the blame for The Bloodline’s downfall squarely on Heyman’s shoulders. Moments later, the confrontation escalated when Breakker and Reed stormed the ring and attacked Reigns. Jey Uso then ran down to make the save, helping clear the ring as the show went off the air.
The last time Reigns and Uso teamed together was during the Men’s WarGames Match at Survivor Series in November. Since then, both men have walked their own paths—Reigns with a diminished Bloodline and Uso finding his way as a solo star on RAW. A SummerSlam reunion could mark a powerful one-night-only return of their alliance, but only if Uso agrees.
As of now, WWE has not officially confirmed the tag team match for SummerSlam, but all signs point to a decision from Uso coming soon.
