Roxanne Perez Advances in Queen of the Ring Tournament – The 2025 Queen of the Ring tournament officially kicked off on the June 9 episode of WWE RAW, and the first result has already turned heads. Roxanne Perez scored a major upset, defeating Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan, and Kairi Sane in a high-paced Fatal Four-Way bout to become the first Superstar to advance to the semi-finals.
The match featured heavy-hitting sequences from Ripley and Morgan, aerial offense from Sane, and underdog resilience from Perez. In the final moments, Sane landed her signature elbow drop on Morgan, only for Perez to capitalize. With perfect timing, Perez caught Sane in a jackknife pin, sealing a surprise three-count and eliminating three of RAW’s top female stars in one shot.
Perez now advances to the semi-finals, where she’ll face the winner of the SmackDown Fatal Four-Way match featuring Jade Cargill, Nia Jax, Piper Niven, and Michin.
WWE also revealed the complete 2025 Queen of the Ring bracket during RAW. Each brand features two Fatal Four-Way matches, with the winners meeting in semi-finals. The tournament concludes at Night of Champions on June 28, where the final two women will compete for the crown and a WWE Women’s World Championship match at SummerSlam.
The other half of the bracket features a returning Asuka going up against Raquel Rodriguez, Ivy Nile, and Stephanie Vaquer on RAW. On the SmackDown side, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Chelsea Green, and Candice LeRae will compete in the second Fatal Four-Way for a semi-final slot.
With several high-profile names in the field, Roxanne Perez’s early win could mark the start of a breakout run as she eyes a title shot at WWE’s biggest event of the summer.
