Fatal Four-Way Finalists Set in NXT Women’s Title Eliminator Tournament – The road to WWE Evolution 2 became clearer on the June 17 episode of NXT, as four Evolution Eliminator matches determined the participants for next week’s fatal four-way bout to crown a new #1 contender for NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne.
The night opened with Jaida Parker facing Thea Hail. Although Parker tapped out during the match, the referee did not see it, allowing her to rally and pick up the victory using her finisher, the hypnotic. Parker’s controversial win advances her to the next round.
In the second match, Kelani Jordan battled Lash Legend. Despite Jordan’s agility, it was Legend’s strength and power game that prevailed, giving her a clean victory and a spot in the fatal four-way.
Later in the show, Zaria squared off with The Culling’s Izzi Dame. The match ended in Dame’s favor following interference at ringside—Tatum Paxley and Sol Ruca got into it on the outside, distracting Zaria long enough for Dame to capitalize with a sitdown powerbomb to secure the win.
The main event featured what was arguably the most anticipated clash of the evening: Lola Vice versus current TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. Grace overpowered Vice and hit her with the Juggernaut Driver to earn a decisive pinfall victory. With this, Grace secured her place in the fatal four-way despite representing TNA in this crossover competition.
The four winners—Jaida Parker, Lash Legend, Izzi Dame, and Jordynne Grace—will now face each other on the June 24 edition of NXT in a fatal four-way match. The winner will go on to challenge Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women’s Championship at WWE Evolution 2 on July 13.
