Sasha Banks Attacks Bianca Belair To Ends SmackDown – As noted earlier, Sasha Banks made her long-awaited return during tonight’s WWE SmackDown episode, helping Bianca Belair who was under the attack of Carmella and Zelina Vega. Sonya Deville later announced in a backstage segment that tonight’s main event would feature Banks and Belair vs. Vega and Carmella.
Sasha Banks won the match for their team by forcing Carmella to tap out after locking in the Bank Statement. Following the match, Belair and Banks once again celebrated, seemingly ending their longtime feud as they danced to Banks’ theme music.
However, the happiness was short-lived, as Banks quickly stunned Belair and the crowd by hitting Bianca with a nasty backbreaker before laying into her with a flurry of punches. Banks then dragged both Belair and the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship into the middle of the ring, where she promptly locked Belair into a Bank Statement that nearly knocked out Belair. Banks then yelled that she was the boss, before standing and posing with the belt once again and ending the night with another Bank Statement on Belair.
