We are live from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Chicago, IL, as the RAW roster surrounds the ring and Seth Rollins enters and he is not very happy.
Fans chant for hometown star CM Punk but Rollins says he just wants to sit behind a desk in Los Angeles and talk about change. Rollins says he’s tried to get Punk here on RAW. Rollins goes on about how this is about all of us here tonight. Fans interrupt with chants for WWE NXT now. Rollins admits NXT wiped the floor with RAW at Survivor Series. Fans pop. Rollins goes on about how he’s always been a fan of RAW. He says this is going to be harsh but it has to be said. Rollins addresses the roster at ringside and says you all sucked last night.
Fans respond with a “you suck!” chant now. Rollins says he’s trying to right the ship here, and we all did bad last night. Rollins goes on about how they need to take the top spot back for RAW, make it the A-Show again. He asks fans to give him just a minute. Rollins believes in RAW, which is why he called the roster here. He asks if anyone wants to speak up. Randy Orton? Rollins says Orton was on his team last night and he was the weak link.
Orton stares at Rollins. Rollins asks if he has anything to say. Orton just walks away and goes to the back. Rollins talks trash as Orton heads up the ramp. Rollins asks Charlotte Flair next. She says Flair is supposed to be a leader of the women’s division but she wasn’t even the last one standing for the team. Rollins says and she calls herself a Flair. Charlotte also walks off to the back like Orton. Rollins turns to The Authors of Pain and says they weren’t even at Survivor Series, but maybe they should’ve been because they’ve been talking about violence for weeks and Team RAW could’ve used it. Akam and Rezar also walk off. Rollins addresses Rey Mysterio and blasts him for not being able to beat WWE Champion Brock Lesnar. Rollins calls Dominick Rey’s “stupid kid” and Rey walks off as well. Fans chant “asshole!” at Rollins as the rest of the RAW locker room walks to the back now. Kevin Owens is the only one left, standing on the apron and standing Rollins down now.
Rollins mentions Owens being on Team NXT now. Rollins invites Owens in the ring to speak. Rollins goes on about how much he loves RAW and lives it, wanting to make it better. Rollins calls Owens a lazy piece of crap and says he just shows up. Rollins says Owens will never be Seth Rollins. Rollins says he didn’t mean it that way but he’s coming from a good place. Rollins says this is the right thing to do. Owens responds with nothing but a kick to the gut and a Stunner. Owens exits the ring as his music hits. We see Rollins recovering on the mat as RAW goes to commercial.
– Back from the break and Seth Rollins is backstage, looking upset. Charly Caruso approaches and says it didn’t look like things went how Rollins planned. He says he was just trying to get RAW back on the same page. Rollins proposes a match against Kevin Owens tonight, then walks off.
Bobby Lashley vs. Titus O’Neil
We go to the ring and out comes Bobby Lashley with Lana. Titus O’Neil waits in the ring. We see how Rusev was served a temporary restraining order earlier today when he arrived to the arena. He was then escorted out by security.
The bell rings and fans chant for Rusev. Lashley and Titus go at it. Titus gets some shots in but Lashley decks him. Titus with another big chop but Lashley comes right back and drives Titus down. Rusev suddenly runs to the ring and attacks Lashley for the disqualification as Lana yells.
Winner by DQ: Bobby Lashley
After the bell, Lashley and Rusev brawl to the floor as Lana screams at Rusev. Rusev gets the upperhand and sends Lashley into the barrier, then yells art him. Fans chant “Rusev Day!” as they brawl up the ramp. Lashley gets control but Rusev drops him again on the ramp. Rusev stands tall as fans pop for him. Rusev sends Lashley into the LED board on the stage, then face-first into the announce table. Rusev takes the top off the table and clears it as Lana continues yelling. Rusev puts Lashley on the table and turns to Lana, telling her this is not about her. Police officers run out now and pull Rusev off Lashley, placing him in handcuffs. Lana taunts him for breaking a law. She checks on Lashley now. Rusev gets free from the officers and charges at Lashley, while his hands are still cuffed behind his back, and knocks Lashley from the stage onto a platform below. Fans pop for Rusev. Rusev then kicks over a taller structure, part of the set, and it lands on Lashley. Lana screams out. Rusev smiles and plays to the crowd, saying he’s back. Officers take Rusev to the back as we go to commercial.
– We are back with a Moments Ago Moment of what Rusev did to Bobby Lashley after he was ‘arrested’ for ‘violating’ the ‘restraining order’. We see Lana in shock over what happened to Bobby as we go to footage during the commercial break.
AOP vs. Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder
Akam and Hawkins start things off and Akam with kicks. Rezar tags in and they hit Last Chapter on Hawkins. Rezar attacks Ryder and then Akam tags in and they hit stereo Death Valley Drivers into the turnbuckles. They hit Super Collider on both men. Rezar tags back in and they hit a neck breaker and sit out power bomb combination for the three count.
Winners: AOP
After the match, Akam and Rezar stand tall as we go to replays. Akam and Rezar stand tall over Hawkins as their music plays.
– Still to come, Asuka vs. Charlotte Flair. Also, United States Champion AJ Styles vs. Humberto Carrillo and Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens. We go to commercial.
Akira Tozawa vs. Andrade
ozawa pushes Andrade and Andrade misses a clothesline. Andrade with a power bomb and kicks. Andrade with forearms and a chop. Andrade with a knee to the midsection. Andrade with more kicks to Tozawa. Andrade with an arm bar. Andrade with a suplex to Tozawa and he holds on for a second one but Tozawa with an inside cradle for a near fall. Tozawa with a kick but he misses the round kick. Tozawa with a German suplex. Tozawa goes up top and Andrade crotches Tozawa. Andrade with kicks and the running double knee strike. Andrade picks up Tozawa for the hammerlock DDT and the three count.

– Aleister Black tells Buddy Murphy there are repurcussions for your actions. You knocked on my door one week ago. Black says Buddy has a match but he will come to collect. You came to the arena and that means you came to pick a fight with him.
– Matt Hardy makes his way to the ring as we go back to commercial.
Matt Hardy vs. Buddy Murphy
Buddy runs Matt into the turnbuckles and he punches and kicks Matt. Matt with a kick and forearms. Matt sends Murphy into the turnbuckles followed by a punch. Matt with punches on the turnbuckles. Matt is put on the turnbuckles and Murphy with a thrust kick and he sends Matt into the ring post. Buddy goes to the floor and he hits Matt with a forearm and then sends Matt into the ringside barrier a few times. Matt is sent back into the ring and Murphy goes up top. Murphy leaps over Matt and rolls through. Matt with a Side Effect and both men are down. Matt with a punch and clothesline into the corner. Murphy avoids a bulldog and he runs into an elbow and boot. Matt goes to the turnbuckles for a screaming elbow to the back of the head.
Matt sets for the Twist of Fate but Murphy escapes and hits a jumping knee and a running knee against the ropes. Murphy with another knee for the three count.

After the match, Buddy Murphy tells Aleister Black it is him and he comes to pick a fight with… Aleister Black’s music plays and he is raised to his feet. They square off in the ring and Murphy goes after Black and Black with a knee and spinning back elbow. Black with a boot that sends Murphy into the ropes and Black with a knee that sends Murphy to the floor. Buddy crawls away.
Backstage:
Charly Caruso is in the back and she is with Charlotte Flair. Charly asks Charlotte about her issues with Asuka at Survivor Series. Charlotte is asked if her behavior was Captainlike? Charlotte says she has never been a team player but she was the only one to be the leader. Charlotte reminds us of their history and how she beat Asuka and ended her streak. Charlotte says she will remind Asuka that she is the ten time Women’s Champion and the queen. Charlotte wooos us into commercial.

Humberto Carrillo vs. AJ Styles for the United States Championship
Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows attack Humberto as they go to the ring. Carrillo fights off Luke and Karl. Humberto with a kick to Luke and a cross body onto Anderson. Gallows with a choke slam on the apron and Anderson sends Humberto into the ring steps. AJ says that he didn’t want this to happen. Luke and Karl hit Magic Killer on the steps.
Ricochet comes down to check on Humberto with referees at ringside.
AJ takes the mic and taunts Humberto. He also has words for Ricochet. Ricochet takes the mic and asks if this is what the great AJ Styles has become. Ricochet then challenges AJ but AJ says he signed a contract to defend against Humberto, not Ricochet, and Humberto just got carried out. AJ denies Ricochet. The music hits and out comes Randy Orton to a pop. Orton says Humberto can’t compete but he can, plus the people of Chicago would love to see me RKO AJ’s ass through the mat. Orton challenges AJ to put the title on the line. Fans chant “RKO!” now. AJ reminds Orton last time they faced it was WrestleMania and he won. AJ says he has nothing to prove against two guys he’s already defeated. The music interrupts and out comes Drew McIntyre now.
McIntyre says he might have a solution. He knows a guy who AJ’s never faced, a guy who’s never had a singles title shot. Drew says he’s tall, handsome and has a sexy accent. Drew goes on about his success at Survivor Series, including the pin on WWE UK Champion WALTER. Drew says Chicago doesn’t deserve this match, but how about Drew vs. AJ for the U.S. title, for the first time ever. AJ says he’s a little sore after stealing the show at Survivor Series. The music hits again and out comes Rey Mysterio. Rey talks about how he faced WWE Champion Brock Lesnar last night and AJ is just making excuses. Rey goes on and says he’s not going to let AJ cheat Chicago out of a title match, so let’s just make it Rey vs. AJ. AJ goes on about how they haven’t earned anything. He turns them down because they’re all just entitled. Ricochet proposes a Fatal 4 Way with the winner challenging AJ later tonight. Drew prefers his idea. AJ says Ricochet’s idea is dumb. Gallows and Anderson disagree with AJ that it’s a bad idea. AJ tells them to go ahead and beat the crap out of each other, he will pick the bones. We go to commercial.
Randy Orton vs. Ricochet vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Drew McIntyre in a Number One Contender Match
Ricochet sends Drew to the floor and then Ricochet sends Randy to the floor. Ricochet sends Rey to Drew and Rey with a rana to send Drew to the floor. Ricochet with a suicide dive to Orton. Ricochet and Rey are in the ring and they shake hands. Orton get into the ring and Rey and Ricochet with a double drop kick to send Orton to the floor. Ricochet with a baseball slide to Drew on the floor. Ricochet with a shoulder from the apron followed by an enzuigiri. Drew catches Ricochet off the apron and Drew slams Ricochet onto the floor. Randy tosses Rey under the bottom rope onto Ricochet.
Drew sends Ricochet back into the ring and Randy kicks Ricochet. Orton with a kick to Rey while Drew holds Rey. Drew wtih a chop to Ricochet while Orton holds Ricochet. Drew with a suplex throw across the ring. Orton with a punch and Drew keeps Rey on the apron. Orton with a forearm to Ricochet and Drew with a kick. Drew with a chop and Ricochet chops back and then he chops Orton. Drew with punches and kicks to Ricochet. Rey goes after Drew and Drew sends Rey to the floor.
Ricochet with a boot to Orton and a kick to Drew. Ricochet with a rolling drop kick and head butt to the apron. Ricochet leaps over Drew and Orton with a power slam. Rey with a springboard seated splash to Orton followed by a springboard cross body to Drew. Rey with kicks to Ricochet and Rey goes up top. Ricohet with a forearm. Ricochet drops Rey on the apron and Drew with a forearm. Drew goes for a superplex but Rey tries to stop him. Ricochet crotches Drew and Ricochet puts him into the tree of woe with a forearm. Rey with forearms. Rey with a head butt to Ricochet and Orton with a forearm to Rey’s back. Ricochet is knocked off the apron and Orton goes to the turnbuckles. Drew pulls himself up and hits a spider German suplex to Orton while Orton hits a superplex on Rey.
Luke Gallows, AJ Styles, and Karl Anderson make their wya to the stage as we go to commercial.
We are back and Orton chokes Rey and they go to the floor while Drew chops Ricochet. Drew slaps Ricochet and Ricochet slaps back. Ricochet misses an enzuigiri but hits a reverse kick. Ricochet with a kick to Orton and Orton sets for the IEDDT and hits it for a near fall when Drew breaks it up. Drew and Randy have words for each other. Drew with a chop and Orton feels it. Orton with a chop and Drew liked it. Drew with another chops that echoed through the building. Drew tells Orton to show him what kind of man he is and Orton with an eye poke and European uppercuts.
Drew with a head butt and Ricochet with a springboard clothesline and shooting star press to Drew. Ricochet with a drop kick to keep Rey on the floor. Ricochet gets on Drew’s shoulders for a reverse rana but Drew blocks it and Drew goes for a reverse Alabama Slam but Ricochet counters into a victory roll for a near fall. Drew with a power bomb to Ricochet for a near fall. Drew waits for Ricochet to get up for the Claymore but Orton with an RKO and Anderson and Gallows pull Orton off Drew and send Randy into the ringside barrier.
Rey flies in the ring but Ricochet catches him. They tangle. Ricochet catches a moonsault but Rey turns it into a roll-up for the pin to become #1 contender.

After the match, The OC watches from ringside as Rey stands tall to his music. AJ likes the result of the match as we go to replays. AJ applauds, laughs and points at Rey as we go back to commercial.
WWE United States Title Match: Rey Mysterio vs. AJ Styles
AJ with a shoulder tackle on Rey and he follows with kicks. AJ sends Rey into the turnbuckles a few times. Rey is sent into the turnbuckles again. Rey with punches and AJ with a back breaker. AJ with a suplex to Rey and Rey goes to the floor. AJ sends Rey into the ringside barrier and chops Rey. AJ sends Rey into the apron and then back into the ring. Rey with punches and he goes to the turnbuckles but AJ with a forearm to the back of the knee and Rey is put in the tree of woe. AJ goes for a baseball slide and hits it. AJ gets a near fall when Rey grabs the ropes. AJ gives Rey credit for the smart move.
AJ with a reverse chin lock. Rey with elbows but AJ pulls Rey to the mat. AJ hangs Rey in the ropes and catapults him into the middle rope. AJ goes for a suplex but Rey blocks it. Rey with knees and punches. Rey with a kick and AJ goes for a springboard move but his knee gives out. AJ wtih a punch. Rey kicks AJ and goes for a springboard moonsault but AJ catches him. Rey sends AJ shoulder first into the ring post.
Rey with an enzuigiri and AJ hangs in the ropes. Rey is tripped by Anderson and the referee does not see it but the referee sends Karl and Luke to the back.

We are back and Styles with a hard Irish whip that sends Rey sternum first into the turnbuckles. AJ sends Rey into the turnbuckles. AJ puts Rey on the turnbuckles and Rey with an elbow and AJ with a forearm to the back. AJ puts Rey in the tree of woe again and AJ goes for a baseball slide but Rey pulls himself up and AJ goes into the ring post in the worst possible way. Rey goes up top and he hits a seated splash and head scissors. Rey with a forearm and he punches AJ on the turnbuckles. AJ with an Irish whip and Rey gets his feet up. Rey with a bulldog for a near fall.
Rey goes to the turnbuckles and AJ with a forearm. AJ sets for a superplex but Rey blocks it. Rey bites the hand and head butts AJ to the mat. AJ gets Rey on his shoulders and hits an Ushigoroshi for a near fall. Rey avoids a Styles Clash and Rey with Code Red for a near fall. Rey goes back to the apron and he sends AJ into the ropes with a head scissors. Rey with a 619 and Rey goes up top but AJ knocks the referee out. Rey covers AJ and the referee is out.
Anderson and Gallows attack Rey while the referee is napping. They set for the Magic Killer but Randy Orton comes out and Orton sends Gallows into the ringside barrier and then he does the same to Anderson. Orton sends AJ to Rey and Rey sends AJ into the ropes. Rey with a 619 and Orton with an RKO as Rey gets the three count.

Back from the break and Charly Caruso is with Kevin Owens backstage. She goes to speak but Owens nicely asks if he can handle this one by himself. She hands him the mic and leaves. Owens starts off with harsh words for Seth Rollins. Owens goes on about how he’s never tried to be something he’s not in WWE, even when people tried to force him to, because he knows who he is, will always be, and that’s fine. Owens says Rollins has always tried to be what he thinks WWE needs him to be, but he’s just turned himself into an insufferable prick. Owens goes on and says the next Stunner coming from him to Rollins will turn Monday Night Rollins into The Kevin Owens Show.
Asuka vs. Charlotte Flair
We go to the ring and out first comes Charlotte Flair as the pyro goes off. Out next comes WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors – Asuka with Kairi Sane.
Charlotte and Asuka have words before Charlotte punches Asuka and Asuka goes to the floor. Charlotte sends Asuka into the ringside barrier. Charlotte points at Sane and Charlotte sends Asuka into the ring. Charlotte kicks Sane off the apron but Asuka kicks Charlotte in the leg. Charlotte tosses Asuka around the ring. Charlotte with kicks. Asuka sends Charlotte into the turnbuckles but Charlotte with a forearm and she sends Asuka into the turnbuckles. Asuka escapes a slam and sends Charlotte to the mat. Asuka with a waist lock and Charlotte with elbows.
Asuka goes for the Asuka Lock and Charlotte fights it off. Charlotte with a single leg take down and she goes for the figure four but Asuka kicks Charlotte away. Charlotte with an elbow to Asuka and Charlotte focuses on Sane and Asuka with a hip attack to Charlotte and Asuka gets a near fall. Asuka with an arm bar. Asuka with a forearm and kicks to the chest. Charlotte blocks a kick but Asuka escapes and hits a back fist. Charlotte with a boot for a near fall. Asuka rolls to the floor and Sane checks on her tag team partner.
Charlotte goes to the floor and Charlotte goes after Sane. Sane goes int the stands and Charlotte turns back to the ring.

We are back and Charlotte sends Asuka to the floor and Charlotte with a baseball slide. They return to the ring and Asuka goes for a triangle and Charlotte with a near fall followed by forearms. Asuka with an Irish whip and Charlotte does the Flair flip to the apron. Asuka with a kick and she goes for a hip attack but Charlotte with a knee. Charlotte misses a boot and Asuka with a German suplex. Asuka with kicks to Charlotte and she misses a running kick and Charlotte with a rollup for a near fall. Asuka iwth an Asuka Lock and Charlotte rolls though for a near fall. Charlotte and Asuka exchange forearms. Charlotte with a back breaker and clothesline. Charlotte with chops.
Charlotte with a fallaway slam and she goes to the turnbuclkes for a moonsault but she lands on her feet when Asuka moves. Charlotte with a senton to Asuka for a near fall. Asuka gets a near fall with a victory roll. Charlotte with a belly-to-back suplex. Charlotte with a chop and Asuka avoids a knee drop to the leg. Asuka gets a near fall. Asuka goes to the turnbuckles and misses a cross body. Charlotte goes for Natural Selection but Asuka avoids it and Charlotte with a triangle. Charlotte escapes and applies a Boston Crab.
Asuka gets to the ropes to break the hold. Charlotte goes for the leg and she kicks Asuka in the head. Charlotte blocks a kick and connects with an elbow and then hits a knee drop to the leg in the ropes. Asuka with a round kick and Charlotte with a spear for a near fall. Kairi Sane is back at ringside and Charlotte chases after her and Charlotte grabs Sane. Charlotte sends Sane into the ring post. Asuka is sent back into the ring. Sane distracts the referee and it allows Asuka to spit enough mist in Charlotte’s face to make her a character on V and Asuka with the rollup for the three count.

– Back from a break and Erick Rowan is talking to his little friend in his cage.
Erick Rowan vs. Kyle Roberts
The bell rings and Roberts goes after the carry on bag and Rowan attacks Roberts and knocks over the ring steps. Rowan power bombs Rowan into the ring post and then sends Roberts back into the ring. Rowan wtih two claw slams and the three count.
Winner: Erick Rowan
After the match, Rowan goes to ringside to his pet as the music hits. We go to replays.
– We cut to a WWE Shop Black Friday segment with The IIconics and WWE 24/7 Champion R-Truth.
– We see Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens backstage warming up for the main event. Back to commercial.
– We are back and AJ is speechless about his loss. AJ is asked about what is going through his head after losing the title. AJ is still unable to talk, but he says Randy Orton and walks away.
We see what happened earlier with Rusev and Bobby Lashley. The announcers talk about how Rusev was arrested and Lashley was taken to a medical facility. Charly is backstage with Lana now. Fans boo her. Lana says Rusev is a danger to himself and all of society, which is why she’s had to get multiple restraining orders. Lana says Rusev is obsessed with her, but who can blame him? She said tonight’s actions are proof WWE should fire Rusev and send him back to Bulgaria. Lana says she is handling things with the attack on Lashley. Despite the troubling incident, she says she will be OK. Lana walks off.
Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens
We go to the ring for tonight’s main event and out first comes Seth Rollins. Back to commercial.
Back from the break and out comes Kevin Owens to the ring. The bell rings and Rollins avoids a quick Stunner. They go to the floor and brawl. Owens sends Rollins into the barrier and talks some trash. Owens brings it in but Rollins decks him. Rollins goes for a dive but Owens hits him at the ropes. Owens talks some trash and delivers some offense in the ring now. Fans chant for Owens now.
Owens drops Rollins again and hits the senton for a 2 count. More back and forth now. Some fans chant for CM Punk. Rollins takes Owens down and goes for a single-leg Crab. Owens powers out and chops Rollins. Owens lifts Rollins on his shoulders but he slides out. Rollins ends up hitting a Slingblade. Rollins knocks Owens out of the ring to the floor now. Rollins runs the ropes and hits a big dive on the floor. Rollins runs again for another dive, sending Owens into the barrier. Rollins brings it back into the ring and springboards in but Owens ducks. Owens with a big superkick, sending Rollins to the floor.
Owens plays to the crowd for a pop. Rollins grabs a steel chair but the referee stops him as Owens tells him to bring it. Owens stands tall in the ring as Rollins stares at him from the outside with the chair. We go to commercial.
Back from the break and Owens knocks Rollins to the mat after they tangle up top. Owens goes for the senton but Rollins gets his knees up. Owens kicks out at 2. Rollins stomps on Owens and mounts him with right hands in the middle of the ring. Rollins grounds Owens as some more fans try to start a CM Punk chant. Rollins keeps knocking Owens down and working him around the ring. Owens fires back with a big chop to the chest. Rollins brushes it off and unloads in the corner with chops of his own. Rollins with a headbutt. Owens counters and catches Rollins with a big DDT in the middle of the ring.
Owens goes on and hits a cannonball in the corner. Owens goes to the top but Rollins rolls to the floor for a breather. Owens leaps from the top and nails Rollins on the floor. Owens brings it back in the ring and goes to the top for a big Frogsplash. Rollins still kicks out at 2. Owens goes for a Pop-Up Powerbomb but misses. Owens blocks a Pedigree. Rollins comes back and hits a Blockbuster. Rollins keeps it locked and nails a Falcon Arrow in the middle of the ring but Owens kicks out at 2.
Rollins gets up first and fans boo him as he cranks up. A “burn it down!” chant starts. Owens dodges the Stomp but misses a Stunner. They tangle and trade counters again. Owens with a Pop-Up Powerbomb for a close 2 count as Rollins kicks out. Rollins blocks the Stunner and they tangle. Owens and Rollins trade big kicks now. Rollins brings Owens down with a kick to boos. Owens catches Rollins with a Stunner out of nowhere. The Authors of Pain suddenly enter the ring while both competitors are down.
Owens gets up first and stares AOP down. Owens attacks but AOP beat him down as the referee calls for the bell.

After the bell, Akam and Rezar continue the beatdown on Owens. A “bulls–t!” chant starts up. Rollins watches as AOP destroys Owens in the corner, launching him into the ring post several times. Fans continue to boo. AOP leave Owens laying after a big double team knee. Rollins is still down in the corner now, barely moving. Akam and Rezar approach Rollins and he gets to his feet. Rollins tells them to bring it but they just look at each other, then turn and exit the ring. Fans boo as Akam and Rezar march to the back while Rollins watches from the ring. Owens is slowly getting back to his feet now. Rollins looks at Owens and puts him back down with a big Stomp. Fans boo loudly as Rollins talks trash to Owens.
