Ivar Confronts Oba Femi on 4/9 NXT – NXT North American Champion Oba Femi made an in-ring appearance during the April 9 episode of WWE NXT. Femi celebrated his victory at NXT Stand and Deliver over Josh Briggs and Dijak before WWE RAW star Ivar made a surprise appearance.
Ivar noted that he wished he could’ve been in that match in Philadelphia. But now, he wants a shot at Femi’s title. Femi tried to blow him off, but Ivar stopped him in his tracks. Femi struck Ivar first, leading to a brief brawl until Ivar shockingly took Femi down and stood tall over him with the North American title in hand.
Ivar hasn’t competed on NXT since The Viking Raiders battled The Creed Brothers in May 2022.
