4/09 NXT Results – We begin with a look back at NXT Stand & Deliver on Saturday.
We are live from the WWE Performance center as the newly crowned and TWO times NXT Women’s Chamion, Roxanne Perez, makes her way to the ring.
Roxanne asks if the people are surprised. She tells everyone to shut up because she says she doesn’t need their chants. What happened at Stand and Deliver was justice. Justice for the woman who was without her title for a year. The culmination of a journey she was forced to take against her will. Roxanne tells Lyra that because of your desire to be an honorable champion, your arm wasn’t 100 percent. She says she saw her poor arm wrapped up and she used it as a target. She says she doesn’t care if she broke Lyra’s arm. You call yourself honorable, but Roxanne says it is pathetic. Regardless of what you did, she is a two time champion. There is nothing that anyone can do to take the title from her because things are on her terms now. Roxanne says she dares anyone to try. She says the next time she gives up the title is when she goes to Raw or Smackdown in the draft.
Lyra Valkyria makes her way out and she asks if this is what we are in store for? You have been champion for two days and you are patting your back? Are you too good for NXT? Stay on Raw. Go to Smackdown. The NXT Women’s Championship stays here with her. Lyra says she wants her rematch tonight.
Roxanne says Lyra isn’t medically cleared so why do you want to waste your chance tonight.
Tatum says Lyra might not be ready but Tatum says she is.
Lyra tells Tatum she likes that she stands up for her but she was angry after the match. Lyra says she can do it.
Tatum asks if she is and Tatum sends Lyra into the ring post.

Roxanne says you won’t be seeing a title match tonight.
Roxanne leaves the ring and Natalya’s music plays.
Natalya says Roxy is adorable but the people want a title match. She tells Roxanne that she won’t forget the disrespect she showed and since she has never won the NXT Women’s title, she suggests that they wrestle tonight.
Roxanne says it is her show so she doesn’t get a match.
Ava’s music plays and she comes out and says that isn’t how it is going to work. She says they are in a new era. Since this is the first show after Stand and Deliver, it might be Roxanne versus Nattie for the title and then Ava says it will happen tonight.
Roxanne tries to punch Natalya but Natalya ducks it and tries for a Sharpshooter but Perez gets to the floor.
– We see Trick WIlliams arriving at the building in a vehicle. We also see Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin walking to the building. We see footage of Ava with Nathan Frazer and Axiom asking for another match.
– Kelly Kincaid is with Axiom and Nathan Frazer. She asks about their match tonight. Frazer says they feel they can win tonight. Frazer says this will be their last chance. Axiom says this team came together because of friendship. Frazer says if they don’t get the job done tonight, it will be the end of their team.
– We go to Chase U. Andre thanks Fallon and Kelani for their help at Stand and Deliver. Thea shows up and she is in full metal Thea.
Jacy and Jazmyn show up and she says they are not here to fight tonight. Jacy says she came to ask Andre a question. Are you finally going to tell Thea the real reason she had to get the University out of debt. Jacy says that package from Rizzo said it all. Jacy says Andre placed a bet on Thea’s match at the Great American Bash. Andre cares more about a loser like Thea than the University. Jacy says it is ironic that Thea was the problem all along. Andre tells Thea it is true. She says he placed a bet on her match. He says he will bet on Thea any time. Thea storms out of the room.
Izzi Dame and Kiana James vs. Fallon Henley and Kelani Jordan
Izzi and Kiana pull Kelani and Fallon off the turnbuckles. Fallon and Kelani with a double shoulder tackle. Kelani with a drop toe hold to James. James with an Irish whip and Jordan with a head scissors take down. Izzi tags in and she connects with a shoulder tackle. Jordan counters a suplex with a sleeper. Fallon tags in and they work on the arms with arm wringers. Izzi with a kick to Jordan and a punch to Fallon. Fallon punches Izzi. Fallon with a dragon screw to Kiana. Jordan and Fallon with splashes in the corner. Jordan takes care of Izzi and Fallon sends Kiana to the floor and hits a baseball slide. Jordan with a slingshot pescado onto Izzi. Jordan with a cross body to Izzi for a near fall. Izzi drops Jordan on the top rope.
Kiana kicks Jordan and follows with a back breaker for a near fall. Kiana kicks Jordan in the ribs. Izzi tags in and she connects with a forearm. Izzi with a knee to the midsection and she biels Jordan. Izzi with an elbow drop for a near fall. Izzi sends Jordan face first into the mat. Kiana tags in and Izzi holds Jordan and Kiana kicks her in the midsection. Jordan with punches to Kiana and Kiana blocks a kick. James flips Jordan to the mat and she kicks Jordan in the corner. Kiana with a running shoulder into the corner. Izzi with an abdominal stretch on Jordan and she pulls the leg off the mat to add more pressure. Jordan with a reversal.
Izzi with a hip toss but she misses an elbow drop. Jordan is stopped on her attempt to get to her corner. Izzi sends Jordan into the turnbuckles. Kiana tags in and she kicks Jordan. Kiana with a slam and she gets a near fall. Fallon tags in and she connects with clotheslines and a kick followed by an elbow and facebuster. Fallon kicks Izzi and hits a flying bulldog. Fallon with an elbow into the corner and she kicks James from the turnbuckles. Fallon with a twisting double jump suplex for a near fall. Jordan tries for a tornado DDT but Izzi blocks it and sends Jordan to the mat. Izzi kicks Fallon when Fallon saves Jordan. Kiana with 401k for the three count.
Winner: Kiana James and Izzi Dame
– We take a look at Je’Von Evans and we see the video they showed during Stand and Deliver.
– We see OTM in the back and SCRYPTS says he is about to get bounced tonight. Jaida tells them to play her music.
– Charlie says Bloodsport was something else. No ropes and no rules. He mentions his black eye. No matter where it is, the NQCC is held to a different standard.
Luca Crusifino, Adrianna Rizzo, and Channing Lorenzo arrive and they say Tony is in Boca. Channing says you don’t want to get your hands dirty. Damon tells Lorenzo to be careful what he says. Rizzo says they can take care of things tonight.
SCRYPTS vs. Je’Von Evans
They lock p and SCRYPTS with a side head lock take down. SCRYPTS rolls away from a waist lock and Evans with a rollup for a near fall. Evan and SCRYPTS avoid punches and Evans with a slingshot head scissors take down and drop kick for a near fall. Evans with a chop. SCRYPTS pulls Evans to the mat and kicks him. SCRYPTS chokes Evans in the ropes. SCRYPTS with punches and a thrust kick. SCRYPTS sends Evans to the mat and he hits a shooting star press for a near fall. SCRYPTS with a double wrist lock. SCRYPTS with a forearm to the back and a back elbow. SCRYPTS kicks Evans in the corner. Evans with a punch and SCRYPTS with a kick. Evans with a double leg take down and punches. Evans with a running forearm or two. Evans with a jumping spinning heel kick and a springboard cutter for a near fall.
Evans goes to the apron and hits a springboard clothesline. SCRYPTS rolls to the floor and Nima and Price check on him. Evans with a plancha onto Price and Nima. SCRYPTS with a series of thrust kicks and Evans with a Superman punch. SCRYPTS with a German suplex and he goes to the turnbuckles. SCRYPTS misses a moonsault but knows to land on his feet. Evans with a back heel kick and a twisting splash off the turnbuckles for the three count.]

– Karmen Petrovic wishes Natalya luck and Natalya walks in the back. Roxanne walks down HALLWAY into commercial.
– We are back with a look at what happened with Ridge Holland and Joe Gacy.
– Kelly Kincaid attempted to talk to Ridge Holland. She asks what is going on when he said he was taking time away and then he hit Joe with the chair. Ridge says he needs to apologize. He blacked out. Joe says it’s okay. He knows that Ridge went from a competitor to a panelist. Wilde and Cruz says they aren’t buying this apology tour. Ridge bumps into Cruz as he leaves and Cruz hurts his wrist.
Natalya vs. Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship
Perez pushes Nattie and Nattie with a rollup for a near fall. Nattie with a near fall. Perez with a head scissors. Nattie with a side head lock take down and Perez with a rollup. Perez with a hammer lock and Nattie with a fireman’s carry into an arm bar. Perez slaps Nattie and Nattie slaps her back. They go to the floor and Nattie with a clothesline. Nattie sends Perez back into the ring. They shake hands and it is an attempt for Perez to kick Nattie. Nattie blocks it and sends Perez to the mat and runs over her and hits a drop kick for a near fall. Perez goes to the floor and Nattie with a baseball slide. Nattie chops Perez against the ringside barrier. Nattie with more chops. Nattie with a suplex. Nattie with a kick.
Nattie with another suplex for a near fall. Perez rolls to the floor and Nattie follows. Nattie sends Perez into the announce table and she punches Perez. Perez with punches and forearms. Perez with a chop but Nattie sends her back into the ring. Nattie sends Perez into the turnbuckles. Perez with an abdominal stretch. Nattie with a hip toss to escape. Nattie sets for a surfboard and locks it in. Perez escapes and Nattie with a discus clothesline for a near fall. Nattie is sent into the ring steps and Perez hits a suplex on the floor. Perez sends Nattie into the ring and she gets a near fall. Perez chokes Nattie in the ropes and gets a near fall.
Perez with a body scissors and a rollup for a near fall. Nattie with punches. Perez with a gullotine but Nattie powers out of the hold and sends Perez to the mat. Nattie with a punch to the midsection and a back elbow. Nattie with punches and a German suplex.for a near fall. Nattie goes for the slingshot atomic drop but Perez counters. Nattie with a discus clothesline for a near fall. Perez escapes a Sharpshooter for a near fall on a rollup. Nattie goes for the Sharpshooter but Perez counters into the crossface. Nattie rolls over to get a near fall. Perez goes for Pop Rox but Nattie counters and she goes for the Sharpshooter again. Perez gets to the ropes and goes to the floor.
Lola Vice kicks Nattie as she gets back into the ring without the referee seeing it. Perez with Pop Rox for the three count.
Winner: Roxanne Perez
– Bron Breakker is in the back and Baron asks if he is ready. They say that Frazer and Axiom won’t get it done tonight either. Baron tells Bron to admit that he was right. Your streak at Stand and Deliver is over. He says to admit that this is a good thing. Bron says he won’t admit it because Baron wants him to.
We go to commercial.
– We are back and Lola is asked why did she do what she did. She says she is tired of waiting for her chance. She is going to make her opportunity and she is looking forward to the North American title. Nattie attacks Lola and they have to be separated.
Damon Kemp and Myles Borne vs. Channing Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino
Kemp and Luca start things off and Kemp with a fireman’s carry. Myles tags in and he hits a waist lock take down. Myles with a front face lock and Luca blocks a suplex and hits one of his own. Channing tags in and he punches Myles. Lorenzo with knees and a knee to the midsection. Lorenzo with kicks. Luca tags in and connects with knees. Lorenzo tags in and they send Borne into the turnbuckles and they take care of Kemp. Luca and Lorenzo with splashes into the corner. Lorenzo with a cannonball to Kemp but Dempsey pulls Borne out of the way. Borne with kicks and a knee to the back. Kemp tags in and punches Lorenzo. Kemp with a back breaker and a reverse suplex for a near fall.
Borne with a drop kick into a German suplex from Kemp for a near fall. Luca make the tag and he clotheslines both men. Luca with a flying shoulder tackle to Borne and a hip toss and neck breaker to Kemp. Dempsey distracts Luca but Luca avoids it and gets a near fall. Borne sends Luca into the ropes throat first and Borne with a neck breaker. Borne and Kemp collide and Dempsey is brought into the ring. Dempsey distracts the referee while Lorenzo and Luca hit a double team move and Luca gets the three count.
Winners: Channing Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino
– We see Ava’s announcement of the Women’s North American Title from Saturday.
– Oba Femi makes his way to the ring.
Oba says some things are inevitable. He didn’t just think he would retain the championship. He knew it would be the genesis of his rule of the division. He says he was correct. You cannot deny the greatness of Josh Briggs and Dijak. That win established him at the top of the mountain no one else can climb. Seventeen thousand saw what he did. He thought about being in this ring still the North American champion. That is not going to change for a very very very very long time. He says that is inevitable.
A horn sounds and Ivar makes his way into the arena.
Ivar tells Oba that by the look on your face, you did not foretell that he would be here tonight. The world is talking about your match on Saturday. Ivar says when he saw that match, he loved the chaos. Three big men beating the hell out of each other. Desperately trying to win that championship. That is the type of fight that he lives for.
Oba says he knows Ivar didn’t travel all this way to exalt him. He asks Ivar what does he want.
Ivar says he felt a deep, deep jealous. Not just for the title, but because he wanted to be in the fight. Briggs and Dijak threw everything they had at him and you remain the immovable object. As he looks at Oba now, he says he knows that he is the man who can chop him down. Ivar says he is the man who can take that North American championship.
Oba says we shall see and he starts to leave the ring but Ivar stops him and Ivar says we will see.
Oba punches Ivar but Ivar with a cartwheel and a kick. Ivar with a springboard cross body. Ivar picks up the title belt and poses with it.
– We see MetaFour in the MetaLounge. They talk about being the hosts of the biggest NXT event. Noam asks how was he and Lash and Jakara praise him. Noam asks Oro why the long face. DIjak enters and he says he loved their skit and he wants to know who came up with it. Noam takes credit for it. He says he knows why Dijak is miserable. He says that Dijak needs more sunshine. Dijak says this is Noam’s warning and you only get one.
Jaida Parker vs. Brinley Reece
They lock up and Parker with a wrist lock. Reece with a reversal but Parker with a forearm. Parker with a chop and punch with Reece on the middle rope. Parker with a springboard seated splash.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Parker with an arm bar. Reece with a reversal but Parker with a chop and reversal. They continue with the reversals. Parker backs Reece into the corner and connects with a shoulder. Reece with an Irish whip and Parker with a back elbow and she gets a near fall. Parker with a rear chin lock and her knee in Reece’s back. Parker with forearms to the back. Reece with running shoulder tackles. Reece with a slam and a round off clothesline for a near fall. Reece with a forearm and Parker with a forearm of her own. Reece with a spinebuster for a near fall. Reece gets Parker on her shoulders but Parker escapes and connects with a shoulder tackle.
Parker with a running hip for the three count.
Winner: Jaida Parker
– Arianna Grace is with Sol Ruca talking about Georgina and then her appearance at Stand and Deliver. She says she was the hidden secret of Wrestlemania weekend. Grace and Sol talk about the North American title. Lola enters and she is yelling about Natalya. Sol tells Lola that Nattie would be coming after her since Lola cost her the title. Lola tells Sol to go away and that things have changed since she was gone.
Axiom and Nathan Frazer vs. Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin for the NXT Tag Team Championship
Bron and Axiom start things off and Bron with a waist lock take down and Bron with a wrist lock. Bron punches Axiom and Axiom with a springboard arm drag and a jumping side kick to the head. Axiom with a side head lock. Bron with a reversal and Bron with a blur clothesline. Frazer tags in and he applies a side head lock and Frazer with a running thrust kick. Baron tags in and Frazer avoids a clothesline and applies a side head lock. Frazer lands on his feet on a belly-to-back suplex but Baron with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Baron goes for a half nelson slam but Frazer with an arm drag. Axiom tags in and Baron with a punch. Frazer floats over in the corner and Axiom with a kick. Bron and Baron are sent to the floor. Axiom with a suicide dive to Baron and Frazer with one to Bron. They go for a second one.
Axiom with a Golden Triangle to both men. Frazer and Axiom with forearms to Baron. Axiom with a front face lock to Baron. Frazer tags in and works on the arm. Axiom with a Northern Lariat and a double super kick to Baron. Baron blocks an Irish whip and Baron misses a splash into the corner. Bron tags in and Baron with a hot shot and he tosses Axiom to Bron for a German suplex. Bron with shoulders in the corner. Bron with a back elbow and a near fall followed by push ups. Baron tags in and he kicks Axiom. Baron sends Axiom’s head into the apron. Bron tags in and applies a rear chin lock. Axiom with punches and Bron with a knee and suplex. Baron tags in and Bron catapults Axiom to Baron for a power slam and Baron gets a near fall.
Baron has some words with the referee about his counting skills. Baron with a punch and Bron tags in. Baron tosses Axiom to Bron but Axiom escapes a slam and Frazer tags in and he kicks Baron and Bron. Bron catches Bron off the turnbuckles and Frazer counters a press slam with a DDT. Axiom with a frog splash and Frazer with a springboard 450 but Baron breaks up the cover. Baron with a Dragon sleeper on Frazer and Bron with a shoulder tackle to Axiom off the turnbuckles. Bron with a press power slam for a near fall. Axiom with a rana to Baron and Bron is crotched. Frazer tags in and hits a drop kick. Baron with Deep Six to Axiom and Baron gets Frazer on his shoulders for the bulldog but Axiom breaks up the cover.
Baron pulls Frazer off the ropes and Frazer lands on his feet and hits an enzuigiri. Frazer with a drop kick to the knees. Axiom with a thrust kick to Corbin. Frazer goes for a suicide dive but Baron catches him and sends him into the ring steps. Baron goes for a suplex but Axiom gets to his feet. Axiom with Golden Ratio to Bron when he escapes End of Days. Baron with a clothesline. Baron with a short arm clothesline but Frazer with a super kick. Bron with a rolling jumping knee to Frazer. Bron sets for a spear but he almost hits Baron when Frazer leap frogs him. Frazer and Axiom with a double drop kick to Bron’s back and he goes to the floor.
Axiom wit Golden Ratio and Frazer with a Phoenix Splash for the three count.
WInners and NEW NXT Tag Team Champions: Nathan Frazer and Axiom
After the match, Karrion Kross and Scarlett come to the ring but Akam and Rezar come through the crowd and attack Axiom and Frazer. Akam and Rezar hit Super Collider. They celebrate with the titles.
– Trick Williams walks in the back as we go to commercial.
– We are told that Josh Briggs suffered two cracked ribs on Saturday.
– Spring Breakin will take place on April 23rd and April 30th.
– Next week, Ridge Holland will face Joaquin Wilde. Noam Dar will face Dijak. Sol Ruca will face Lola Vice.
– Trick Williams makes his way to the ring.
Trick says he loves it. He says they went to Philly and they stood and they deilvered. They went to war. NXT is hotter now than ever because of the people in the building and he says he appreciates everyone. He says not to get it twisted. They had more than 16000 people in Philly chanting. They are marching into a new era.
Y’all won’t see him in this ring in this position without Carmelo Hayes. He might not agree with Carmelo but he is HIM. Trick says at Wrestlemania, everyone saw Bayley get her title. They saw Cody Rhodes finish his story. Trick says it makes him think about what is next in line and the next chapter for him. He is going to hop back on that plane to Orlando. He says everyone knows what is next for him. If he wants to go to the next level, he has to slay that Mad Dragon for the NXT Championship. He asks Ilja to come out to the ring.
Ilja Dragunov makes his way to the ring.
Ilja mentions that Trick was in the main event of Stand and Deliver. He says he is proud of what Trick has become. Trick possseses something that no one else has, Trick Willie charisma. He says Trick is what this brand needs.
Trick says this brand needs him versus Ilja for the title one more time.
Ilja says Trick is feeling it and he got his revenge on Hayes. You feel like you are on the top of the mountain. You feel like the leader of a hungry locker room. You want another shot at his title? Ilja says his answer is . . . NO
Ilja says Trick had his chance and he failed. It is time for another person to get their chance.
Trick asks who does he have to beat to get his opportunity. He says nothing nor no one will stop him.
Ilja says persistence is a great attribute. He says he knows that Trick is a risk taker and he bets on himself. This is the biggest risk you will ever take. if you want a shot at his title, you will have it in two weeks. But if you lose, you leave NXT.
Trick says if he can’t beat Ilja, he doesn’t deserve to be in NXT. He accepts the challenge.
After the match, Hayes hits Trick from behind and Trick collides with Ilja. Hayes with a Codebreaker to Trick followed by punches and kicks.
Hayes holds the title belt.
Hayes says he will beat Trick’s ass in a steel cage next week so he won’t make it to Spring Breakin.
