Kamille Reportedly Signs with AEW – According to a recent report, former NWA standout Kamille is now officially part of All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
After entering free agency on January 1, Kamille garnered interest from various wrestling promotions, including WWE, AEW, and TNA. Although WWE offered her a deal and discussions with WWE’s Shawn Michaels took place, Kamille ultimately chose to join AEW. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select confirmed that Kamille has signed with AEW and is now under contract. AEW CEO Tony Khan expressed admiration for Kamille during a media call leading up to AEW Revolution, highlighting the company’s scouting efforts regarding her talent.
Kamille’s tenure with the NWA began in 2018, where she made a significant impact, holding the NWA World Women’s Championship for an impressive 812 days. Her reign came to an end when she lost the title to Kenzie Paige at NWA 75, following a successful defense at NWA When Our Shadows Fall. Although she had previously made a one-time appearance on AEW Dynamite in July 2021, her recent signing marks her official entry into the AEW roster.
While details about Kamille’s debut in AEW remain undisclosed at this time, her addition further bolsters an already stacked roster that includes recent signings like Will Ospreay, Mercedes Mone, and Kazuchika Okada, showcasing AEW’s commitment to assembling a diverse mix of global wrestling talent.
