AEW World Title Match For Full Gear Revealed – After an injury stopped the main event title match between Hangman Adam Page and Jon Moxley on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, the show went on.
With Jon Moxley in the ring, he hopped on the mic to call out MJF who came to the ring carrying his Casino chip which entitles him to an AEW World Championship opportunity.
While the duo teased squaring off right then and there, MJF revealed that it was a rouse and he did not plan on cashing in his chip tonight.
Instead, he would be cashing in at Full Gear!
So it’s official: MJF will do battle with Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship at Full Gear on November 19, 2022.

The camera pans away from the ring as the commentators are shown close-up reacting to the unique ending to that match. The camera shot switches back to the ring briefly to show a bloody Mox with his title over his shoulder.
The commentators now run down some confirmed matches for upcoming AEW shows including this week’s Rampage and next week’s Dynamite. We hear a loud “Cowboy sh*t” chant in the background as Page is presumably being helped to the back.
Jon Moxley gets on the mic and cuts a promo. He says he hopes and prays that Page recovers 100% and can walk and talk again and perform for the fans again. He says this is a dangerous game and you have to have guts to play it as you need to put everything on the line.
He talks about how dangerous his profession is while he talks to the crowd. He says he’s on live TV and he starts addressing someone but it is censored off the broadcast. He then calls out MJF and says if he wants to prove it, he can get his “little suburban ass out here right now.” MJF’s theme hits and the crowd goes nuts.
MJF drags a referee down with him. He has his chip and is apparently going to cash it in now. The commentators point out he’s still got his street clothes on. He gets in the ring and takes his dress shirt off and backs into one corner. Mox is in the other. The referee is between them.
Mox walks up and flips MJF off. MJF sprints up to the commentary table. He says you wanna talk about cutting corners and being a man. He says these people know he’s a man. He says he’s gonna cash his chip in but when he does, he wants to make sure Mox is at 100%. Not 50%.
He doesn’t want to leave any questions that he’s better than him and he knows it. He says he’s cashing his chip in at AEW Full Gear. He tells Regal, the piece of sh*t to look at him when he says it. He says for the first time in his miserable life — he’s gonna earn it.
Regal smirks and looks at him. Mox is shown reacting in the ring as well. Mox tries making a quick comment and jokes about his mic not working and the show going down hill. He says MJF is gonna earn something at Full Gear — and that’s his heel going down his mouth, his fist going down it as well. He says he’ll squeeze his throat until his head pops off like a pez dispenser.
Mox says we’ll find out what MJF is made of and he vows to make an example out of him at Full Gear, showing everyone that when you step into the ring with him, bad things happen. “Wild Thing” plays again as this week’s show wraps up.
