Adam Page Injured - Main Event Match Stopped By Doctors

Adam Page Injured – Main Event Match Stopped By Doctors – Hangman Adam Page apparently suffered a serious injury during the main event of tonight’s AEW Dynamite.

During the match, Hangman Adam Page was being evaluated in the ring by AEW physician Doc Sampson who then made the decision to stop the match.

The injury happened with about 10 minutes left in the show. Hangman took a stiff lariat from Moxley. Shortly after, Hangman was seen holding the back of his neck.

Doc Sampson and officials went in to check on Page and the match was ultimately stopped and Moxley was declared the winner. Hopefully, it’s not a career-threatening injury but it looks like it’s very serious.

Hangman Adam Page required a stretcher transport out of the ring as the crew loosened the bottom rope to safely evacuate Page from the ring.

As he was being transported away from the ringside area via gurney, the crowd could be heard chanting β€œCowboy S**t.”

There were about 10 minutes left in the show when the injury occurred. The cameras did not shoot anything close up and they instead focused on Moxley.

As Excalibur went through the upcoming matches for AEW Rampage and AEW Dynamite, Taz was noticeably distracted as then the production went through a rapid change.

To fill for time, Excalibur ran down next week’s matches, and then they sent MJF out to announce that he would challenge Moxley for the World Title at Full Gear. That segment may have already been planned or an audible was called to announce it tonight rather than a future Dynamite.

We hope to find out more soon.
