Update on Noam Dar’s WWE Status – WWE has been without Noam Dar, a key member of the NXT faction Meta-Four, since last year due to injury.
Meta-Four, consisting of Dar, Oro Mensah, Lash Legend, and Jakara Jackson, has been viewed by WWE officials as a group with significant main roster potential. They debuted on SmackDown last year while still part of NXT, competing for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. At the time, WWE was testing their viability on the main roster, though Dar was already sidelined.
Dar’s absence stems from an injury sustained in May 2023. His last major involvement in NXT came during a Supernova Sessions segment where he disputed a match outcome involving Mensah. This led to a betrayal angle, culminating in Dar being attacked by an unknown assailant. Since then, he has not competed.
In a recent Q&A session, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful was asked about Dar’s status. He confirmed that Dar has been sidelined since May but has heard little regarding his recovery timeline. It remains unclear when he will be medically cleared to return.
Despite Dar’s absence, Meta-Four continues to gain traction in NXT. However, his return could be a pivotal moment for the group, especially given WWE’s high expectations for them on the main roster.
