Update on Main Roster Status of Three NXT Stars – Despite growing speculation surrounding the main roster futures of Roxanne Perez, Stephanie Vaquer, and Giulia, a new report from PWInsider confirms that none of the three NXT standouts have officially been moved to WWE’s main roster.
According to the May 1, 2025 update, all three wrestlers are still internally listed as members of the NXT roster. The outlet also addressed a misinterpretation of their earlier reporting, clarifying that while they were investigating the status of potential call-ups, their initial coverage had been misrepresented by others.
PWInsider explained that although they recently noted efforts to verify the call-up status of these performers, that reporting was “incorrectly presented elsewhere as PWInsiderElite.com stating that call-ups are 100% done.” The site firmly denied making that claim, adding, “That’s something we’ve never said.”
The clarification comes after each of the three wrestlers generated buzz over potential moves to RAW or SmackDown in recent weeks. Giulia has been the subject of high-profile discussion following her signing with WWE earlier this year. Stephanie Vaquer, who joined NXT from CMLL, has also turned heads with her performances, while Roxanne Perez remains a cornerstone of the NXT women’s division.
Despite appearances or speculation suggesting otherwise, PWInsider’s update makes clear that no official changes have been made to their roster status at this time. Any future movement to RAW or SmackDown would still need to be finalized internally by WWE.
As of now, fans can expect to continue seeing Perez, Vaquer, and Giulia as featured names on the NXT brand unless or until further changes are confirmed.
