WWE Made Changes To 4/9 NXT

WWE Made Changes To 4/9 NXT – Tuesday’s episode of WWE NXT featured the fallout from the Stand & Deliver special over the weekend in Philly, which was newsworthy.

It featured the fallout from Trick Williams beating Carmelo Hayes in the main event while Roxanne Perez won the Women’s Title from Lyra Valkyria. Tuesday’s NXT also featured the farewell of Bron Breakker, who had dropped the NXT Tag Team Titles alongside Baron Corbin.

Fightful reports WWE made some changes to the original rundown of the show as Oba Femi’s promo and Brinley Reece vs. Jaida Parker were swapped.

Speaking of Hayes and Williams, it was said WWE did consider adding a stipulation to their Stand & Deliver match, which was a singles bout, as the company did look at potentially booking them in a steel cage match. It’s unclear why the stipulation wasn’t added.
