NJPW Renews Partnership with AXS TV, Unveils January Schedule – AXS TV announced on Monday that they had renewed their programming deal with New Japan Pro-Wrestling, with the wrestling promotion set to stay on AXS TV throughout 2024.
The agreement will see AXS TV air 45 episodes of New Japan content over the course of the year. Episodes will continue airing at their normal time of Thursdays at 10 p.m. EST.
New episodes will begin airing on January 11, 2024, with the first being an airing of the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship between Will Ospreay, Jon Moxley, and David Finlay that was held at Wrestle Kingdom 18.
AXS TV also announced that, beginning on January 7, 2024, users will be able to enjoy classic episodes of NJPW in English every Sunday at 6 a.m. PST, and repeating throughout the day.

- “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada meets “The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson once again at Wrestle Kingdom 18 – January 18
- G1 CLIMAX 33 Winner Tetsuya Naito gets his long-awaited title shot, as the Los Ingobernables de Japón honcho challenges SANADA for the coveted IWGP World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom 18 – January 25
