As noted earlier, Tyson Fury has recently expressed interest in a future in WWE. However, during an interview with ESPN, Fury indicated that he’s likely finished with wrestling due to the physical demands of the sport.
Fury explained, “WWE’s too hard for me. Boxing is much easier than WWE. It’s very physical and taxing on the body. WWE, getting slammed on the floor and all that sort of stuff. I’d rather move around the ring and dodge punches.”
Fury made his WWE debut at Crown Jewel in 2019, where he defeated Braun Strowman by countout after sending him outside the ring. He also made a surprise appearance at WWE Clash at the Castle 2022, delivering a knockout punch to Austin Theory and preventing him from cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase.
