After the match, Nia Jax didn’t stop there. She continued her assault, attacking Rhea Ripley and leaving the champion incapacitated. Jax’s return and subsequent actions made a strong statement as she asserted her presence once again in the WWE.
Back in August, reports began to surface that Nia Jax’s name had started to circulate within wrestling circles. These reports indicated that there was chatter and discussion about Nia Jax possibly making a return to the wrestling scene. It seems that these discussions and rumors eventually materialized into her surprise return on WWE Raw in September.
It’s worth noting that Nia Jax had been released by WWE in November 2021, but she made a one-off return in the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble match.
