Rumors are swirling about Nia Jax making a return to WWE soon.
A recent report from PWInsider has brought up discussions within WWE about the potential return of Nia Jax to the company. While nothing has been confirmed yet, it’s interesting to note that various sources have picked up on Jax’s name being talked about lately.
Jax, who was once the RAW Women’s Champion and a two-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, initially joined WWE in early 2014, starting in WWE NXT. She was then moved up to the main roster in July 2016 and remained there until her release on November 4, 2021, due to budget cuts alongside other releases. Jax later revealed that she was let go while on a mental health break.
Since her departure from WWE, Jax has appeared at some conventions, but she hasn’t been involved with any other wrestling promotions. Her sole match after her release in November 2021 was in the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble Match. In a surprise move, she entered the Rumble at number 30. Although she was eventually eliminated as the 19th participant, it took the efforts of 11 other women to get her out of the match.
