It looks like R-Truth is getting closer to making his return from injury.
The longtime WWE star had been on the WWE NXT brand before he went down with a torn quad during a singles match with Grayson Waller this past November. The injury happened when he flipped over the top rope.
Days later, the wrestling veteran underwent surgery. R-Truth previously revealed that he needed a second surgery because he had an infection.
Back in January, while doing a live stream, R-Truth noted that although the second surgery set his recovery process back, he noted he’s probably coming back sooner than people think.
R-Truth recently shared a photo of himself at the gym on Twitter, leading to a fan asking him when he will return to the ring. The WWE star replied that he would be back soon.
