Date For FTR’s Titles Vs Careers Match Revealed – On last week’s AEW Dynamite show, FTR challenged AEW World Tag Team Champions the Gunns to a match, with Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler putting their AEW careers on the line.
Should FTR lose the match, they would leave AEW.
There has been a lot of speculation about the future of FTR, with Dax claiming the pair’s AEW contracts are set to expire next month, and that they have made a ‘decision’ on their future.
No date was announced for the match on last week’s show, but we now know when the match will be taking place.
Per Tony Khan, the title vs career match is set to take place on next week’s (April 5) episode of AEW Dynamite in Long Island, New York.
Also set for Long Island is an AEW Women’s World Championship clash between Jamie Hayter and Riho, as well as Ricky Starks taking on Juice Robinson.
This week’s Dynamite show will see Kenny Omega defend the IWGP United States Championship against NJPW’s Jeff Cobb.
