WWE RAW Season Premiere Results (10/25) Houston, TX

WWE RAW Season Premiere Results – We are live from the Toyota Center in Houston, TX, as WWE Champion Big E makes his way to the ring to start the Season Premiere of Monday Night RAW.

Big E welcomes everyone to the Season Premiere of Raw.  He says what better town to host this show than the town that gave us DJ Screw, a town with Papadeaux’s on every corner.  He is talking about Houston.  The crowd chants for the Astros.  He said he wouldn’t be so remised if he did not mention the new King of the Ring, his brother and yours Xavier Woods.  Big E says he has to tip his hat to Drew McIntyre.  A man who pushed him, sharpened his iron, and made him a better man than he was a week ago.  There is no rest for the weary.  With the new influx of talent from Smackdown to Raw, who…

Seth Rollins’ music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

Seth takes a mic and he laughs.  He says you already know why he is out here.  Big E says that Seth lost to Edge.  Seth says that Edge isn’t here and he is so he wants that title as soon as possible. Big E says Seth lost to Edge so he goes to the back of the line. Seth says he had a long week and he went through hell on Thursday and he earned his stripes.  The Universal Champion is too afraid to give him an opportunity.  Do you want to be like Roman Reigns or do you want to be a fighting champion?  What better way to start off the new season that Seth Rollins versus Big E for that title.

Rey Mysterio’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

Rey says that Seth’s vision is impaired after getting his head bashed in by Edge.  It has been a moment since we have seen EYE TO EYE, but if anyone deserves a title match, it should be him.  He says his resume speaks for itself.  A former United States, Intercontinental, Tag Team, three time World Champion, and a former WWE Champion.    He will do anything to have that title one more time.

Finn Balor’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

Finn tells Rey he has nothing but love for him, but with all due respect, Finn says he is a two time NXT Champion, a two time Intercontinental Champion, and the first ever Universal Champion.  There is one championship he has never held and now that he is on Raw, he wants that, the WWE Championship.

Seth tells Big E not to listen to them but Kevin Owens comes out.

He says he doesn’t want to be ‘that guy’ but if we are going to mention accolades, I’ll do it.  I am a former NXT Champion, three time US Champion, two time Intercontinental Champion, and I won a title in Houston.  Kevin says something else happened in Houston.  I became Universal Champion in this building and the person I pinned for that title was you Cruella Deville.  Your head was where E’s feet were…

Seth attacks Owens and then Balor kicks Rollins and Owens goes for a stunner but Rollins escapes.

Sonya Deville makes her way to the stage.  She says if you want an opportunity at that title, later tonight there will be a fatal four way match and the winner gets that opportunity. Sonya says we need to up the ante and raise the stakes so it will be a ladder match.

Zelina says she will stand for this treatment no longer.  How dare you introduce her like that.  She is no superstar.  She is the first EVER Queen’s Crown Tournament winner.  You are talking about royalty.  She tells Mike Rome to do it again with bravado, like they rehearsed.

Zelina says that was much better.  Zelina asks if that was so hard.  She says she has been underappreciated for her greatness.  She says she was the only woman in WWE fit to be Queen.  Her ascension to the throne was obvious.  None of the other girls had a chance.  She tells her subjects to bow down to the official Queen.  The question still remains.  What kind of a Queen will she be?  A generous Queen?  A beautiful Queen?  A cruel Queen?  A Queen to be loved or feared?  The answer is all of the above.  If you are not the most powerful woman in the room than you are nothing.

Doudrop is a perfect example of what happens when you get in her way.  This crown is proof that she is the best of the best.  You will all talk about her reign for years to come.  She will be like Nefertiti and Cleopatra. She goes on and on, and calls on everyone to hail Queen Zelina. The music interrupts and out comes Doudrop.

— Big Time Becks makes her way to the ring with her new RAW Women’s Title. We go to commercial.

In the Arena:

We are back and Becky Lynch is in the ring.

Becky says it feels good to have this title back on her shoulder.  The title she never lost.  The title she won at Wrestlemania 35 and the title that no one has beaten her to take.  She says she has been back for 2 months and she is making headlines.  She overcame insurmountable odds to beat Sasha and Bianca.  As the man of the people, I know you don’t want to see Bianca anywhere near this title.  There is a whole new crop of women chomping at the bit.  You want to see me beat Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan.  They will learn, just like Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair learned that you can’t get what you want unless you are her.

Bianca Belair’s music plays and she makes her way to the ring.

Bianca says it is always something something.  I walked out of Crown Jewel with a lot of feeling but I did not feel shame. I was not the one you pinned, or cheated to win.  I saw what you did.  If anyone should be ashamed, it should be you.  You only think you get what you want because you haven’t faced any adversity.  You have found every way to avoid me since SummerSlam.  I beat Sasha at Wrestlemania.  I beat Bayley at Hell in a Cell.  I beat Charlotte last week so that means I get a match against the Raw Women’s Champion and that is you.  Your twenty-six seconds of fame and that title reign are over.

The new face of Raw has shown up and it is the EST of WWE.

Becky tells ESTer that she might says she is the face of WWE.  Becky shows herself after winning at Crown Jewel and then she shows Bianca’s face after the match.  That isn’t the face of Raw, that is the face of a loser.  You want to talk about not facing adversity?  I overcame adversity to become a hero for these people.  You had a straight shot to the title.  You won the Royal Rumble and at Wrestlemania.  You beat the best women in the company because I wasn’t here.  Since then, it has been disappointment for you.

Bianca says she is disappointed that she hasn’t smacked that smile off your face.  You have hidden how hurt your feelings are.  You really thought that everyone was going to be so happy that you came back and forget about me, but they are still rooting for me.  You might have the title, but you are seeking all that validation.  Behind the forced smile and catchphrases, you have nothing.  Having the title is a beautiful thing.  If you are not enough with it, then you are not enough without it.  You were nothing without the title.  I have shown that I am still the EST of WWE without the title.  You will never be the strongest, fastest, or smartest on Raw.  She tells Becky to shut up or run up because she wants her match tonight.

Becky says Bianca wants to act tough and go one more time to see who the best really is.  She says her face says get to the back of the line, bitch.

Bianca punches Becky and kicks her.  Bianca with a spinebuster and Becky goes to the floor.  Bianca follows after Becky and sends Becky over the announce table.

Becky leaves and tells Bianca if she wants her match, she’s got it.  Just not tonight.

Backstage:
