WWE Smackdown Overnight Ratings Back Over 2 Million

The overnight ratings are in for Friday’s WWE SmackDown episode from Houston, Texas at the Toyota Center.

The episode drew an average of 2.185 million viewers, which is up from last Friday’s SmackDown episode that did an average of 1.881 million viewers on FOX, according to Spoiler TV.

The first hour did 2.221 million viewers while the second hour did 2.148 million viewers. To compare, last week’s first hour had 1.956 million viewers and the second hour had 1.805 million viewers.

It also pulled in an average of 0.60 rating in the 18-49 demographic. That is up from the 0.45 rating in the 18-49 demographic the show did last week.

This was the first show with fans in attendance in over a year and the go-home show for Sunday’s Money in the Bank PPV event. It was also the first show to draw 2 million viewers since the June 18th show that had a Universal Title Hell in a Cell match.

The episode featured SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair vs. Carmella, Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins vs. Big E vs. Shinsuke Nakamura in a fatal 4-way bout, and Roman Reigns & The Usos vs. Edge, Rey Mysterio & Dominik Mysterio in a six-man tag team match.
