Several RAW Stars Will Be at WWE Draft on Friday’s SmackDown – The WWE Draft is returning this week as it will be a two-night event across April 26 and April 29 on Raw and SmackDown. Main roster and NXT stars will be included in the Draft.
As previously reported, Trick Williams is no longer being considered for a move to Raw and SmackDown. Williams is scheduled to challenge for the NXT Title at the Spring Breakin’ episode of NXT on Tuesday night.
Before WWE changed plans, he was considered a lock alongside Carmelo Hayes to be called up to the main roster. Von Wagner had been considered for a move to the main roster before he was let go.
Friday’s SmackDown is expected to be loaded in addition to the Draft as it will be one of the highest-viewed episodes of SmackDown all year.The only thing announced for it thus far is the Cody Rhodes & AJ Styles contract signing for their Backlash Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match.
Pwinsider reports that a massive part of the Raw roster will be at the show for the Draft, including Intercontinental Champion Smai Zayn, New Day, Sheamus, Bronson Reed, The Miz, Kayden Carter, Katana Chance, and others.
