Mauro Ranallo welcomes us as some light pyro goes off on the custom red, white and blue stage with a car on each side of the ramp.

Fatal 4 Way #1 Contender’s Elimination Match: Tegan Nox vs. Dakota Kai vs. Mia Yim vs. Candice LeRae

We go right to the ring for tonight’s opener as Tegan Nox makes her way out. Dakota Kai is out next by herself. The winner of this match will become the new #1 contender to NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai. Mia Yim is out next. Candice LeRae is out last. Tom goes over the rules for tonight. NXT General Manager William Regal banned outside interference, which is why Raquel Gonzalez is not here.

The bell rings and Candice goes right to the floor to avoid the action. Kai also goes out as Nox and Yim look on. Nox and Yim lock up to start. Yim drops Nox first with a shoulder. There are also red, white and blue ropes tonight. LeRae pulls Yim out and launches her into the steel steps for boos. LeRae hits the ring and has words with Nox. Kai comes from behind but goes back to the floor. LeRae takes advantage and rolls Nox up for a 2 count. Kai drops Nox from behind and drops LeRae with a forearm. Nox and Kai go at it now. Kai drops Nox but misses a kick from the floor. Nox hits Kai but goes down and may have hurt herself. Yim and LeRae are going at it now. Yim drops LeRae in the corner but misses a cannonball.

LeRae ends up slamming Kai face-first on the corner of the apron, hitting with an awkward landing. LeRae with a plancha to the floor, taking Nox and Kai back down on the floor. LeRae goes to the top but Yim decks her. Yim climbs up for a superplex with LeRae but LeRae fights her. LeRae slides down for the powerbomb but Yim stops it. LeRae runs back up for a super German suplex for a close 2 count in the middle of the ring as Kai comes in to take over. Kai scoops LeRae on her shoulders but Nox drops them both with a big superkick. Nox runs at Kai in the corner but she moves and it hits LeRae. Kai with a running big boot to LeRae in the corner. Nox follows up and here comes Yim. Yim tells Nox to help her and they double team LeRae, slamming her on Kai to send Kai out. Yim drops LeRae into her knee and covers for the pin. LeRae has been eliminated.

Yim talks trash to LeRae while she’s down. Nox watches from behind and Kai looks on from the floor. We go to a picture-in-picture commercial.

Back from the break and Kai is getting double teamed. They launch her into the corner. Yim follows up with a cannonball and Nox hits a big kick. Nox goes for the pin and Yim jumps on top to try and keep Kai down but Kai still kicks out. Yim looks a bit frustrated as Kai rolls to the floor for a breather. Nox and Yim face off now and shake hands before going at it.

They run the ropes and trade counters. Nox goes for a chokeslam but it’s avoided. They face off again after almost swinging one each other. Yim poses on the ropes to avoid a counter, showing off. Yim ends up sent to the floor. Kai comes in and goes at it with Nox now. Kai with a big hip toss to drop Nox on her head. Yim comes in and hits a Dragon suplex on Kai. All three competitors go at it now. Yim unloads on both, sending Nox out and hitting a flying headscissors on Kai. Yim with a suicide dive to drop Nox on the floor. She runs back in and hits another suicide dive, this time taking Kai down on the other side of the ring for a pop. Yim brings Kai back in the ring. Yim with a Code Blue for a close 2 count.

Nox runs in and rolls Yim up from behind but she kicks out. Yim ducks and drops Nox with Sole Food. Nox rolls to the floor to avoid the pin. Yim is frustrated and just standing there, saying something to the referee while Nox gets up on the floor. Kai rolls Yim up from behind and gets the pin. Yim has been eliminated. The announcers say there was some miscommunication there. We go to another picture-in-picture commercial.

Kai with an axe kick to Nox and she sends Tegan into the turnbuckles. Kai gets a near fall. Kai with a rear chin lock. Nox with a rollup for a near fall. Kai kicks Nox and we go to commercial.

We are back and Kai and Nox exchange punches and forearms. They continue to go back and forth. Kai with a back heel kick to Nox. Nox with a head butt followed by chops. Nox with clotheslines to Kai. Nox with a running European uppercut to Kai followed by a second one. Nox goes for a third one and hits it. Nox with a Cannonboar to Kai. Nox with a fallaway slam and bridge for a near fall. Nox goes up top and Kai with a running boot to the head followed by a press slam off the turnbuckles. Kai with the Kairopractor for a near fall.

Nox with punches and Kai with a forearm to the back. Kai with more kicks. Nox with a gourdbuster for a near fall. Nox misses a Shiniest Wizard and Kai with a crucifix for a near fall. Kai with a submission on Nox but Nox with a rollup for a near fall. Nox with a head butt and both women are staggered. Nox goes up top and hits a Molly Go Round followed by the Shiniest Wizard for the three count.

Winner: Tegan Nox

– Damian Priest is in the back and he has something to say to Cameron Grimes. He says he does not understand what type of man you are. You slash my tires and do admit to it. You attack me and you don’t own up to it. I am challenging to a one on one match. No tricks and no games. I guarantee that the beating I give you will last forever.

– Sasha Banks and Bayley are in the back as they prepare for Sasha’s match.

Timothy Thatcher vs. Oney Lorcan

They lock up and Lorcan with a head scissors and Thatcher escapes. Thatcher with a chop. Lorcan with a side head lock and Lorcan with a head scissors. Thatcher with a bow and arrow and Thatcher with a near fall. Lorcan goes for the wrist lock take down and he applies a short arm scissors but Thatcher blocks the full application of the hold. Thatcher gets a near fall with a rollup and Lorcan holds on. Thatcher tries to pick up Lorcan but Lorcan rolls through and holds on to the arm. Thatcher with a wrist lock and he works on the arm.

Thatcher gets a near fall. Thatcher with a double wrist lock into an arm bar. Thatcher with a chop against the ropes. Thatcher returns to the arm and he applies a double wrist lock. Thatcher adds a head scissors to add more pressure. Thatcher gets a near fall. Lorcan with a snap mare and surfboard. Thatcher tries for a reversal or escape but Lorcan holds on. Lorcan with chops. Thatcher with an Irish whip but Lorcan with an elbow and he goes to the turnbuckles but Thatcher with a running European uppercut that knocks Lorcan to the floor.

Thatcher sends Lorcan’s elbow into the apron and they return to the ring. Thatcher wraps Lorcan’s arm in the ropes and he kicks the arm. Thatcher with forearms and knees in the corner. Thatcher with a double wrist lock. Thatcher with a European uppercut and single leg take down into a double wrist lock. Thatcher with a hammer lock and Lorcan with a front face lock. Thatcher with a belly-to-belly suplex. Lorcan rolls to the floor. Thatcher with forearms and he tries to suplex Lorcan back into the ring but Lorcan blocks it. Lorcan gets back into the ring and hits a half and half suplex followed by a running European uppercut for a near fall. Thatcher and Lorcan go back and forth with chops and European uppercuts.

Lorcan with slaps and strikes to Thatcher and then he grabs the jaw and slaps Thatcher a number of times. Lorcan with a single leg Crab. Thatcher escapes and applies a knee bar. Lorcan escapes and Lorcan with chops. Thatcher with a block and he slaps Lorcan. Thatcher with a butterfly suplex for a near fall. Thatcher goes for the Sugar Hold and Lorcan with a fish hook. Thatcher applies a Fujiwara arm bar and Lorcan taps out.

Winner: Timothy Thatcher

After the match, Thatcher takes his time releasing the hold.

– We take a look at Karrion Kross. He asks if you know how to read between the lines. There are individuals among us who are entitled.. They have a significant amount of delusion. They put time in. Time has different ways for the future. Scarlett says the plot is about to thicken. This brand’s identiy will be marked by the torment and suffering you endure. Kross says it isn’t about the time you put in, but the time you take away.

Rhea Ripley vs. Robert Stone and Aliyah

We go to the ring for tonight’s Handicap Match as Rhea Ripley makes her way out first. Alicia Taylor does the ring introductions. Out next are Aliyah and Robert Stone. Stone is dressed like he’s showing up for a boxing match. Ripley laughs at him. Ripley will join The Robert Stone Brand if she loses tonight.

Stone tells Aliyah he has this and Rhea is getting a good laugh at Stone’s attire. Stone gets chopped by Rhea. Aliyah jumps on Rhea’s back and Rhea with a snap mare. Aliyah with a satellite head scissors and Stone grabs Rhea’s leg for Aliyah to hit a running knee into the corner. Aliyah gets a near fall. Aliyah with a head scissors but Rhea picks up Aliyah for a power bomb set up but Aliyah gets on her shoulders. Rhea sends Aliyah face first to the mat and Stone stops Rhea. Stone misses a pescado when Rhea moves.

Aliyah with a bulldog off the apron and she sends Rhea back into the ring. Aliyah gets a near fall. Aliyah with a Thesz Press and punches to Rhea. Aliyah with a waist lock and Rhea grabs Aliyah by the hair and sends her into the ropes. Aliyah with a kick and Rhea kicks Aliyah into Stone and Stone falls off the apron. Stone hits Rhea and Aliyah gets a near fall with a rollup. Rhea sends Aliyah into Stone and Stone falls off the apron. Rhea with a German suplex and Stone goes up top.

Rhea catches Stone by the throat and Aliyah with a rolling kick to the back to stop a choke slam attempt by Rhea. Aliyah kicks Rhea and punches her. Aliyah gets a near fall. Stone with an arm bar and he holds Rhea for Aliyah to kick her.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Stone with a Boston Crab while Aliyah has Rhea in a crossface. Rhea kicks Stone out of the hold and then she escapes from Aliyah. Aliyah with a kick and a double suplex. Aliyah and Stone argue over who covers Rhea and Aliyah can only get a near fall. Stone says they are on the same page. They set for a double suplex but Rhea counters with a double suplex of her own.

Ripley with a back body drop to Aliyah followed by a drop kick to Stone. Rhea sends Aliyah into Stone in the corner. Rhea with short arm clotheslines to Aliyah and then she sends Aliyah into Stone to knock him down in the corner. Rhea with a kick and then Rhea sends Aliyah into Robert’s groinal area.

Rhea with a boot to Aliyah and then Stone goes for a rollup and Rhea stays on her feet. Rhea with a head butt to Stone. Rhea kicks Aliyah and then she applies a double Prism Trap and they tap out.

Winner: Rhea Ripley

– We have a video package for Roderick Strong and Dexter Lumis.

– Roderick says the staring, the constant staring. He just keeps staring at me. He stuffed us in a trunk and has been drawing these portraits. To get to the other side, one meet meet his fears. Tonight, I look fear in the eye.

Roderick Strong vs. Dexter Lumis in a Strap Match

Strong with forearms to Lumis before the strap is attached. Lumis punches Strong and hits a back elbow.

The strap is attached and Lumuis pulls Strong up and hits an uppercut. Strong is pulled into the apron by Lumis a few times. Lumis goes to the floor and Strong kicks Lumis and sends him into the apron. Strong with a forearm to the back. Lumis kicks and chokes Strong in the corner. Lumis with an Irish whip and back body drop. Lumis punches Strong in the corner. Strong kicks Lumis from the corner and follows with a knee and chop. Strong with a punch and Lumis is not phased. Strong with another chop. Lumis sends Strong to the apron and Lumis punches Strong and he pulls Strong back onto the apron. Strong kicks Lumis in the leg and connects with a forearm.

Lumis biels Strong back into the ring. Lumis punches Strong. Lumis runs into a boot and Strong with a running knee to the head. Strong with forearms and he climbs the turnbuckles to punch Lumis with the strap wrapped around his fist. Lumis escapes and he has Strong’s head against the turnbuckles and Lumis with a punch. Strong goes to the floor and Lumis follows. Lumis punches Strong and then he tries to whip Strong with the strap but Strong moves. Lumis pulls Strong into the ring steps and Strong flips off the steps.

They go to the stage and Lumis punches Strong and sends him into the LED board. Lumis opens the trunk to one of the cars next to the ramp and Strong pulls Lumis into the LED board. Strong with kicks from the stage and ramp. Strong with an Olympic Slam on the floor. They return to the ring and Strong whips Lumis with the strap and chops Lumis. Strong punches Lumis and Strong with a kick and more punches. Strong gets a near fall. Strong with a gutwrench but Lumis blocks him. Lumis with punches.

Strong with a reverse chin lock and Lumis with punches and kicks. Lumis runs into a boot from Strong and Strong with an enzuigiri. Strong whips Lumis with the strap. Strong with chops to Lumis and then he uses the strap again. Strong with a running forearm and chop. Lumis with a clothesline. Lumis with a bulldog for a near fall. Lumis with a slingshot suplex. Lumis whips Strong in the back with the strap. Strong with a jumping knee and he puts Lumis on the turnbuckles. Strong sets for a superplex and Lumis blocks it. Strong hits a superplex and Strong gets a near fall.

Strong ties Lumis’ feet in the strap and Strong with a Strong Hold. Lumis escapes and goes to the floor. Strong follows after Lumis. Lumis sends Strong into the apron and then back into the ring. Strong distracts the referee and Fish kicks Lumis to trip him on the apron. Strong with a flying boot for a near fall. Strong goes for a suplex but Lumis blocks it. Strong and Lumis go back and forth and then Fish tries to interfere and he is clotheslined by the strap. Lumis sends Strong into Fish and Fish goes into the plexiglass. Lumis with a sit out uranage and he applies the Silence. Strong taps out.

Winner: Dexter Lumis

– Tom Phillips mentions next week’s Great American Bash and the main event is Keith Lee versus Adam Cole in a Winner Take All Match.

We go to Prime Target.

Keith Lee says there are so many reasons why this is the biggest match of his career. This is the defining moment. There has been this trend and connection with the WWE Universe. The people he has learned from. Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, defense after defense, and still I stand. Now I have the chance to do what no one else has done. Hold the NXT and North American Title. It is my chance to deliver. NXT is NXLee. I am Mr. NXT. I have set my sights on your title Adam Cole for a long time. I have waited patiently. I have earned an opportunity. I am not going to overlook anything. I over my respect and congratulations. Your reign has been epic and legendary.

Adam Cole says Keith Lee had one of the best years. Career making moment at the Survivor Series and facing off with Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble. Keith Lee would not happen if not for Adam Cole. Keith Lee does not happen if I don’t lead the charge. I will prove it one week from tonight with the NXT Championship in one hand and the North American Title in the other.

Keith says when the dust settles there will be one man standing on top holding both titles and it will be Keith Lee.

Adam says when the chips are down, Keith Lee struggles and fails. Meanwhile, when the chips are down, I prevail. Next week, I will take all and that is Undisputed.

Keith says while you may be undisputed, I am unstoppable.

Keith says I am not letting anyone down.

Adam says this is the biggest match in NXT history. Lee says this is all that he has been working for.

– Io Shirai is in the back getting ready for her match.

We go to commercial.

– We are back and Candice LeRae and Johnny Gargano talk about how it was a three on one situation. Candice runs away and Johnny goes over to check on Candice going after Mia Yim. Johnny and Isaiah Scott have some works while MIa and Candice are separated.

– Santos Escobar makes his way to the ring with Raul Mendoza and Joaquin Wilde.

Escobar takes the mic and talks about how the lucha libre culture used to rule the ring. They used to be something – heroes and role models. Their historic tradition turned into a sideshow as the fans settled and were led to believe that lucha libre is just a bunch of guys in masks doing flips. A “that is lucha!” chant starts. Escobar says that is wrong. He’s going to rediscover the roots of lucha, in their image, in his image. They will restore the honor of lucha and leave a legacy they can be proud of.

The crowd continues to boo. Santos goes on and says they will right the wrongs of others, showing what it means to be a lucha libre artist. They are going to build their empire. He is Santos Escobar and this is… the music interrupts and out comes Drake Maverick, returning in a neck brace from the beatdown two weeks ago.

Escobar and his crew motion for Drake to bring it. Drake takes the brace off and rushes the ring. He fights Wilde and Mendoza but they end up beating him down as the champ looks on. They hold Drake while Santos gets in his face and talks trash. Santos drops the mic and backs up for an attack but here comes Breezango – Tyler Breeze and Fandango. They fight and clear the ring of Mendoza and Wilde, clotheslining them to the floor. Escobar retreats to the floor as Drake stands with Breezango now. Fandango takes the mic and says there will be no place to hide next Wednesday night on Night Two of the Great American Bash. The Breezango music hits to end the segment.

– McKenzie is backstage with Cameron Grimes now for a response to the earlier challenge from Damian Priest. Grimes says Priest must not understand it’s Grime Time and he’s going to the top. He goes on and says he will be the #1 contender to the winner of next week’s “Winner Takes All” main event, and he’s going right to the moon. Grimes continues to rant and boast before walking off.

– Still to come, the main event will be shown in its entirety. Back to commercial.

– Back from the break and we get another “coming soon” vignette for Mercedes Martinez. She will be here next week. Mauro also confirms the six-man match for next week, plus a Street Fight with Mia Yim vs. Candice LeRae. That and the “Winner Takes All” main event on Night Two of the Great American Bash.

Io Shirai vs. Sasha Banks

We go back to the ring for tonight’s main event as another white car comes driving out with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions in it – Sasha Banks with SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley. NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai is out next for this non-title main event, which will be shown in its entirety with no interruptions.

They lock up and Banks backs Io into the corner for a clean break. They lock up again and Io backs Sasha into the corner but Sasha with a wrist lock. Io with a reversal. Sasha with a punch and Io avoids a clothesline. Io blocks a forearm and Sasha with an Irish whip. Io with a pendulum kick and Io goes up top and hits a missile drop kick. Io with a suicide dive onto Sasha. Io sends Sasha back into the ring. Io with kicks in the corner. Io chokes Sasha in the corner and connects with a knee for a near fall.

Io puts Sasha on the turnbuckles and Bayley distracts Io by honking a car horn. Sasha pulls Io off the turnbuckles and gets a near fall. Sasha punches Io. Sasha with a rear chin lock. Io backs Sasha into the turnbuckles but Sasha sends Io into the corner. Sasha puts Io on the middle turnbuckle and then hits a double knee drop for a near fall. Sasha stands on one hand and then works on the fingers on the other hand. Sasha with elbows to the chest and collarbone for a near fall. Sasha with a running double knee drop for a near fall.

Sasha kicks Io and applies a surfboard. Io with knees to Sasha and a head scissors take down. Io charges into the corner but Sasha sends Io into the turnbuckles. Sasha goes to the turnbuckles and Io with a palm strike. Io with a Frankensteiner. Io with shoulder tackles and a flapjack. Io with a Tiger Feint Kick to Sasha followed by a springboard drop kick for a near fall. Io sets for a Tiger Bomb but Sasha escapes. Io rolls through and Sasha misses a forearm. Io with a German suplex and Sasha lands awkwardly. Banks with the Banks Statement.

Sasha gets a near fall. Io with a victory roll into a double stomp. Io with a running double knee strike into the corner. Io goes up top but Sasha stops Io and Io is put in the Tree of Woe. Sasha taunts Io and slaps her. Sasha goes for a running drop kick into the corner but Io pulls herself up and Sasha hits the turnbuckles. Io lands on her feet on a moonsault attempt. Io runs into a boot and Sasha with Meteora for a near fall. Sasha limps as she gets up and Io with a drop toe hold into the ropes. Io sets for a Tiger Feint Kick but Sasha escaes the ropes. Sasha and Io exchange forearms.

Io goes for a springboard move but Sasha stops her. Io knocks Sasha away and Sasha grabs Io from the ropes and Sasha with a round kick to the temple. Sasha with a suicide dive sunset flip power bomb into the plexiglass. Sasha sends Io back into the ring but Sasha has to gloat before getting back into the ring. Sasha goes up top and goes for a frog splash but Io moves and Io applies a crossface. Bayley gives Sasha a title belt and then the referee is out of position and Bayley punches Io.

The referee argues with Bayley and Sasha goes for the other tag title belt and Asuka sprays green mist in Sasha’s face and Io with a rollup and a palm strike. Io with a drop kick through the ropes to Bayley followed by a moonsault for the three count.

Winner: Io Shirai

After the match, the music hits as Shirai recovers on the mat. The crowd pops as Asuka enters the ring and celebrates with Shirai, dancing around. Banks rolls to the floor, covered in Asuka’s green mist. Bayley tends to Banks as we go to replays. Shirai raises her title and has words for Banks and Bayley as Asuka dances around. Banks stumbles to the ramp, still covered in the mist.

Next week we will see the following

– Tyler Breeze, Fandango and Drake Maverick versus Santos Escobar, Raul Mendoza, and Joaquin Wilde.

– Mia Yim faces Candice LeRae in a Street Fight

– Adam Cole faces Keith Lee in a Double Title Winner Takes All Match.

Night One goes off the air with Shirai and Asuka standing tall in the middle of the ring as the light pyro goes off on the stage.
