More on NXT Additions to The Royal Rumble, Finn Balor Teases Potential Entry

As noted a couple of days ago, the plan is to still have NXT Superstars at Royal Rumble this Sunday.

As seen below, WWE has released the annual “By The Numbers” video, which seems to confirm that NXT Superstars will be a part of the 30-Man Rumble Match and the 30-Woman Rumble Match, as it notes that “three brands collide in two Royal Rumble matches on one historic night” this year.

Furthermore, the WWE on FOX Twitter account posted a “stop and play” GIF for fans to select who their pick is for the women’s match. The GIF features 9 NXT and NXT UK Superstars: Shayna Baszler, Toni Storm, Io Shirai, Piper Niven, Tegan Nox, Kacy Catanzaro, Bianca Belair, Dakota Kai, and Mia Yim.

Speaking of NXT Superstars, Finn Balor shared a photo of himself on his official Twitter account which got a response by Curt Hawkins, who wrote, “But I do miss you, bud.” This led to Balor saying that he would see him Sunday. However, fans picked up on the way that he spelled these words as Balor replaced the second “e” in “See” with a 3 and the “o” in “you” with a 0.

Thus, it got fans speculating that he was hinting that he might show up at the Royal Rumble and potentially enter at #30. You can see his tweets here:
