3/5 NXT Roadblock Results– Lexis King welcomes us to Roadblock. He says they are going full speed on the road to Stand and Deliver. Carmelo Hayes says he is second to nobody. Tony D’Angelo says you don’t have to be HIM to move things around here. He handles business his way. Lexis asks who will be the next to face Ilja Dragunov. He says there can only be one king of the road. He says he loves a little crazy in his life but he wonders what is the deal with Dijak and Joe Gacy. He moves on to talk about how being a loose cannon can pay off as he talks about the Women’s Tag Title match. He says we are on the road to Wrestlemania weekend. Lexis says he is ready and he asks if you are.
Asylum Match
Dijak vs. Joe Gacy
They look at the weapons hanging over the ring as the bell rings. Dijak grabs a chair and Gacy gets a fire extinguisher. Dijak misses with the chair and Dijak sends Gacy into the cage. Dijak with a Death Valley Driver and he gets a near fall. Dijak with a punch and he kicks Gacy. Gacy with a kick and Dijak with a forearm. Dijak sees a box that says Do Not Open and he opens it but Dijak with a rollup for a near fall. Gacy sends Dijak into the cage many times. Gacy goes for the box and he wants everyone to be vewy vewy quiet. Dijak hits Gacy from behind before Gacy and open the box. Dijak pulls the box into the center of the ring and then he opens it to reveal a boxing glove that hits Dijak in the midsection. Gacy with the fire extinguisher and then he gets a near fall. Gacy iwth a forearm and he misses the handspring clothesline but Dijak does not miss with a cyclone kick. Dijak pushes the fire extinguisher away. Dijak sets for a choke bomb but Gacy counters into a DDT and he gets a near fall.
Gacy goes to the turnbuckles and he grabs a trash can and hits Dijak with it. Gacy with forearms to the back. Gacy punches Dijak some more. Gacy hits a running boot to the head and the referee checks on Dijak. Gacy with a European uppercut and he sends Dijak into the cage. Gacy puts Dijak on the turnbuckles and connects with forearms to the back. Gacy runs Dijak’s face against the cage and sends his head into the cage. Gacy goes for a German superplex but Dijak blocks it and he sends Gacy off the turnbuckles onto the trash can on the mat. Dijak goes to the top of the cage and hits a moonsault for a near fall. Dijak has a straitjacket and he punches Gacy. Dijak puts the straitjacket on Gacy and he tries to get it locked up but Gacy fights off Dijak. Dijak with an elbow and he grabs a door and puts it in the corner. Gacy kicks Dijak and Gacy pulls a table off the apron into the ring.
Gacy sets up the table but Dijak hits Gacy with a chair. Dijak straps Gacy in the straitjacket and he tries for a choke slam but Gacy stomps on the foot. Dijak with back elbows and he puts Gacy on the turnbuckles. Dijak moves the table into the corner and he sets for a superplex through the table. Gacy with a head butt and Dijak falls off the turnbuckles through the table. Gacy with a swanton for a near fall. Gacy gets out of the straitjacket and he punches Dijak. Dijak with a clothesline. Dijak has duct tape and he duct tapes Gacy’s face. Dijak grabs a kendo stick and hits Gacy with it. He puts it in Gacy’s mouth but Gacy with a low kick to the groin followed by a uranage for a near fall. Gacy hits Dijak many times with the kendo stick but Dijak sends Gacy through the door but Dijak can only get a near fall. Dijak gets Gacy up for Feast Your Eyes and he hits it. Dijak with a second Feast Your Eyes for the three count.
Winner: Dijak
– Adrianna gives Tony a pep talk in LOCKER ROOM. Channing says their guy is outside. Tony says to let him in. Luca Crusifino shows up and Tony says he likes Luca for being willing to roll up his sleeves and get things done. Tony says he could use Luca as part of the Family. Luca accepts the offer and Tony welcomes him to the Family.
– Riley is with Fallon Henley in LOUNGE. She tells Riley that Thea is in a bad mood. Riley says Thea is not the same person she used to be. Fallon says that girl is still in there but Thea got some bad advice.
Blair Davenport shows up and says Fallon can’t help herself ruining the lives of people. Fallon tells Blair if she thinks she is doing things wrong, why not give some advice. Riley wishes Fallon luck with her match and he has to go to watch Chase U’s match.
We go to commercial.
– We are back and Lyra Valkyria is in LOCKER ROOM and Tatum says they will be more than friends, they will be tag team champions. Lyra says they need to realize they might not win because Asuka and Kairi are among the best in the world. Lyra says they have only had one match and they aren’t best friends. They have a professional relationship. Tatum says she will do anything to win tonight. She says when they win tonight, she is going to journey to the farthest darkness and she will take out her opponent’s soul until they scream in agony. Lyra asks if she is doing that for her or some other reason and Tatum asks if it matters.
NXT Tag Team Championship
Baron Corbin & Bron Breakker (c) vs. Chase U (Andre Chase & Duke Hudson)
Chase and Baron start things off. They lock up and Baron with a clean break but he pushes Chase and he mocks Chase U. Chase with a rollup for a near fall. Baron with a clothesline and a face plant. Bron tags in and Bron with a German suplex as Baron clotheslines Chase. Chase with punches and Bron grabs Chase by the throat and he presses Chase over his head but Chase gets to hies feet. Bron with a running clothesline. Baron tags in and Baron with a flapjack into a gutbuster from Bron. Duke sends Bron and Baron to the floor. Chase with a drop kick through the ropes and thrust kicks followed by a double blockbuster.
Chase sends Baron into teh ringside barrier and apron. Baron is sent back into the ring and Chase with a double thrust to the throat. Duke tags in and they send Baron into the turnbuckles and hit stereo double sledges. Duke works on teh shoulder and works a wrist lock. Duke with a clothesline into the corner and Chase tags in. Chase with a drop toe hold and Duke with an elbow drop. Chase gets a near fall. Baron with a back elbow followed by punches and forearms. Baron puts Chase on the turnbuckles and he tags in Bron. Baron runs into a boot and so does Bron. Chase with another boot to Baron but Bron with a Frankensteiner. Bron punches Chase into the corner.
Baron tags in and he applies a chin bar and half nelson. Chase with an elbow to Bron and he tries to make the tag but Baron catches Chase and runs him into the turnbuckles. Bron tags in and he tosses Chase into the air and hits a cutter for a near fall. Baron tags in and Bron is sent to the floor while Baron is sent into the turnbuckles. Bron and Duke tag in and Duke with shoulders and a running boot. Duke with jabs and he sets for the U Elbow and Bron stops it but Duke hits Bron and Baron. Baron makes the blind tag and Duke with a side slam to Bron and then to Baron for a near fall. Duke is sent to the apron and Duke with a shoulder. Duke with a slingshot into a German suplex. Chase tags in and they they set for the Fratliner and hit it for a near fall when Duke goes nowhere near Bron to break up the cover.
Duke and Bron exchange punches and Chase with a knee to send Bron to the floor with Duke. Baron hip tosses Chase into the turnbuckles. Bron and Duke exchange punches. Bron with a clothesline off the apron through the table. Baron pushes Chase over the top rope to the floor. Chase with a punch to Baron and he sends Bron into the ring steps. Chase with a kick and he goes up top and hits a cross body for a near fall. Chase and Baron exchange forearms and punches. Chase with a super kick and Bron tags in. Baron with Deep Six and Bron with a spear for the three count.
Winners: Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker
After the match, Riley ignores Thea and she storms off.
– Kelly Kincaid wants to talk to Carmelo Hayes and she asks about what happened last week. Carmelo says Ilja calls himself a champion and he backs down from a fight. Carmelo asks when did he ever do that. Tony is going to do whatever he is going to do. Hayes says he handpicked his security tonight to make sure that they protect him tonight. Hayes asks Kelly if she saw what happened to the last guy who tried to jump the line. The title is for the biggest star in NXT and that is him. He will win the title at Stand and Deliver.
– Shawn Spears walks in the back as we go to commercial.
Shawn Spears vs. Uriah Connors
They lock up and Spears backs Connors into the corner and he whispers something into his ear. Spears tells Connors to hit him and Connors with forearms and chops. Spears with a head butt and knees in the corner. Spears grabs Connors by his hair and then he gets Connors up for a Death Valley Driver and hits it for the three count.
Winner: Shawn Spears
Spears says it takes a certain type of man to hold up a mirror to see who they are. Some people don’t like what they see. He tells Ridge Holland that you say when you compete in the ring, you are doing it for your family. That sounds like a moral success, but you are lying to yourself. The darkest thoughts stay in you. He says the difference between them is that when he looks at the mirror, he is not ashamed of what he sees. You can’t say the same and you know he is right. He says enough of this emotional damage you are going through.
Ridge Holland’s music plays and Shawn asks if he is going to do it for his family. Ridge punches and kicks Spears. Ridge with a biel and he pushes a chair to Ridge and he tells Ridge to hit him with it. Officials come to the ring before Spears can get hit. Ridge tosses the chair to the mat. Ridge leaves the ring and Spears grabs his chair.
– Josh tells Brooks he heard that Brooks is facing Oba next week. Josh says that Oba is a monster. Brooks says that Josh triggered something in him. Brooks says he will be ready to bust up Oba and become the North American champion. Josh wishes Brooks luck.
Dijak shows up and tells Josh he calls Brooks ‘brother’ but he lies to Brooks. Dijak says Brooks is dead man walking.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Ilja Dragunov is with Kelly and she asks about his potential match against Carmelo Hayes. She asks about the main event.
Ilja says he cannot be shocked about anything. He says he likes Tony and Tony has a vision. Ilja says he has no issues with Carmelo’s ability but he has to earn a title match.
Channing and Luca interrupt and Channing says Tony is making the moves and he will see Ilja at Stand and Deliver.
Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley versus Asuka and Kairi Sane for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
Asuka and Lyra start things off. They lock up and Asuka with a wrist lock. They go to a Test of Strength and Asuka takes Lyra to the mat but Lyra with a wrist lock take down and an arm drag into a rollup for a near fall. Lyra misses a spinning back heel kick. Kairi tags in and Tatum tags in as well. Tatum crawls across the ring and Sane with a waist lock and punches to the back of the head. Sane with an Irish whip and she is sent ot the apron. Sane goes up top and leaps over Tatum and they both roll around on the mat. Sane slaps Tatum and Tatum with a forearm. They continue the exchange. Kair with a head scissors and Tatum rolls to the floor. Kairi knocks Lyra off the apron and Asuka with a sliding knee to the back. Asuka tags in and Tatum with a forearm. Asuka with a back heel kick and Kawada kicks. Asuka sends Tatum to the mat and tags in Sane. Asuka with a knee and Sane with an axe kick. Asuka with a face plant and Sane with a drop kick.
We cut to BACK and Thea Hail is being held back.
Back to the match and Tatum with an Irish whip and Lyra tags in. Lyra with a front face lock. Tatum tags back in and she punches Sane. They hit a double hip toss and then they hit drop kicks on Sane and Asuka that sends them to the floor. Tatum and Lyra with drop kicks through the ropes. Tatum sends Sane back into the ring. Tatum with a snap mare and elbow drop for a near fall. Tatum with a side head lock and Asuka kicks Tatum in the back as she comes off the ropes. Asuka tags in and she kicks Tatum. Asuka with more kicks to the chest. Tatum with forearms and chops but Asuka with a kick to the chest and Tatum goes down. Sane tags in and she sends Tatum into Asuka’s rear end while Asuka is on the turnbuckles. Sane chops Tatum but she takes too long for a second one and Tatum gets a near fall with a rollup.
Sane stops Tatum from making the tag and Asuka tags in. Sane sends Tatum into Asuka’s boots. Asuka with an arm bar. Tatum with forearms to Asuka and Tatum with a forearm to Sane on the apron when Asuka Irish whips her. Asuka iwth an ankle lock. Tatum tries to escape and Asuka holds on to the ankle lock. Tatum kicks Asuka away and Sane tags in and stops the tag. Sane with forearms to Tatum and she applies an ankle lock. Tatum misses an enzuigiri and Sane knocks Lyra off the apron. Lyra tags in and she connects with clotheslines to Sane and hits a springboard double cross body. Asuka with punches as she blocks a suplex. Lyra pushes Sane away and Lyra with a DDT.
Lyra pushes Sane away and Lyra with a DDT. Lyra and Tatum hit fisherman’s busters and Lyra with a Northern Lights suplex to Sane for a near fall. Lyra gets Sane on her shoulders but Sane gets back to her feet. Lyra with a back heel kick. Sane with a kick and Asuka tags in and Asuka with a Codebreaker and Sane with a blockbuster. Asuka gets a near fall. Tatum sends Sane to the floor. Asuka with a waist lock and Lyra holds on to the ropes. Lyra with a back elbow and a bicycle kick. Asuka with a knee to the midsection followed by a pop up knee. Asuka blocks a kick and Lyra with a victory roll for a near fall. Asuka misses a round kick and Lyra hits an enzuigiri.
Tatum tags in and she hits a back breaker while Lyra goes up top and hits a guillotine leg drop for a near fall. Lyra accidentally hits Tatum and Kairi with a spinning back fist. Asuka with a round kick to Tatum and Sane tags in and she hits the elbow drop while Asuka hits the reverse DDT and the three count.
Winners: Asuka and Kairi Sane (retain championship)
After the match, Lyra tries to apologize to Tatum and Roxanne attacks Lyra from behind and she sends Lyra shoulder first into the ring post a few times. Roxanne presses Lyra’s arm on the turnbuckle and stomps on the arm.

We are back with a look at what Roxanne Perez did to Lyra Valkyria after the match.
Lyra is taken to the back on a stretcher.
We see Lyra being taken away in an ambulance with Ava and Shawn Michaels watching.
Shawn and Ava have some words and they walk away.
Fallon Henley vs. Blair Davenport
Fallon with a waist lock and Blair with an eye rake and side head lock. Fallon with a top wrist lock but Blair with a forearm. Fallon with a back elbow and she trips Blair and follows with a jumping kick to the back of the head. Fallon slides to the floor and she punches Blair. Fallon with a body scissors for a near fall. Blair with a kick and a wrist lock. Blair sends Fallon into the turnbuckles but Fallon sends Blair to the apron and she drops the arm on the top rope. Blair with a double stomp to the arm. Blair with an arm wringer into a Fujiwara arm bar. Fallon rolls through and kicks Blair. Fallon with an elbow and Blair with a wist lock but Fallon with a forearm. Fallon with a flying clothesline and chop. Fallon with an Irish whip and a bulldog for a near fall. Fallon clotheslines Blair over the top rope to the floor. Blair with a forearm and she sends Fallon into the ring steps. Blair misses a knee and hits the ring post.
Sol Ruca with a cartwheel DDT off the ringside barrier and she sends Blair into the ring. Fallon gets the three count.
Winner: Fallon Henley
– Chase U is in the back and Jacy tells Andre they let it slip through their fingers. Jacy asks Duke if she has to get in there to win the match. Thea shows up and she is freaking out and mentions that there is a tag match against Kiana and Izzi. Jacy says she is busy.
– We see the Heritage Cup as it is being polished.
We go to commercial.
– We are back and Ava tells Gigi that Grace turned down the match two times. Arianna Grace arrives and she is asked about facing Gigi and she says no. Gigi says that they fight for a living and Grace says she will accept on one condition. If she wins, Gigi will learn how to be a true lady. Gigi says if that is what it takes, she accepts.
– Shawn Spears walks through the Most Dangerous Parking Lot in Sports Entertainment and Kelly asks Shawn if he is expecting to face Ridge and Shawn says he is expecting it and he looks forward to teaching him a lesson.
– Charlie Dempsey and the rest of the No Quarter Catch Crew are in the ring with the trophy.
Drew says last week, the world saw what the rest of them know and that is that Charlie is one of the best grapplers in wrestling.
Charlie says winning this is an honor. He says he has had an interest in this for a long time. It is the style of competition that matches his vision of the sport. He says it is not theirs alone.
Kemp says any member of the group can defend this championship .
Drew says they will be part of the tag team tournament and by Stand and Deliver they will also be tag team champions. They will show no pity, no mercy, no remorse . . .
– William Regal makes his way to the ring.
– He says it is delightful to see all of you again. Regal says the Heritage Cup means the world to him because it represents the best of the British and European scene. It is a tribute to everyone who has competed before him. He says he hopes that they will defend this title with the honor and integrity it deserves. Charlie says he will defend it better than Regal ever could.
Regal says he will be watching.
– Lash and Oro see Noam depressed. They talk about how to motivate Dar to do something. Lash asks Noam if he is okay. Noam says he has never been better. Noam says it is time for their future. On to bigger and better things.
– Tony D’Angelo walks in the back.
Carmelo Hayes and his vested security walk in the back.
We go to commercial.
We are back with Robert Stone looking at a video from Lexis King. Von says he isn’t done with Lexis. Stone says it isn’t about them. King attacked him and said things about his kids. Stone wants to fight King. He says he is a man, a husband, and a father. He says he has to do this alone. Von agrees to it.
– Next week, Ridge Holland faces Shawn Spears. Oba Femi defends the North American title against Brooks Jensen.
Tony D’Angelo vs. Carmelo Hayes in a Number One Contender Match
Hayes with punches and an enzuigiri followed by forearms. Tony with a shoulder tackle and a second one. Tony with a spear and he rolls through and hits a back drop. Hayes has a kick blocked and Tony with a kick and Irish whip into the turnbuckles and shoulder. Tony with an Irish whip and shoulder in the corner. Tony with more shoulders. Tony with a gutwrench and he gets a near fall. Hayes with a kick and punch. Hayes follows with chops and forearms. Hayes goes for a punch but Tony blocks it and he connects with punches to the midsection and a front face lock suplex. Tony with a running punch and he sends Hayes to the apron. Tony with a back elbow and Hayes is caught by his security. Tony slingshots Hayes back into the ring and sends him into the turnbuckles. Tony with a punch and he sends Hayes into the turnbuckles. Tony with a reverse chin lock. Hayes pulls the hair but Tony holds on to the head lock. Hayes with punches and chops but Tony with a forearm. Tony with an Irish whip and Hayes sends Tony into the turnbuckles shoulder first and Hayes with divorce court. Hayes with an arm wringer that sends Tony face first into the mat.
Hayes gets a near fall. Hayes with an arm bar into a modified DisArmHer. Hayes with a forearm to the arm and he goes for a Fujiwara arm bar. Hayes pulls at the fingers and then he goes to a top wrist lock. Hayes takes Tony to the mat and applies a double wrist lock. Tony gets Hayes on his back and sends Hayes into teh turnbuckles. Hayes returns to the wrist lock and Tony with an arm drag. Tony and Hayes exchange punches. Tony sends Hayes to the mat with a series of punches. Hayes kicks Tony in the arm and Tony with a belly-to-belly suplex and a second one. Tony with a spinebuster and a belly-to-back into a uranage for a near fall.
Hayes blocks a suplex and Hayes with a kick to the thigh and ribs. Tony picks up Hayes but Hayes with elbows. Hayes with a suplex into a cutter for a near fall. Hayes returns to the double wrist lock. Tony with a rollup for a near fall. Hayes goes to the turnbuckles and Tony pulls Hayes off the turnbuckles for a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Hayes drops Tony’s arm on the top rope and he hits a Codebreaker for a near fall. Hayes with punches and he goes up top for Nothin But Net.
Trick Williams’ music plays and security waits for him, but it was a ruse and Tony with a choke slam. Tony with a fisherman’s suplex for the three count.
Winner: Tony D’Angelo
After the match, Tony says he apologizes for that stunt. He says he has a present for Carmelo.
Trick Williams’ music plays again and Trick attacks Hayes and he sends security to the floor. Hayes backs away from Trick and goes to the floor.
