Update on PAC's AEW Return

Update on PAC’s AEW Return – It’s been a while since PAC graced the ring due to an injury sidelining him after his victory over Gravity on the July 26th episode of Dynamite.

Tony Schiavone disclosed the injury on a Rampage episode in August, though specifics about the nature of the injury remained undisclosed. PAC had only competed in three matches between injuries, notably the Blood & Guts match and teaming with the Blackpool Combat Club and Konosuke Takeshita in a match against The Golden Elite (Hangman Page, Kenny Omega, Kota Ibushi, and The Young Bucks).

Hints about PAC’s imminent return surfaced during a Highspots virtual signing where Penta El Zero Miedo mentioned his return. Wrestling Observer Radio‘s Dave Meltzer corroborated this, confirming PAC’s impending comeback, noting that although he might not be a game-changer, his in-ring prowess makes him a fantastic addition to television matches. Meltzer emphasized PAC’s skill and the anticipation surrounding his return to action.

“He’s back soon, I know that. [been gone] A long, long time. Yeah, he’s not a game-changer, but he’s certainly a great wrestler to put on television and matches. You know what I mean? So so good,” Meltzer stated.
