In the storyline, Orton seeks payback against The Bloodline for allegedly causing the back injury that kept him away from the ring for over a year. His return at Survivor Series marked a significant comeback after undergoing double fusion back surgery in 2022.
Having joined the SmackDown roster a couple of weeks ago, Orton appears focused on possibly challenging Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in the future.
