Drew McIntyre is on a mission to bring about change on Monday Night RAW, and he’s prepared to take matters into his own hands.
McIntyre, who made his return at WWE Money in the Bank 2023, has experienced a somewhat rocky return. A loss to Gunther at WWE SummerSlam and recent team-ups with Matt Riddle have marked his journey back into the RAW fold. Most notably, on the September 11 episode of RAW, McIntyre unleashed a brutal assault on Xavier Woods.
However, beneath the surface, there’s a simmering issue involving Jey Uso’s placement on the RAW roster, which was requested by Cody Rhodes. The two will collide next week.
In a candid conversation with Byron Saxton on WWE RAW Talk, McIntyre expressed his disapproval of the actions he had to take against Woods. Still, he also emphasized that there are numerous injustices that need to be addressed within RAW.
“I don’t know if this is the forum to reveal everything going on in my mind. I’ll say this: there’s a lot of wrongs that need righted around RAW right now,” said Drew McIntyre. “This is not the same place where I was WWE Champion for a very long time. I didn’t enjoy one second of what I had to do to Woods. Next week, I’m going to enjoy every single second of what I do to Jey Uso.”
