Kenzie Paige Crowned New Women’s Champion At NWA 75, Kamille’s 813-Day Reign is Over – During the second night of the NWA 75 pay-per-view event, a significant title change occurred involving the NWA World Women’s Championship.
Kenzie Paige, who had earned a title shot by winning the Burke Invitational Gauntlet on the previous night, challenged Kamille for the championship. The match saw both competitors exchange momentum, with Kamille coming close to victory with a top-rope slam and attempted Spear. However, a strategic move by Paige led to Kamille colliding with an exposed turnbuckle. Seizing the opportunity, Paige executed a cutter on Kamille and secured the three-count, winning the championship.
Paige celebrated her victory with her family at ringside and later joined her fellow Pretty Empowered stablemates, Ella Envy and Kylie Paige, at the top of the stage.
Kamille had previously won the NWA World Women’s Championship at NWA When Our Shadows Fall on June 6, 2021, defeating Serena Deeb. Her title reign lasted for an impressive 813 days, during which she successfully defended against notable opponents like Taya Valkyrie, Chelsea Green, and KiLynn King.
It’s worth noting that Paige is no stranger to championship success in the NWA, having held the NWA World Women’s Tag Team Championship and being the inaugural NWA World Women’s Champion.
