Viewership For 7/28 WWE SmackDown And AEW Rampage – 7/28 WWE SmackDown averaged 2,232 million viewers on FOX, which is up from 1.230 million viewers on FS1 last week, according to Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics.
In the all-important 18-49 demographic, the show did a 0.61 rating, up from the 0.36 rating a week ago.
Last week’s show aired on FS1 with ratings expected to be down due to FS1 being in far fewer homes than a broadcast network like FOX.
Rey Mysterio vs. Santos Escobar, Karrion Kross vs. Karl Anderson, and appearances by Roman Reigns & Jey Uso, were featured on the show.
The show on the same week last year did 2.193 million viewers with a 18-49 demo rating of 0.52.

As for AEW Rampage, the show drew 324,000 viewers and a 0.10 rating in the 18-49 demographic on TNT in the 10 pm ET timeslot on Friday.
Last week in the same timeslot, the show drew 415,000 viewers and a 0.11 rating.
Tag Team Battle Royal for a Future World Tag Team Title Match, Daniels & Matt Sydal, The Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) vs. two enhancement wrestlers, Komander vs. Kip Sabian, and Hikaru Shida vs. Nyla Rose were among the matches featured on the show.
