Baron Corbin Burns His Past And Looks Forward To The Future – Baron Corbin was featured in an interesting promo on tonight’s NXT where he burned items associated with his past gimmicks.
As seen below, Corbin burned his King of the Ring crown, the vest he wore throughout his run as Constable of Monday Night Raw, his happy Corbin hat, his Lone Wolf vest, and more.
Corbin was quoted as saying he wants to move forward with no gimmicks and no bullshit.
Baron Corbin participated in the main event of the second night of NXT Gold Rush, losing in an NXT Championship Match to Carmelo Hayes. Ahead of the match, Corbin returned to his Lone Wolf persona, which he first debuted in NXT in 2014. He now says he has no interest in going all the way back.
Despite the loss, Corbin feels reinvigorated and is now actively looking toward the future in his future. He that’s 2014 then wants only one certainty: No gimmicks and no bullshit.
