WWE Teases Tension Between Damian Priest And Finn Balor

WWE Teases Tension Between Damian Priest And Finn BalorTonight’s WWE RAW episode was capped off by a World Heavyweight Championship match. In his first title defense on television, Seth Rollins put his belt up against Damian Priest from The Judgment Day.

It was agreed upon earlier in the show that Priest would fight the match on his own and despite the objections from Finn Balor, Priest agreed that he could win without the help of The Judgment Day.

Towards the end of the main event, Balor showed up and tried to interfere but it backfired and Rollins retained his title with the stomp. In the closing minute of the match, the announcers pointed out that Priest asked Balor why he showed up at ringside, a possible tease that Priest is turning face and splitting away from The Judgment Day. As seen in the photo below, Priest shook Rollins’ hand after RAW went off the air but Balor refused.

If Priest leaves the group then there would be a spot open for someone else to join and WWE already has someone in mind. Click here for news on plans for the new member of The Judgment Day.
