4/28 SmackDown Gets 2.473 Million Viewers – Friday’s WWE Draft episode of SmackDown saw a big increase in ratings. The show averaged 2.473 million viewers on FOX, which is up from 2.175 million viewers, according to Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics.
In the all-important 18-49 demographic, the show did a 0.67 rating, up from the 0.54 rating a week ago.
This was the highest ratings since the WrestleMania go-home show. The last time there was a WWE Draft SmackDown episode, which was October 1, 2021, it drew 2.252 million viewers and a 0.62 rating.
The show went up against strong competition in the way of the NBA and NHL playoffs and the second night of the NFL Draft.
The show on the same week last year did 1.953 million viewers with a 18-49 demo rating of 0.38. Here’s the breakdown in each demo for the show compared to last week:
- Viewers 18-34 – 0.45 – a week ago: 0.36
- Viewers 18-49 – 0.67 – a week ago: 0.54
- Viewers 25-54 – 0.85 – a week ago: 0.68
- Female viewers 18-49 – 4.7 – a week ago: 3.8
- Male viewers 18-49 – 8.1 – a week ago: 7.5
- Viewers 50+ – 3.3 – a week ago: 3.1

As for AEW Rampage, the show average 298,000 viewers, down from last week when Rampage scored 371,000 viewers.
In the 18 to 49 demographic, AEW Rampage scored a 0.09 rating, which is down from the 0.12 rating it drew the previous week.
