CM Punk Teases WWE Return – CM Punk seems to be very aware of the WWE return rumors that have circulated in recent weeks.
The AEW star posted a photo from his early days in the company and the posting will only fuel the rumors that he will head back to WWE when his time in AEW ends. Punk is currently injured and he is still under contract with AEW but the belief, according to reports, is that he won’t be back and that Punk and AEW have talked about a contract buyout.
Whether or not Punk goes back to WWE is anyone’s guess but at this point, there is no timeframe on when he might become a free agent. Furthermore, time can heal some wounds and there’s always a possibility that something could be worked out between AEW and Punk. Check out Punk’s Instagram post below.
