WWE RAW Results (3/09) - Washington, D.C.

After a recap of Randy Orton taking out Edge two months ago, WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch heads out to the ring.

Lynch grabs a mic and says the time for joking is over and she finally knows who her opponent is, the cage fighter, Shayna Baszler. We see highlights from Baszler’s dominate victory at last night’s WWE Elimination Chamber. Baszler says she’s taking the title and there’s not a damn thing Lynch can do about it.

Back to the ring, Lynch recognizes Baszler cut through everyone in last night’s match, even Asuka, who it took Lynch her entire career to beat. Lynch calls Baszler a “black hole of charisma” and “I may be a b—-, but I’m the b—- who runs this division.” Lynch recalls Baszler not shaking her hand after last year’s WrestleMania and says Baszler is the bigger threat to come here way since she pried the title off her friends, Ronda Rousey. Lynch says Baszler has been hiding in the shadows, looking to rewrite history. Believes Baszler is trying to discount Lynch and she’s going to smash Baszler’s face for it, throwing down the mic afterwards.

AJ says not once, but twice, the Undertaker has stuck his nose where it does not belong. Not once but twice, the Undertaker has taken moments from him. He stole a beautiful trophy from him at Super Showdown. Last night, he cost AJ a match. We look at what happened last night.

AJ says he saw the Undertaker lose to Roman Reigns three years ago. He saw the Undertaker put his glove and hat in the ring. Undertaker threw his fist up like he was riding into the sunset. Maybe Taker should have done that when Brock ended the streak. That was a beautiful and powerful moment but the Undertaker ruined it when he came back to the WWE. Was it your ego or the spotlight. AJ says he wants the Undertaker at Wrestlemania.

Ten or fifteen years ago, I would have been hesitant to call him out, but he does not see this mythical creature or a phenom anymore. He sees a broken down man named Mark Calloway. Taker should have retired ten years ago when he was in his prime. AJ says he doesn’t know what keeps him coming back . . . it’s his wife. It’s Michelle McCool. AJ says he hopes she doesn’t mind him letting the cat out of the bag. She plays Taker like a fiddle. They have a beautiful family but Michelle is the most conniving peson he has met in his life. The truth is the truth. AJ gives Undertaker a little advice. Your wife is going to run you into the ground… and I am going to help her. I will make sure you die in that ring at Wrestlemania.

AJ says he is going to take the Undertaker’s soul at Wrestlemania. I will do what his wife wants him to do. It’s pretty simple. I am challenging the Undertaker to a one-on-one match at Wrestlemania. What do you have to lose? You already lost your dignity, pride, and mystique. You are just a broken down, old man. Here is the truth, these people don’t give a damn about you. Accept my challenge and fight me at Wrestlemania. I will literally put the nail in your coffin.
