The 2019 WWE Survivor Series Kickoff pre-show opens live from the Allstate Arena near Chicago, Illinois as we see fans finding their seats.

 Jonathan Coachman welcomes us. He’s joined by Charly Caruso, David Otunga and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T for hour 1 of the Kickoff. They hype tonight’s show.

– A video package aired on the Becky Lynch vs. Shayna Baszler vs. Bayley match.

– Sam Roberts and JBL checked in from the entrance ramp. JBL said Survivor Series started as a counter to Jim Crockett attempting to lock up Thanksgiving on pay-per-view. JBL said Baszler working a big match the night before Survivor Series is like the Patriots playing a football game the night before the Super Bowl.

– A video package focused on the WWE Championship match feud between Brock Lensar and Rey Mysterio.

– Paul Heyman was interviewed by Sarah Schreiber on the backstage interview set. Heyman played up the “miracle or massacre” theme that he started on Raw.

– The panel spoke and Otunga predicted a Mysterio win and said it wouldn’t be a miracle at all after seeing what he did to Brock Lesnar with a pipe.

– A cross branded tag team battle royal, plus the Raw Tag Champions The Viking Raiders vs. NXT Tag Champions Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly vs. Smackdown Tag Champions Big E and Kofi Kingston in a non-title match were announced for the Kickoff Show along with the previously advertised WWE Cruiserweight Championship match.

– The Raw wrestlers advertised for the battle royal: Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins. The NXT wrestlers will be Tyler Breeze and Fandango, Jaxson Ryker, Wesley Blake, and Steve Cutler, Fabian Aichner, Alexander Wolfe, and and Marcel Barthel. The Smackdown wrestlers will be Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, Otis and Tucker, Dolph Ziggler and Bobby Roode, and Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik.

– The panel set up a video package that recapped the NXT Takeover: WarGames event.

– Roberts and JBL spoke at ringside and played up WarGames taking place the night before as a factor at Survivor Series. JBL said Randy Orton is the wildcard in the elimination match and he said that bodes well for Raw. Roberts played up the idea of the NXT crew being on a high and that potentially being a bigger factor than working back to back nights. JBL said they are beat up, but he thinks they can handle that due to youth. Still, he said it’s very hard to bounce back a night later.

Shawn Michaels joined the panel and announced Team NXT for the men’s elimination match: Damian Priest, Matt Riddle, Keith Lee, Walter, and Tommaso Ciampa.

NXT Champion Adam Cole was interviewed by Cathy Kelley on the backstage interview set and was asked if he was feeling 100 percent. Cole noted that he was on Raw, Smackdown, a ladder match, and a WarGames match. He said he’s not 100 percent. “But unfortunately for Pete Dunne, I’m still Adam Cole, bay bay.” Cole said Dunne was a great champion for NXT UK, but he’s going to show him what a superior champion on a superior brand looks like.

– Footage aired from Saturday night of Rhea Ripley announcing Team NXT for the women’s match.

Michaels leaves the panel and Coach hypes the 15-woman match at tonight’s pay-per-view. SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley joins the panel from backstage. Bayley says this is her night and she’s not worried about RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch or NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler. We get more talk from the panel and it’s time for the first match after this quick break.

Tag Team Battle Royal: The OC, The Revival, The Forgotten Sons, Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode, The Street Profits, Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins, Breezango, Lucha House Party, Imperium, Heavy Machinery

We go to ringside and Vic Joseph welcomes us. He’s joined by Nigel McGuinness and Corey Graves. Greg Hamilton begins the introductions and we see the Tag Team World Cup trophy on display at ringside. The OC, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, are out first. The Revival, Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, are out next, followed by Wesley Blake and Steve Cutler of The Forgotten Sons. Jaxson Ryker is with them. Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode are out next. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins, The Street Profits, are out next for RAW. Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins are out next. Breezango, Tyler Breeze and Fandango, hit the ring next. The Lucha House Party is out next – Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik. Imperium’s Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner are out next, led by WWE UK Champion WALTER. Heavy Machinery’s Tucker and Otis are out last.

The bell rings and everyone starts brawling. Roode and Ziggler work on Fandango but he hangs on. Ryker tries to interfere from ringside. Cutler gets tossed and The Forgotten Sons have been eliminated. Ford dumps Dorado to eliminate LHP. The OC double teams Breeze in the corner. The Revival works on Otis. Ziggler tries to help them but Tucker makes the save. Ryder gets tossed out onto Hawkins and they have been eliminated. Ziggler and Aichner trade shots in the corner. Roode finally dumps Aichner and Imperium has been eliminated. Roode saves Ziggler from an elimination. Otis slams Ziggler and goes for the Caterpillar but The OC and The Revival team up to toss him. Heavy Machinery has been eliminated.

NXT is gone from the match after Breezango gets eliminated. The Revival gets eliminated by The OC next. It’s down to The OC, Roode and Ziggler, and The Profits. The OC double teams Roode. They go for a Magic Killer but Ziggler makes the save. Ziggler ends up superkicking Gallows from the apron. The OC has been eliminated. It’s down to Roode and Ziggler, and The Profits. Both teams go at it. Roode with a big Spinebuster to Dawkins. Ziggler accidentally superkicks Roode after Dawkins moves. The Profits almost get eliminated but Ford hangs on. They double team Ziggler now. Roode comes from behind and tosses Ford to the floor to get the elimination for the win.

Winners: Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler

After the match, Roode and Ziggler celebrate as Ziggler’s music hits. We go to replays.

– Back from a break and Coach is joined for hour two by Caruso, Booker, and Christian. They talk about tonight’s show and plug the WWE Network. Christian thinks one of the NXT Superstars will really shine tonight. We go back to the ring for another match.

Triple Threat for the NXT Cruiserweight Title: Kalisto vs. Akira Tozawa vs. Lio Rush

We go back to the ring and Byron Saxton is joined by Nigel McGuinness. Out comes Kalisto first. Akira Tozawa is out next for the RAW brand. NXT Cruiserweight Champion Lio Rush is out next.

The bell rings and they go at it after some sizing up. Kalisto gets knocked to the floor as Rush rolls Tozawa for a 2 count. Kalisto gets knocked back out and yanks Rush out, sending him into the barrier. Kalisto and Tozawa go at it again. Kalisto rocks Tozawa. Rush ends up back in the picture after a break. Rush blocks a double team and drops both opponents. Rush with a 2 count on Tozawa. Rush and Tozawa trade shots until Tozawa drops Rush with a right hand. Rush kicks Kalisto off the apron but Tozawa drops Rush on his head. Tozawa with a low dropkick to Rush’s head for a 2 count.

Tozawa goes to the top but Rush rocks him and climbs up. Kalisto comes over and goes to the top with the other two. Tozawa and Kalisto try to team up to bring Rush to the mat at the same time with a double team but he counters and hits a double Spanish Fly. Rush gets up first and delivers strikes to both. They fight back with the double team but Rush fights back. Tozawa with a German to Rush but Rush breaks it. Kalisto goes on and drops Rush for a close 2 count after kicks.

Tozawa ends up hitting a big senton on Rush for a 2 count. Tozawa can’t believe the kick out. Kalisto and Tozawa go from arguing to trading strikes. Tozawa goes for a German but Kalisto blocks and hits Salida del Sol. Rush runs in and hits the Final Hour on Kalisto for the pin to retain.

Winner: Lio Rush

After the match, Rush stands tall with the title after putting NXT on the scoreboard. We go to replays. We come back to Rush heading to the back with his title.

– Sami Zayn interrupted the panel and spoke about Shinsuke Nakamura and his Triple Threat with AJ Styles and Roderick Strong, which he said could be the match of the year.

NXT Tag Team Champions The Undisputed Era vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day vs. RAW Tag Team Champions The Viking Raiders

Kayla Braxton is backstage with SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day. They get hyped up about being the best and they mention the injured Xavier Woods. Big E does his grand introduction as Kofi Kingston heads through the curtain with him, holding a platter of pancakes. Vic welcomes us to ringside with Graves and WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler at the announce table as The New Day hits the ring. NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish of The Undisputed Era are out next. NXT’s Alicia Taylor is doing the ring introductions. RAW Tag Team Champions The Viking Raiders are out next, Erik and Ivar.

O’Reilly, Ivar and Big E start first. O’Reilly gets launched and in comes Fish. Ivar and Big E double team The Undisputed Era a few times. Big E and Ivar unload on each other in the middle of the ring now. Big E scoops Ivar but he slides out. They run the ropes and Big E levels Ivar. O’Reilly sends Big E to the floor with an assist from Fish. Ivar sends O’Reilly into the corner. Erik tags in for the double team on O’Reilly. Erik and Ivar take turns on O’Reilly. Erik slams Ivar on top of O’Reilly. Kofi tags in and goes at it with Erik. Kofi with a dropkick. Kofi unloads on O’Reilly in the corner now. Big E tags in and they double team O’Reilly for a 2 count. Kofi tags back in for another double team on O’Reilly for a 2 count.

Kofi tosses O’Reilly out to the floor. Kofi kicks Fish on the apron. The New Day and The Vikings face off in the middle of the ring now. They start brawling. Big E and Erik go at it on the floor, Erik sends them into the barrier. Fish and O’Reilly double team Kofi now, focusing on the leg or knee. O’Reilly comes off the top with a knee drop on Kofi’s knee. O’Reilly with a submission on the leg now. Ivar finally breaks it up. There’s chaos now as everyone gets involved and bodies are flying.

Erik and Kofi go at it in the corner now. Kofi and O’Reilly fight now with O’Reilly unloading and coming in from the apron. Big E goes to spear O’Reilly off the apron but he moves and Big E lands hard on the outside. Fish takes Kofi out on the floor. Erik scoops Ivar on the apron and slams him out on the floor, on top of their other opponents. Fans pop. Erik brings O’Reilly into the ring and rocks him while the others are down on the floor. Erik clotheslines O’Reilly and scoops him but Fish chops the knee out. O’Reilly with big kicks to Erik now. Fish tags in as Erik knocks O’Reilly out of the ring. Fish drops Erik back with a knee to the nose and it looks like his nose might be busted.

Fish continues to work Erik over now. O’Reilly tags back in as they keep him down. O’Reilly works on Erik’s knee as some fans chant for NXT. Fish launches Erik with a suplex, keeping him from the tag. Erik launches Fish over his head at O’Reilly on the apron, Ivar finally tags in and unloads on The Undisputed Era. Ivar with more big strikes. Ivar goes to the top and rolls through. Erik tags in with double knees to Fish. Ivar misses the cannonball in the corner as Fish makes the save. More back and forth now. Big E tags in and launches O’Reilly, then Fish with big suplexes. Kofi with big kicks from the apron to opponents on the floor. Erik mounts Big E in the corner with punches but Kofi makes the save with a kick. The New Day hits a big double team stomp move on Erik but Ivar breaks the pin just in time. Big E ends up hitting a spear on Erik to the floor from the apron next to the other bodies. More chaos with all three teams.

Erik rocks Big E with a huge knee. Ivar tags back in for the springboard German suplex with Erik to Big E. Kofi goes for Trouble In Paradise on the floor but kicks the ring post. The Undisputed Era double teams Kofi with a High Low on the floor. The Vikings and The Undisputed Era see The New Day down now. Both teams go at it and unload. Ivar gets double teamed but he screams back at them and dodges a High Low. The Vikings go on and hit a Viking Experience, covering Fish for the pin after knocking O’Reilly away.

Winners: The Viking Raiders

After the match, the scoreboard is even now. We go to replays as Erik and Ivar stand tall in the middle of the ring.

– The panel spoke about the match and noted that it would be even in the brand supremacy battle going into the main card. They set up a video package on “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt and Daniel Bryan.

We are told that the Women’s 5-on-5 Elimination Match will kick of the PPV.

– We’re live from the Allstate Arena near Chicago, Illinois as Michael Cole welcomes us to a sold out show. The pyro goes off inside the arena.

Women’s Survivor Series Triple Threat Elimination Match: Captain Sasha Banks, Carmella, Dana Brooke, Lacey Evans, and Nikki Cross vs. Captain Rhea Ripley, Toni Storm, Bianca Belair, Candice LeRae and Io Shirai vs. Captain Charlotte Flair, Sarah Logan, Natalya, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Asuka and Kairi Sane

We go right to the ring as Mike Rome does the introductions. Cole is joined by WWE Hall of Famers Beth Phoenix and Jerry Lawler. Out first is Team SmackDown – Captain Sasha Banks, Carmella, Dana Brooke, Lacey Evans, and Nikki Cross. Team RAW is out next – Captain Charlotte Flair, Sarah Logan, Natalya, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Asuka and Kairi Sane. Cole shows us the Spanish and German announce teams at ringside. Team NXT is introduced last – Captain Rhea Ripley, Toni Storm, Bianca Belair, Candice LeRae and Io Shirai.

Lacey Evans of SmackDown, Sarah Logan from Raw, and Toni Storm from NXT start off. Evans takes them down and poses, but Logan and Storm give her a double-team flapjack. They knock Evans out of the ring. Nikki Cross from SmackDown tags in and knees Storm. Cross jumps on Logan’s back along with Storm, but Logan falls back on them. Logan covers both for a two count. Cross chops Logan, but Logan catches her. Storm then gives Logan a German Suplex, and Cross gets slammed in the interim.

Carmella, Kairi Sane, and Io Shirai tag in. Shirai and Sane shove Carmella, so she tags in Dana Brooke. Sane takes Shirai down with a head-scissor, but Shirai comes back with a kick and a low dropkick to the head. Sane hits Shirai with an Alabama Slam. Brooke comes up and tries to roll Sane up for a one count. Brooke goes to the top rope and hits a senton bomb on Sane and Shirai for near falls. Evans tags in, and she hits Sane with a double-team move with Brooke. Candice LeRae from NXT tags in and punches away at Evans. Asuka tags in, but LeRae sidesteps her. LeRae hits a climbing senton splash on Asuka before hitting a diving STO on Evans for a near fall. Rhea Ripley comes in to a nice ovation. Ripley knocks Evans off the apron, but Asuka quickly locks her in an arm bar. Bianca Belair breaks it up. Natalya clotheslines Belair, so Cross comes in and gives Natalya neckrbeaker. Shirai with a dropkick, Flair with a spear, LeRae with a dropkick, Carmella with a spear… it all finishes with Banks hitting a backstabber to stand alone in the ring.

The match comes to a halt as Shirai and LeRae appear to be injured and are helped out by ringside doctors.

Evans comes in for her team but tags Banks in after they see Ripley and Flair meeting in the middle of the ring. It’s Flair, Banks and Ripley having words now. Belair tags in and has words with Flair and Banks now. Logan tags in as does Cross. They finally get physical as Cross attacks Belair. Cross with a neckbreaker to Logan. Cross with more offense on Belair. Cross takes Ripley down from the apron to the floor, then unloads on Storm against the apron. Ripley gets kicked from the apron again. Belair rolls Cross up for the first elimination, thanks to interference from Team NXT.

Nikki Cross has been eliminated.

Carmella, Logan and Belair go at it now. Belair drives Carmella into the mat. Carmella goes out for a breather as Belair unloads on Logan in the corner. Logan fights out of the corner and headbutts Belair down. Logan leaps from the apron to take out Storm and Ripley on the floor. Logan brings Belair back in the ring. Belair slams her in over the top rope. Belair moonsaults onto Logan but Natalya breaks the pin up. Logan with a 2 count on Belair after more back and forth. Belair goes on and hits a big move from the top, nailing Logan and covering for the pin. Belair has her second elimination as Logan is gone.

Sarah Logan has been eliminated.

Flair comes in the ring and tells Belair to “kiss my ass.” Belair applies a waistlock, so Flair elbows her in the face. Belair elbows her back, but Flair takes her down. Carmella rolls Flair up for a two count. Flair eventually boots Carmella off the apron. Belair rolls Flair up for a two count. Flair gives Belair a backbreaker and boots her back. Flair goes to the top rope, but Carmella cuts her off. Carmella goes for a head-scissor takeover, but Flair counters into a powerbomb attempt. Carmella counters and hits a super hurricanrana that lands Flair on Belair. Carmella covers both, but they kick out. Carmella screams in frustration. Carmella pulls on Belair’s ponytail and kicks her for a two count. Flair immediately hits Carmella with Natural Selection for the elimination.

Carmella has been eliminated.

Raw is left with 4 women, SmackDown has 3, and NXT has 3. Banks, Storm, and Sane tag in. Banks takes Sane down and hits the ropes, but Storm boots her. Sane flattens Storm with a strike combo before going to the top rope for an InSane Elbow, but Banks breaks it up with a meteora. Banks then pins Sane for the elimination.

Kairi Sane has been eliminated.

Asuka enters the match and wildly kicks away at everyone. Asuka hits Storm with a bulldog while giving Banks a clothesline. Brooke tags in, but Asuka viciously kicks her down for the elimination.

Dana Brooke has been eliminated.

Flair blind tags in, and Asuka is furious. They get into a shoving match before Flair takes her down. Evans tags in and goes to attack Flair, but Flair just chops her back. Flair hits an exploder suplex into the corner before strutting. Asuka then turns Flair around and spits mist into her own captain’s eyes! Flair tries to wipe the mist away. Asuka leaves the match. Evans hits Flair with a Woman’s Right for the elimination.

Charlotte Flair has been eliminated.

It’s only Natalya left for Raw. Natalya rolls Evans up for a near fall. Evans kicks Natalya and sends her to the corner. Evans elbows Storm away, but Natalya quickly spikes her on her tailbone. Storm dropkicks Evans, and Natalya hits Storm with a clothesline. Natalya then rolls Evans up for the elimination.

Lacey Evans has been eliminated.

It’s one left for Raw and SmackDown each. NXT has three left. Storm attacks Banks and goes for a slam on Natalya. Natalya counters into a Sharpshooter on Storm. Banks also applies the Bank Statement. Storm taps out.

Toni Storm has been eliminated.

Belair comes in, but Natalya and Banks hit her with the Hart Attack for the elimination.

Bianca Belair has been eliminated.

It’s down to Natalya from Raw, Banks from SmackDown, and Ripley from NXT. They stare at Ripley, but Banks attacks Natalya for the elimination.

Natalya has been eliminated.

Team Raw is officially out of this match. It’s down to Banks and Ripley. They get into a trash talking match before Ripley unloads with right hands. Ripley slams Banks down and connects with a dropkick for a near fall. Banks comes back with a tornado DDT attempt, but Ripley counters. Banks applies a sleeper hold to counter the counter, but Ripley slams her off. Banks takes her down and hits double knees in the corner on Ripley. Banks knees Ripley in the face a few times before going to the second rope for a meteora, but Ripley kicks out. Banks cannot believe it.

An “NXT” chant picks up. Banks takes Ripley down and shouts, “SmackDown!” Banks goes to the top rope for another meteora, but Ripley big boots her out of mid-air. Ripley stomps her and applies a powerful inverted cloverleaf. Banks gets out and applies the Bank Statement. Ripley tries for the ropes, but Banks captures the arm.

Candice LeRae and Io Shirai run down. They haven’t been eliminated yet apparently. They pull Ripley out of the ring. Banks takes them out with a baseball slide. Ripley sends Banks into the barricade before putting her in the ring. Banks gets out of a Riptie and knees her in the face. Shirai gets on the apron and grabs Banks’ hair, but she’s punched off. LeRae distracts the referee while Shirai hits a springboard dropkick. Ripley follows up with a Riptide on Banks for the win!

Winners: Team NXT

After the match, the Team NXT participants stand tall as the music hits. They taunt Banks some and then leave as the referee checks on Banks. We go to replays. Storm and Belair join the others on the stage as Team NXT celebrates the big win.

Backstage:

Kevin Owens is shown backstage looking at a Raw wristband. Seth Rollins walks up to him and gets booed. Owens asks if he’s here to stare at him or help. Rollins says the whole world saw what Owens did. It was a big moment for Owens and NXT. Rollins wants to know where Owens’ loyalty lies: with Raw or NXT? Owens says he wanted to get even with the Undisputed ERA after what they did to him on Raw. Owens loves NXT, but NXT doesn’t need him. Monday Night Raw desperately needs Kevin Owens. Tonight, he’s Team Raw… but Rollins questioning his loyalty and history… does he have to remind Rollins of his history. Owens then extends his hand in The Shield’s pose before walking off.

WWE United States Champion AJ Styles vs. NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura

We go to the ring and Cole is joined by Nigel and Lawler. Alicia does the introductions as WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura is out first with Sami Zayn. NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong is out next by himself. Out last comes the leader of The OC, WWE United States Champion AJ Styles. AJ heads to the ring as the pyro hits and we see some of the other international announce teams in the arena.

Styles and Nakamura double-team Strong to start. Strong comes back, but Styles soon dropkicks him down. Styles hits Strong and Nakamura with diving clotheslines in the corner. Strong quickly counters with a backbreaker on Styles before kicking Nakamura. Strong then hits another backbreaker on Nakamura. Strong hits a Wrecking Ball Dropkick on Nakamura before countering Styles trying a plancha. Styles quickly hits him with a knee. Styles gets Nakamura in the ring and goes for a springboard, but Nakamura sweeps the feet. Nakamura knees away at him before choking Styles in the corner. Nakamura kicks Strong off the apron. Nakamura then gives Strong a suplex into the ring. Nakamura takes Styles down and hits a double knee drop, but Strong breaks up the pin. Nakamura knees Styles on the top rope and knocks him to the floor. Strong quickly catches Nakamura with a gutbuster for a near fall. Strong picks Nakamura up and stretches him out. Nakamura eventually gets out. Styles then comes up and applies a sleeper hold to Strong. Strong fights up, so Styles sends Strong into Nakamura. Styles reapplies the chin lock. Strong fights out and hits Styles with some running forearms before slamming him down. Strong covers, but Styles kicks out.

Styles fights back Strong and Nakamura. Nakamura soon hits Styles with a vicious knee for a near fall. Strong attacks Nakamura, but Nakamura takes him down with an axe kick before kneeing him in the face for a two count. Styles broke up the pin. Styles avoids a kick from Nakamura before hitting an ushigoroshi for a near fall. Styles goes for a Styles Clash on Nakamura, but Strong dropkicks him. Strong hits an Olympic Slam on Styles before powerbombing him for a near fall. Strong stomps Styles in the corner. Nakamura goes for a Tower of Doom, but he’s fought off. Styles gets Strong in the electric chair, and Nakamura hits a diving kick on Strong. Strong holds his knee in pain after Nakamura lands on it. Styles breaks up the pin.

Nakamura kicks Styles to the floor. Styles quickly stops Nakamura from hitting a Kinshasa. Sami Zayn sends Styles into the steel steps. Strong then knees Nakamura in the face for a near fall. Nakamura soon lifts Strong and hits a GTS. The “CM Punk” chants lightly start up. Styles takes Nakamura out with a forearm. Strong elbows Styles, and Nakamura kicks Strong. Nakamura takes Styles down, and Strong kicks away at Nakamura. Styles turns Strong inside out with a clothesline, and Nakamura takes him down. Nakamura slams Strong onto Styles before hitting a Kinshasa on Strong, but Styles breaks up the pin.

AJ and Nakamura face off, then start brawling in the middle of the ring. Nakamura kicks AJ in the face. AJ with a pele kick. AJ runs into a big boot in the corner. Nakamura with a flying knee from the second turnbuckle. Nakamura scoops AJ and plants him for a 2 count. Sami can’t believe it. Nakamura calls for another Kinshasa as Sami tries to rally for him. Nakamura charges but AJ rolls him up. Nakamura fights him off. AJ springboards in for the Phenomenal Forearm and hits Nakamura with it. Strong runs in out of nowhere to steal AJ’s pin and he does it.

Winner: Roderick Strong

After the match, Strong takes his NXT North American Title belt to the stage and brags as we go to replays. AJ throws a fit at ringside as Strong celebrates to the back.

Backstage:

Daniel Bryan is shown warming up backstage when The Miz comes up to him. Miz says they don’t like each other, but they’re professionals. There’s normal competitors and then there’s The Fiend. It’s pure evil. For the sake of their families, Bryan needs to put a stop to The Fiend. Bryan tells him to get out of his face.

NXT Championship – Pete Dunne vs. Adam Cole (c)

Michael Cole will call the next match since Mauro Ranallo blew his voice out last night at NXT TakeOver: WarGames.

We go to ringside with Cole, Nigel and Beth. Cole says Mauro Ranallo was so excited and so passionate at Takeover on Saturday that he blew his voice out and will be back for NXT TV on Wednesday.

The bell rings and they go at it. Dunne takes Cole down and works on the fingers early on. Cole fights back and goes for Dunne’s injured midsection but Dunne drops him again. Dunne goes right to work on the fingers again, keeping Cole down by his hurt arm. Dunne jumps up and stomps on the hand now, sending Cole to the floor for a breather. Dunne follows and goes right to work. Dunne stomps the injured elbow on the steel ring steps now. They bring it back in and Cole turns it around, taking Dunne down and focusing on his wrapped left leg now. Cole with a kneebar now. Cole goes on and dropkicks the side of the hurt knee. Dunne turns it around and counters with a big X-plex in the middle of the ring.

Dunne punches Cole back and chops the chest. Cole reverses a whip to the corner, but Dunne backflips over him and connects with an enzugiri. Dunne stomps the hands and hits a sit-out powerbomb for a near fall. Cole rolls out of the ring in pain. Dunne goes to the second rope and connects with a moonsault block to the floor. Both men are in too much pain to follow up.

Dunne eventually gets Cole in the ring, but Cole kicks him in the knee. Dunne quickly takes him down and kicks him in the back of the head. Cole gets his knees up to counter a splash and connects with the Last Shot for a near fall. Dunne avoids the Panama Sunrise and hits a forearm. Cole knocks him back, but Dunne turns him inside out with a clothesline. Dunne sets up for a move, but Cole counters into a modified ushigoroshi for a near fall. Dunne soon tries for a cross arm breaker, but Cole rolls him up for a two count. Dunne all of a sudden hits the Bitter End for a near fall. Dune kicks Cole and wildly chops the chest. Dunne strikes him a few times before going for a moonsault, but Cole superkicks him out of mid-air for a near fall! Cole goes to the second rope and leaps, but Dunne hits a forearm before slamming him down for a near fall.

They’re both on the apron now. Cole kicks the leg out as the referee counts. Cole goes to the second rope and hits a big Panama Sunrise on the apron. The crowd goes wild and chants “holy s–t!” now. This leads to Cole hitting a big kick to the face but Dunne still kicks out in the middle of the ring. Dunne is bleeding some from his mouth now. Cole steps on Dunne’s hand but Dunne goes for his fingers. Cole counters a Bitter End and turns it into a Panama Sunrise. Cole follows up with a Last Shot for the pin to retain.

Winner: Adam Cole

After the match, Cole stands tall as his music hits and he raises the title. We go to replays. The rest of The Undisputed Era stands tall on the stage with Cole now as the crowd cheers them on.

Universal Championship – The Fiend vs. Danie Bryan

Daniel Bryan makes his way to the ring first. The lights goes down and the music hits as “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt makes his crrepy entrance with his Universal Title around the neck.

The lights turn red and the bell rings and we are ready to go!

Bryan immediately hits some corner dropkicks. Bryan backs up, and The Fiend turns him inside out with a clothesline. The Fiend kicks Bryan in the head a few times before sending him into the ropes for a head-butt. Bryan rolls out of the ring to recover. Wyatt sends Bryan into the barricade before whipping him into the ring post. Wyatt connects with a senton splash on the floor and shots, “Remember me!” Wyatt puts Bryan in the ring and attacks him before hitting a one-armed slam. Wyatt hits a release suplex before going to a neck vice. Wyatt then snaps the neck. Bryan rolls out of the ring to recover. Wyatt punches Bryan and charges, but Bryan sidesteps him and sends him into the ring steps. Bryan goes for a suicide dive. Wyatt catches him, but Bryan drives him into the ring post. Bryan then hits a flying knee off the apron. Bryan goes to the top rope and dives to the floor onto Wyatt. Bryan holds his head in pain.

Bryan gets The Fiend in the ring and connects with a missile dropkick. Bryan hits another missile dropkick, but The Fiend keeps getting up. Bryan kicks away at the chest of The Fiend before kicking him in the head. Wyatt immediately no sells it. Bryan does the YES Kicks again and kicks him in the head. The Fiend sits up again and appears to be laughing. Bryan does the YES Kicks again and kicks him in the head. The Fiend stumbles, so Bryan kicks him in the head a few times. Bryan hits the Busaiku Knee Kick for a near fall.

The crowd is chanting for Bryan. The Fiend rises behind him. The Fiend tosses him back, but Bryan boots him back. Bryan is on the middle rope, but The Fiend applies the Mandible Claw. Bryan applies an arm bar to get out. Bryan comes off the top rope, but The Fiend punches him. Bryan gets out of Sister Abigail, but The Fiend soon catches him with the Mandible Claw for the win.

Winner: “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt

After the match, Wyatt stands tall with the title as the music hits. We go to replays. The lights flash over The Fiend as he looks on from the stage.

Backstage:

Sarah Schreiber is backstage with Rey Mysterio. Mysterio says it’s been 15 years since he’s faced Brock Lesnar. Times have changed. Lesnar is the same, but Mysterio is different. Mysterio holds up the steel pipe. Mysterio says he’ll do things to Lesnar that the old Rey Mysterio would never have done. Mysterio says he was thinking of retiring, but the love of his son Dominick saved him. Mysterio tells Dominick to watch close as he massacres Lesnar and takes away the WWE Championship.

Men’s Survivor Series Triple Threat Elimination Match: Team RAW (Captain Seth Rollins, Ricochet, Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens, Randy Orton) vs. Team SmackDown (Captain Roman Reigns, King Baron Corbin, Shorty G, Mustafa Ali, Braun Strowman) vs. Team NXT (Captain Tommaso Ciampa, Keith Lee, Matt Riddle, Damian Priest, WWE UK Champion WALTER)

We go back to ringside with Vic, Nigel and Graves. Out first comes Team RAW – Captain Seth Rollins, Ricochet, Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton. Team SmackDown is out next – Captain Roman Reigns, King Baron Corbin, Shorty G, Mustafa Ali, and Braun Strowman. Out last comes Team NXT – Tommaso Ciampa, Keith Lee, Matt Riddle, Damian Priest, and WWE UK Champion WALTER.

Braun Strowman starts off against Seth Rollins and Tommaso Ciampa. Strowman dropkicks them down. Walter and Drew McIntyre tag in before teaming up to beat down Strowman. They stomp Strowman down in the corner before McIntyre shoves Walter. Walter forearms McIntyre, so McIntyre chops him. They trade chops in the middle of the ring before Walter sends him into the ropes for a shoulder block. Walter big boots McIntyre down and slams him. Strowman takes Walter down, but Walter comes back with a German Suplex on McIntyre. Walter goes for a German Suplex on Strowman, but Strowman gets out. Walter chops him before dropkicking him to the corner. McIntyre hits a Claymore Kick on Walter for the elimination.

WALTER has been eliminated.

Loud boos from Chicago over WALTER being eliminated. Damien Priest enters the ring.

Damien Priest enters the ring. Priest punches away at McIntyre before attacking Strowman. Priest sidesteps Strowman and sends him into the ring post shoulder-first. Shorty G tags in and hits a moonsault block. Ricochet tags in, and he locks up with G. G catches Ricochet with a vicious German Suplex on his head. Matt Riddle tags in and hits a waistlock takeover on G. Riddle takes him down and applies an ankle lock. G rolls through and applies an ankle lock of his own. Riddle gets out and misses some kicks before we get a stalemate. The crowd politely claps. Ciampa tags in and kicks G in the face. G fights back at him, and Ricochet wipes out both G and Ciampa with a handspring double kick. Kevin Owens tags in, goes to the top rope, thinks about it, and hits G with a Frog Splash for the elimination.

Shorty G has been eliminated.

Roman Reigns comes in, and Owens is excited. King Corbin blind tags in and argues with Reigns. Owens superkicks Reigns. Owens goes for a Stunner on Corbin, but he gets away. Owens attacks him outside before hitting a cannonball on Reigns against the barricade. Owens hits Corbin with a Stunner. Ciampa then catches Owens coming in the ring with a draping DDT for the elimination.

Kevin Owens has been eliminated.

Orton sneaks up behind Ciampa now. Orton stares Ciampa down for using the DDT. Fans chant for the RKO as the two stare each other down. Ciampa blocks the RKO. Ciampa sends Orton to the floor. Ciampa goes for the draping DDT on Orton but it’s blocked. Orton drops Ciampa on the outside. Orton slams Ciampa back-first on the apron. Orton poses in the ring for a big pop. Orton goes to stomping on Ciampa’s limbs now. Ciampa blocks and kicks Orton. Priest tags in right as Orton drops Ciampa with the RKO. Orton blocks the Reckoning from Priest and hits Priest with the RKO for the pin.

Priest has been eliminated.

Orton blocks a knee from Riddle. Riddle rolls Orton up for the pin.

Orton has been eliminated and everyone is shocked.

Orton hits Riddle with the RKO on his way out of the ring. Corbin runs in and steals the pin.

Riddle has been eliminated.

Strowman tags in, and Lee enters the match as well. McIntyre comes in and attacks Strowman. Strowman knocks McIntyre down and clears the rest of Team Raw off the apron. Strowman goes outside and runs over Ciampa, Ricochet, and McIntyre with running shoulder blocks. Strowman signals for it again and charges, but Lee wipes Strowman out with a running cross-body block on the floor. McIntyre then hits Strowman with a Claymore Kick on the floor. The referee counts Strowman out.

Braun Strowman has been eliminated by Count-Out.

Ricochet flips through a pair of End of Days and hits an enzuigiri. Ricochet kicks Mustafa Ali off the apron. Corbin puts Ricochet on the apron, but Ricochet knees him in the face. Ricochet hits a clothesline on Corbin before hitting Reigns with a twisting moonsault plancha. Ricochet goes to the top rope, but lands on his feet when Lee moves. Corbin hits Ricochet with the End of Days for the elimination.

Ricochet has been eliminated.

Al tags himself in against Rollins and Ciampa. Rollins knees Ali in the ribs before kicking him in the head. Ali’s hometown is chanting for him. Ali hits Ciampa with a facebuster before elbowing Rollins. Ali then hits Rollins with a tornado DDT. Ali hits Rollins and Ciampa with a suicide dive that sends them into the commentary table. Ciampa grabs Ali, but Ali sends him into the ring post. Corbin pulls Ali out of the ring and yells at him. Ali shoves him and gets in the ring, but Rollins gives him the Stomp for the elimination.

Mustafa Ali has been eliminated.

The crowd is loudly booing Ali’s elimination. Rollins hits Lee with a suicide dive. CM Punk chants are starting. McIntyre sends Reigns into the barricade before putting Ciampa in the ring. Ciampa elbows him, but McIntyre quickly fights back. McIntyre hits an inverted Alabama Slam for a near fall on Ciampa. McIntyre sizes Ciampa up, but Reigns spears him out of nowhere for the elimination.

Drew McIntyre has been eliminated.

Seth Rollins is all that remains of Team Raw. Rollins rolls Reigns up for a two count. Reigns counters a suicide dive and hits a Drive-By Dropkick. Ciampa hits Reigns with a draping DDT coming in the ring and goes for the Fairy Tale Ending, but Reigns gets out with a Superman Punch. Corbin begs Reigns for a tag. The crowd is chanting for Keith Lee. Corbin gets in the ring and knocks Lee off the apron. Corbin stomps Ciampa, throws Reigns to the corner, and blind tags himself in. Corbin talks trash to Reigns. An “STD” chant picks up. Reigns hits Corbin with a Superman Punch and a Spear. Ciampa covers Corbin for the elimination.

King Corbin has been eliminated.

It’s down to Rollins from Raw, Reigns from SmackDown, and Ciampa and Lee from NXT. Reigns and Rollins converge on Ciampa, but he attacks both men. Lee comes in, and they double-team him as well. Rollins and Reigns then send them out of the ring. Rollins clears the commentary table off as Reigns goes over to Ciampa. Ciampa fights him, but he’s overwhelmed. Rollins lifts Ciampa onto Reigns’ shoulders, but Lee wipes Reigns and Rollins out with a running shoulder block. Lee goes to powerbomb Reigns, but Reigns powers him into the steel steps. Ciampa knees Rollins in the head in the ring and connects with Project Ciampa for a near fall. Ciampa cannot believe it.

Ciampa goes for another Fairytale Ending but Rollins counters. Rollins with superkicks. Ciampa dodges the Stomp. More back and forth between the two. Ciampa with a big knee to the face. Reigns stops Ciampa from hitting the Fairytale Ending with a big Superman Punch. This leads to Rollins pinning Ciampa.

Ciampa has been eliminated.

It’s down to Lee, Reigns and Rollins now. Lee walks back into the ring as fans chant for him. Reigns and Rollins wait for the fight. Lee drops Rollins first and then Reigns. Lee keeps control and keeps fighting. Lee launches himself over the top from the apron, taking both down with a big crossbody. Lee stands tall for a big pop. Lee lifts Rollins but he slides out and hits an enziguri, then a superkick. Rollins goes to the top as fans boo him. Rollins with a Frogsplash to Lee but Lee kicks out at 2. Fans chant for “NXT!” now. Rollins can’t believe the kick out. Fans boo Rollins as he talks trash. Rollins cranks up but Lee catches him with a huge powerslam Jackhammer for the pin.

Seth Rollins has been eliminated.

Lee stands tall and looks over at Reigns, who is still down on the outside. Fans start the chants for Lee as Reigns looks around and slowly enters the ring. Reigns and Lee stare each other down. Lee attacks but misses after connecting. Reigns with a Superman Punch and second. Reigns quickly covers but Lee kicks out just in time. Some think it was a 3 count. Graves says Lee didn’t kick out. Reigns waits in the corner and hulks up as Lee gets up. Reigns goes for a Spear but Lee catches him in mid-move with a powerbomb. Reigns barely kicks out and the crowd goes wild.

Lee goes to the second rope for a moonsault but Reigns moves. Reigns follows up with a Spear for the pin to win for Team SmackDown.

Winners: Team SmackDown

After the match, Reigns stands tall as the SmackDown music hits. We go to replays. Reigns slowly gets up, waiting for Lee. Reigns nods at Lee in a show of respect. Lee is finally up to his feet as well. Reigns nods at him some more. Lee also shows respect. Reigns approaches and offers his hand for a fist bump. Lee bumps and then makes his exit from the ring. Reigns hits the corner to pose as his own theme music starts up. Reigns plays to the crowd for a mixed reaction.

– Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch is shown backstage. She talks about her upcoming match against Bayley and Shayna Baszler.

– We get a video package for tonight’s WWE Title match.

No Holds Barred, No DQ Match for the WWE Title: Rey Mysterio vs. Brock Lesnar

We go to the ring and out first comes the challenger, Rey Mysterio. Rey poses in the corner as the pyro goes off on the stage. WWE Champion Brock Lesnar is out next with Paul Heyman. Lesnar is all business tonight as the pyro goes off on the stage. Lesnar hits the ring and jumps on the apron as more pyro goes off. We get formal ring introductions from Rome but Heyman interrupts to give his own intro for his client, some in Spanish.

The bell rings and Lesnar charges but Rey exits the ring and grabs his pipe for a pop. Rey returns to the ring with the pipe but Lesnar goes to the floor and laughs. Lesnar runs back in and drops Rey. Lesnar tries to take the pipe but Rey won’t let go. Lesnar stands on it and the third shot forces Rey to let go. Lesnar launches Rey out of the ring to the announce tables. Lesnar launches Rey over one of the announce tables now, to the floor on the other side.

Lesnar leans the top piece of the announce table over the front of it and then launches Rey through it with an belly-to-belly suplex. Lesnar easily lifts Rey and runs him spine-first into the post. Lesnar scoops Rey again but Rey slides out and shoves Lesnar in the ring post but Lesnar avoids it. Rey fights and then crawls in the ring for the pipe. Lesnar recovers and stops it. Lesnar grabs Rey and delivers the first German suplex. Rey lands on the pipe. Lesnar delivers another big suplex and takes his time with Rey now.

Lesnar hits a third German Suplex. Dominick runs in with a white towel. Lesnar laughs and throws the towel away. Mysterio low blows Lesnar, and Dominick follows up with a low blow! Dominick hits Lesnar with a steel chair. Mysterio and Dominick then hit a double 619 on Lesnar! Dominick comes off the top rope with a frog splash. Mysterio follows up with a frog splash and covers with Dominick on top of him, but Lesnar kicks out. The crowd was red hot for that. Dominick goes to the top rope, but Lesnar pulls him down for a German Suplex. Mysterio jumps off the top rope, but Lesnar catches him and hits an F5 for the win.

Winner: Brock Lesnar

After the match, Lesnar crawls out of the ring and takes the title as his music hits. Dominick crawls to Rey to check on him. We go to replays. Heyman celebrates with Lesnar as they exit with the title as Rey and his son try to recover.

– Back from a break and Cole leads us to a video package for tonight’s main event.

SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley vs. NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler vs. Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch

We go to the ring for tonight’s non-title main event and out first comes SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley. NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler is out next. We see Baszler marching through the back with Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir. Duke and Shafir stop at the Gorilla Position and let Baszler come out on her own. RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch is out next.

The bell rings and they all face off. They all stall some until a brawl breaks out. Baszler rocks Lynch. Bayley clotheslines Lynch. Baszler ducks Bayley and takes her down with right hands. They roll around and to the floor. Lynch gets involved and takes them both down. Bayley brings Bayley back in and takes her down for a 2 count. Bayley unloads on Bayley and hits leg drops. Becky misses a big leg drop. Bayley comes back and covers but Becky slides out. Lynch knocks Baszler back down. Lynch goes to the top but Bayley cuts her off and sends her to the mat.

Baszler gets in between her opponents and takes over. She works on Becky’s arm while she’s down. Bayley gets involved and Baszler isn’t happy. Bayley and Baszler go at it now. Baszler with a high running knee in the corner to Bayley. Lynch runs in and drops Baszler as she charges Bayley. Lynch works over both of them in the corner but Baszler takes her down. Bayley sends Baszler out and drops Becky. Bayley stomps away while Becky is down now. Bayley with shoulder thrusts to Becky in the corner. Bayley with more offense and a takedown to Becky. Baszler comes back from the floor but Bayley knocks her off the apron. Bayley goes back to work on Becky and keeps her down. Bayley plays to the crowd and they boo her.

Bayley keeps Lynch down for another 2 count and more boos from the crowd. Baszler pulls Bayley off a pin attempt. They’re all three back in the ring again. Becky with an Exploder on Bayley. All three Superstars trade shots and power moves now. Lynch with a DDT on Bayley for a 2 count. Becky with an elbow drop to Bayley for a 2 count as Baszler breaks it up. Becky eventually goes for the Disarm-Her on Bayley but Baszler breaks it up. Baszler drops Lynch on her head for a 2 count. More back and forth and trading shots now. Baszler mounts Bayley and pounds on her. Baszler with a suplex for a 2 count.

Everyone goes down once again after a dropkick from the top. Lynch gets up and stares Baszler down. They trade big strikes now. Baszler ends up taking Bayley to the corner and beating her down. Baszler climbs up for a superplex but Bayley fights her off to the mat. Lynch comes up but Bayley sends her back to the mat. Bayley charges on the apron to Becky on the floor but Baszler grabs a Kirifuda Clutch to Bayley. Lynch messes that up for Baszler. Becky ends up powerbombing Baszler from the corner for another close 2 count. Lynch tries to rally fans now. She tries to take Baszler into the Disarm-Her but Baszler goes for the Kirifuda Clutch. This leads to Lynch rolling her for a 2 count. Becky goes right into the Disarm-Her now.

Bayley gets launched from the apron to the floor and lands hard. Baszler sends her into the ring post. More back and forth between Lynch and Baszler now. Baszler runs Lynch into the ring post now. Baszler sends Lynch knee-first into the steel ring steps, and again. Baszler slams Lynch head-first into the announce table now. Baszler lifts Lynch on her shoulders and launches her back-first onto the announce table. Bayley runs over out of nowhere and clotheslines Baszler. Bayley brings Baszler into the ring but Baszler goes for the Kirifuda Clutch. Bayley counters for a 2 count. Bayley counters a move and hits a back suplex for a 2 count.

Bayley goes to the top for the elbow drop but Baszler moves and applies the Kirifuda Clutch on the mat. Bayley resists and Baszler fights it. Baszler keeps the Kirifuda Clutch applied and Bayley taps for the win.

Winner: Shayna Baszler

After the match, Baszler takes her title and sits up in the middle of the ring as her music hits. We go to replays. Bayley rolls over and tries to recover. Baszler has her arm raised by the referee as the graphic shows that the night ended with 1 (RAW) – 4 (NXT) – 2 (SmackDown). Baszler exits the ring and stands on top of the announce table, posing and looking down at Lynch, who is still laid out. Baszler turns to leave the announce table but Lynch jumps up and knocks her down. Lynch drives Baszler onto the German announce table as fans start chanting for her. Becky jumps off the top of the barrier and puts Baszler through the table now. Becky stands tall and says something about this being her show. Lynch’s music hits as she stands tall. We go to more replays. The 2019 WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view goes off the air with Lynch raising her title and talking trash while standing on top of the announce table.

A really bad main event after an awesome show.
