Stephanie McMahon To Host The Draft, No More Wild Card Rule; New Match Added to Smackdown
WWE has added The New Day vs. The OC to tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

As noted, the show will kick off with Seth Rollins taking on Roman Reigns. The winning brand will get the first draft picks. Also scheduled for tonight will be Charlotte Flair defending the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Bayley in a Hell in a Cell rematch.

Tonight’s show will feature the return of the WWE Draft with tons of celebrities advertised to appear. Speaking of the WWE Draft kicking off on tonight's SmackDown from Las Vegas, WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon revealed on Twitter that she will be hosting the Draft.

The new WWE on FOX Twitter account has received a lot of praise from fans as of late for various posts they've made. As seen below, they posted a tweet on Thursday to say goodbye to the WWE Wild Card Rule, which will officially end with the 2019 Draft on tonight's SmackDown. The Wild Card Rule was launched back in May and has received negative feedback from fans, for the most part.
