SmackDown Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan and Rowan will make their first official TV title defense at Sunday’s WWE Money In the Bank pay-per-view on the Kickoff pre-show. They will defend against The Usos, who are on the RAW brand.

At WWE Money in the Bank Kickoff, newly crowned SmackDown Tag Team Champions Daniel Bryan & Rowan will battle Jimmy & Jey Uso.
After The Hardy Boyz were forced to relinquish the SmackDown Tag Team Titles, Shane McMahon originally looked to hand the gold to Daniel Bryan & Rowan. Before he could bestow the titles upon them, however, Raw Superstars The Usos arrived via the Wild Card Rule and convinced Shane that Bryan & Rowan should have to earn the titles in a match against them.
During the subsequent battle for the vacant championships, Rowan withstood a barrage of superkicks and connected with the Iron Claw Slam to Jey that secured the three-count and the SmackDown Tag Team Titles for himself and The Planet’s Champion.
