WWE RAW Opener:

We begin this week’s show with a look back at the main event of last week’s Raw.

Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring and he has something to say but is immediately interrupted by RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon. Stephanie says she understands why Reigns is out but she has a show to run. She and Mick Foley came up with a solution and… She’s quickly interrupted by RAW General Manager Mick Foley.

Mick says he let the show get out of control while Stephanie was in Singapore. Mick says Rusev and Seth Rollins will be in a match tonight. Roman wants to know what that means for him. Three weeks ago, Stephanie’s husband intefered and cost him the title and last week Rusev cost him. Mick says that Roman will face Rusev on Sunday for the United States Title. Stephanie guarantees that match will happen as Roman appreciates Stephanie’s statement.

Mick tells Roman he needs to trust Stephanie. Mick says that he is offended that Superstars are going behind his back. Mick talks about the match last week and he wondered how the people boo Roman. Whether they get along or not, they are part of the Raw family. They are in a battle for their survival against Smackdown. When the dust clears, Stephanie will land on her feet because she is a McMahon. Mick says if things don’t go well, he is back on the couch. It is time to make things right because all he has is his word as his bond.

Stephanie says she loves the idea of Mick being General Manager. Mick says that Roman will face Kevin Owens tonight in a rematch.

Kevin Owens‘ music plays and he makes his way to the stage. Kevin wants to know if Foley is serious. He says this has to be a joke. He wants to know if Mick is working on new material for his stand up special. Kevin says he beat Roman twice last week. He should be preparing for his match against Seth Rollins at Clash of Champions. He reminds Roman that he is in the main event, not Roman.

Stephanie says what Mick says goes. She says Kevin will have to fight Roman, but it will be non-title. Mick says the match will take place inside a steel cage.

– Rollins’ music hits and he comes out as Owens looks on from the stage. Rollins stops and looks at Owens before heading to the ring as everyone else is leaving. Reigns and Rollins also exchange looks. We go to commercial.


We are back and Stephanie and Mick talk about the situation with Kevin Owens.

Rusev yells at Foley and complains about Mick giving Rusev another chance at him. Rusev tells Foley that Foley knew this was a big night for Lana because her movie will be released tomorrow on DVD. Rusev says that Foley is jealous of Rusev’s family. Mick tells Rusev that he can insult his family, but it does not change anything about his match on Sunday against Roman Reigns or his match right now against Seth Rollins. Mick then answers a phone call from Chris Jericho.

Seth Rollins vs. Rusev

They lock up and Rusev backs Rollins into the corner and Rusev with a clean break. Rollins with a punch and knees to Reigns. Rollins with more punches and the referee warns Rollins. Rusev with a knee and kick followed by a punch. Rusev sets for a slam but Rollins gets to his feet and he kicks Rusev and hits a Blockbuster followed by a drop kick. Rusev goes to the floor and Rollins tries for the flying knee off the apron but Rusev moves. Rusev runs Rollins back first into the ring post. Rusev sends Rollins back into the ring and he slams Rollins and hits an elbow drop for a two count then uses a hard Irish whip and the referee checks on Rollins.

Rollins with punches to the midsection and a chop followed by a punch. Rusev with a hip lock take down but he misses a diving head butt when Rollins moves. Rollins with chops and a kick but Rusev sends Rollins over the top rope to the apron. Rollins with a forearm and then he goes up top but Rusev biels Rollins to the mat as we go to commercial.

We are back and Rusev with a waist lock and Rollins with elbows to get out of the hold followed by punches. Rusev with an elbow and then he pulls Rollins up from the mat and Rollins uses the ropes to flip to his feet and he hits an enzuigiri. Rollins with a flatliner into the turnbuckles and then he hits Slingblade. Rollins with a running forearm into the corner and then he hits a second one. Rollins goes for a suplex but Rollins blocks it and Rusev goes for a suplex and Rollins lands on his feet and hits a super kick. Rollins with a Falcon Arrow for a near fall.

Rollins sets for the super kick but Rusev blocks it. Rusev misses a round kick. Rusev holds on to the ropes on an O’Connor Roll attempt. Rusev sends Rollins into the air and connects with a knee to the midsection and then he follows with a round kick for a near fall. Rusev rolls Rollins over and he says it is time to MATCHKA. Rollins rolls to the apron to avoid the stomp. Rollins drops Rusev on the top rope and then he hits an enzuigiri. Rollins with a springboard knee to the temple and then Rollins goes up top and Rusev rolls to the floor. Rollins with a suicide dive onto Rusev.

Rusev misses a clothesline and then Rollins drops down and Rusev goes to the floor. Rollins with a suicide dive onto Rusev. Rollins stops Rusev momentarily as they fight up the ramp and the referee gets to ten.

Double Count Out

After the match, Rusev goes over to the announce table and he tries to send Rollins off the stage but Rollins gets to his feet and he hits a knee to the back and Rusev goes to the floor. Rollins gets on the announce table and Rollins with a cross body off the announce table.


We see footage from last week’s women’s match and Dana is showing Mick Foley the finish of the match between Sasha and Bayley. Charlotte points out there was a double pin so there is no number one contender. Dana suggests they cancel the tag match and they have a singles match so the winner loses to Charlotte.

Mick says Charlotte will face Sasha Banks… and Bayley in a Triple Threat Match on Sunday. Mick leaves and then Charlotte grunts a few times before pushing Dana down. Back to commercial.

– We are back and we see the steel cage above the ring, but that is later tonight.

– The announcers talk about the debut of the Cruiserweight Division on Raw.

– We see a video package for Cedric Alexander. Cedric says people are going to see a brand they have not seen before.

– Brian Kendrick says he knows that he might not get another chance. It might be a rebirth.


Chris Jericho says if Mick Foley messes with Kevin Owens, he is messing with him too. Chris says Mick never liked him. Kevin says Mick had it out for him ever since he won the Universal title. Kevin says everyone knows Mick is useless. Chris says he is going to make a list of what Mick Foley has done wrong as General Manager. He will show Mick and Mick won’t like… IT.

Braun Strowman vs. Sin Cara

They go face to face and Braun pie faces Cara. Cara with forearms and kicks and then Strowman misses a splash in the corner. Cara with punches but Strowman sends Cara to the mat. Strowman with an Irish whip and splash into the corner followed by a stomp. Strowman with forearms across the chest and a nerve hold. Cara with a jaw breaker but Strowman with a boot and he sends Cara to the floor. Strowman goes to the floor but Cara is already back in the ring and Cara with a drop kick and a suicide dive. Strowman catches Cara on a quebrada attempt and Strowman with a power slam for the three count.

Winner: Braun Strowman


Sasha Banks is stretching in the back and Bayley comes up and she says she is so excited to be in the ring with Sasha again on Sunday. Sasha says she remembers the old times when they pushed each other to the limit. This is a new era. She tells Bayley she had her beat. Bayley disagrees and she says that is why they are in a Triple Threat Match on Sunday. Bayley says one of them will be the Women’s Champion on Sunday. We go to commercial.

Sasha Banks and Bayley vs. Dana Brooke and Charlotte

Back from the break and out first comes Sasha Banks. Partner Bayley is out next. Dana Brooke is out next with WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte leading the way.

Charlotte and Sasha start things off but Dana is tagged in and they lock up. Dana with a waist lock and Sasha goes through the legs for a side head lock. Sasha with a shoulder tackle and a near fall. Bayley tags in and Bayley with a wrist lock but Dana with a forearm. Charlotte tags in and Charlotte kicks Bayley. Bayley sends Charlotte into the turnbuckles. Bayley sends Charlotte into Dana and then Dana is sent to the floor as we go to commercial.

We are back and Charlotte is in control as she works over Bayley and she starts to work on the back. Dana tags in and they kick Bayley in the corner. Dana with a snap mare followed by a handstand elbow drop for a near fall. Charlotte tags back in and she snap mares Bayley and stretches Bayley with her knee in the back. Bayley with an arm drag but Charlotte prevents a tag and then connects with a forearm for a near fall. Charlotte with an Irish whip and chop. Charlotte with another Irish whip but she misses a chop and Bayley with a double jump arm drag and clothesline for a near fall.

Sasha tags in and they hit a double suplex and Sasha gets a near fall. Sasha with a wrist lock and she goes to the turnbuckles for the assist on an arm drag. Sasha floats over and Charlotte with a kick to the midsection and she send Sasha into the turnbuckles and follows with knees to the ribs. Dana tags back in and Dana gets a near fall. Dana with a hesitation handstand into an elbow drop and then she knees Sasha in the injured ribs. Charlotte tags in and she stretches Sasha against the ring post.

Dana tags back in and she sends Sasha face first into the mat. Dana sends Sasha into the turnbuckles before tagging in Charlotte. Charlotte with kicks and a chop. Charlotte stretches Sasha. Sasha wtih knees and a head scissors but Charlotte keeps Sasha from making the tag. Sasha with a forearm but Charlotte sends Sasha to the mat. Sasha kicks Charlotte through the ropes when Charlotte goes for the figure four.

Bayley tags in and hits a series of double sledges and an elbow to the back and a drop kick. Bayley with a shoulder in the corner and then she hits a double jump elbow. Bayley goes to the turnbuckles and hits a corkscrew back elbow. Dana blocks the belly-to-belly suplex and then Charlotte with a running boot for the three count.

Winners: Charlotte and Dana Brooke

– We go to Stephanie’s office hallway and Seth Rollins stands there for about 30 seconds before he enters. We go to commercial.


We are back and Seth Rollins is in the office and Stephanie enters. Seth says they had a lot of memories. He wants to know why did she throw it all away for Kevin Owens. Stephanie says she had nothing to do with what her husband did. Seth wants to know why.

Stephanie says she cannot explain something she didn’t know about. Maybe Kevin Owens was right that Seth is the reason why the WWE Title went to Smackdown. You did lose to FInn Balor. Maybe you did not live up to what Hunter hoped when he picked him from the Shield.

Seth says that on Sunday you will realize you backed the wrong horse when he wins the title. Maybe Seth will be your worst nightmare as Universal Champion because he will know every move that she will make. Stephanie tells Seth not to threaten her and she did not know what Hunter would do. She says Kevin is the right person to lead Raw. She says that Kevin has replaced Seth as the face of Monday Night Raw. Seth says Stephanie used to be a shrewd businessman, but you have started to crack since your brother returned.

Bo Dallas vs. Gary Graham

Before the match, Bo Dallas says the tide has turned and he has sorely learned that all our bridges need to burn. As lovers come and go, he says that he is the only one who can BOLIEVE in Bo.

Bo with an elbow and punches to Graham and then he connects with forearms to the back. Graham with a rollup for a near fall. Bo with a kick and then he drops Graham on the top rope and connects with knees. Bo puts the ring skirt over Graham’s head. Bo with a clothesline followed by Cross Rhodes for the three count.

Winner: Bo Dallas

– Cesaro walks in the back as we go to commercial.

– We are back with a CWC video package including highlights from the finals between Gran Metalik and TJ Perkins.

Cesaro va. Sheamus in Match Six of the Best of Seven Series

We go to the ring and out first comes Cesaro. Sheamus is out next as we get video from earlier in the day with Sheamus talking to Andrea D’Marco.

Andrea D’marco asked Sheamus about the series lead being cut to 3-2 and if he feels any pressure. Sheamus says Cesaro cheated last week. This could go to match seven, but it won’t happen. Cesaro acts like an underappreciated technical marvel, but he always falls short. Sheamus says he is one match away from showing his superiority over Cesaro and moving one step closer to his title opportunity.

Sheamus with forearms and a suplex as he works on the back and gets a near fall. Sheamus with a back breaker for a near fall. Sheamus with European uppercuts but Ceasro with a boot. Sheamus goes for a tilt-a-whirl back breaker and Cesaro lands on his feet. Sheamus with a back drop to avoid a Neutralizer but Cesaro lands on his feet and Cesaro gets a near fall with a rollup. Cesaro gets to the ropes to avoid a Cloverleaf and then Cesaro sends Sheamus over the top rope to the floor and we go to commercial with Mick Foley in the office with a monitor showing the match.

We are back and Sheamus has Cesaro on his shoulders on the turnbuckles but Cesaro gets to the mat and drop kicks Sheamus off the turnbuckles and to the floor. Cesaro with a running European uppercut that sends Sheamus into the front row. Cesaro sends Sheamus into the ring post and then back into the ring. Cesaro with a springboard corkscrew European uppercut for a near fall. Sheamus hits White Noise on the apron and he can only get a near fall.

Sheamus sets for the Brogue Kick but Cesaro moves and Cesaro with a rollup for a near fall. Sheamus kicks Cesaro away on a Sharpshooter attempt. Sheamus with a uranage back breaker for a near fall. Sheamus with a back breaker from the Celtic Cross set up for a near fall. Sheamus goes for the Cloverleaf and he locks it in. Cesaro tries to get to the ropes but Sheamus pulls him into the center of the ring. Cesaro with a rollup and European uppercut. Sheamus with a rollup and he uses the ropes and the referee sees it and stops the count.

Sheamus argues with the referee and Cesaro with a European uppercut and he tries for the Gotch Style Neutralizer and Sheamus with a back body drop. Sheamus goes for the Brogue Kick and misses. Sheamus is caught with a European uppercut and then Cesaro hits the Gotch Style Neutralizer for the three count.

Winner: Cesaro (3-3)


Mick Foley is on the phone in the office and he says that Match Seven should happen at Clash of Champions.

Chris Jericho arrives in Foley’s office and he says Foley has done a terrible job. Foley says he did like Chris, but it was a long time ago. Chris writes down another complaint about Foley and he tells Foley he is making THE LIST OF JERICHO. Foley says he cannot hear him because he is talking into his missing ear. Chris talks about Foley’s terrible fashion sense and Foley says Chris looks ridiculous. Chris says it is trendy in Luxembourg and that allows Foley to have a cheap pop. Jericho says since Foley will not listen, he will tell the whole world what is on the LIST OF JERICHO. Back to commercial.

In the Arena:

We are back and Chris Jericho is in the ring and he has a clipboard with the LIST OF JERICHO. Chris wants quiet and he tells people not to boo him. For the last two months, Mick Foley has been doing a terrible job as General Manager. He has been screwing him over, he has been screwing over his friend Kevin Owens.

Chris starts the list and says Mick is trying to put a wedge between him and Kevin Owens. He mentions Mick’s terrible fashion sense. Chris adds a fan who said something to him on the list. He says Mick has developed an affection for Sami Zayn. Chris says he will cross Sami off the LIST OF JERICHO next week.

Chris is interrupted by Enzo and Cass. Enzo does their entrance and they get in the ring. Enzo says the Enzo Amore GPS has an issue to address. He says he knows that Chris is not best friends with Kevin Owens. One best friend would never let another best friend come to the ring in that vest and that scarf. Cass says he thinks of him and Enzo as best friends. Bart and Milhouse. Beavis and Butthead. Burt and Ernie. Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson.

Chris interrupts and tells him that half those people do not exist and Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson is from the 1990s.

Epico and Primo interrupt and Epico talks about the Shooting Stars Timeshare Resort.

They are interupted by the New Day… Big E says they are out here because they have nothing better to do. Xavier says that the timeshares sound good, but his Youtube show and he mentions he is giving away iPhone 7s so you can call your family when they retain the tag titles.

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows come out and Luke says you have got to be kidding me. This is exactly why they are taking these tag team titles on Sunday. Karl points out they won last week. Karl says Xavier is talking about his Youtube channel while The Shining Stars talk about scams.

Chris says he is starting a new list… a list of Stupid Idiots. You are all on the list. Sami Zayn’s music plays and he comes out and he attacks Jericho. Zayn sends Jericho into the ringside barrier and then into the ring. That is the cue for everyone to fight in the ring, other than Xavier who is watching. We go to commercial.

Sami Zayn, Big E, Kofi Kingston, Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs. Chris Jericho, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, Primo and Epico

Kofi and Jericho start things off and he connects with a shoudler tackle. Kofi with a jumping back elbow and then he hits a double jump cross body for a near fall. Zayn and Epico tag in and Zayn with arm drags into an arm bar. Big E tags in and he applies an abdominal stretch and plays the bongos on Epico’s rear end. Kofi tags in and Big E with a splash and Kofi with a splash off Big E’s back and Kofi gets a near fall. Gallows with a clothesline on the apron and he tags in and punches Kofi in the corner. Anderson tags in and slams Kofi and connects with a knee drop. Anderson with a reverse chin lock.

Anderson with a spinebuster and Primo tags in and punches Kofi. Primo with a monkey flip and Kofi lands on his feet and tags in Colin. Colin takes care of everyone and then hits a fallaway slam and Stinger Splash. Colin with an elbow drop and Enzo punches Epico and then he goes over the top rope to the floor when Epico drops down. Colin with a boot to knock Epico off the apron. Gallows with a boot and then Kofi is sent over the top with an assist from Big E.

Jericho hits Big E from behind but Zayn with punches to Jericho and then he goes to the ropes for a tornado DDT. Zayn hits a Helluva kick on Primo and Enzo tags in and they hit the rocket launcher for the three count.

Winners: Sami Zayn, Big E, Kofi Kingston, Enzo Amore and Big Cass

– We take a look back at what happened at the start of Raw.

– We take a look at CWC partecipants. Gran Metalik talks about being different from everyone else. Rich Swann says people are not going to be expecting what he pulls out. Back to commercial.

In the Arena:

Mick Foley is in the ring and he says it is night the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog. Mick says WWE scoured the world and they fought 32 cruiserweights who battled to determine who was the finest Superstar in the World. They crowned TJ Perkins as the first Cruiserweight Champion. It is not about size, it is about heart and determination. Mick says four of them are here tonight for the inaugural match in the Cruiserweight Division.

Gran Metalik says he is excited to be on Raw.

Cedric Alexander says he was given the opportunity to compete in the Cruiserweight Classic and you chanted ‘please sign Cedric’. Now that he is here, he will make you proud.

Brian Kendrick says it has been 608 days. They wished him well on his future endeavors and they wished him well. They thought he was gone and so did he.

Mick brings out Rich Swann, Gran Metalik, Cedric Alexander, and Brian Kendrick. Foley announces that next they will fight in a Fatal 4 Way with the winner getting a title shot at TJ Perkins on Sunday. He shakes their hands and we go to commercial.

Number One Contender, Fatal 4 Way Match
Gran Metalik vs. Cedric Alexander vs. Brian Kendrick vs. Rich Swann

Kendrick goes to the floor to watch them start off and Alexander kicks Metalik and rolls up Swann. Metalik with a back heel kick to Alexander. Swann with a kick to Metalik and Metalik with a handspring move. Swann with a flip over Metalik followed by a drop kick. Kendrick with a back elbow to Swann when he turns around after dancing. Kendrick with a running forearm to Metalik but Alexander with an uppercut. Alexander with chops but Kendrick goes to the floor. Alexander with a baseball slide and Alexander with a sunset flip to Metalik for a near fall.

Alexander with a chop. Metalik lands on his feet on a slam attempt and then Metalik with a springboard back elbow. Alexander with a springboard clothesline. Swann with a kick and s snap mare and kick to the back. Swann with a kick to Kendrick and he sends him to the floor. Swann with a Dragon Sleeper and Alexander escapes and snap mares Swann and connects with an elbow. Swann with a chop and Alexander chops Swann. Swann with another chop and then they miss kicks. Swann with a head scissors but Alexander lands on his feet. Swann with a punch to Alexander.

Swann with an Irish whip and Alexander floats over and hits a head scissors. Swann goes to the floor and Metalik with a chop. Alexander with a plancha onto Kendrick and then Alexander punches Swann. Alexander picks up Swann and Kendrick and Metalik with a springboard plancha onto all three men.

Metalik sends Alexander into the ring and Kendrick pulls Metalik off the apron on a springboard move. Kendrick with a kick to Alexander’s chest. Kendrick sends Swann into the steps and then he puts the foot in the step and Kendrick kicks the leg. We go to commercial.

We are back and Kendrick works over Alexander but Metalik with an elbow drop to Kendrick and he gets a near fall. Swann with an Irish whip to Metalik and Metalik wtih a drop kick off the ropes and he gets a near fall. Metalik goes up top and misses a moonsault when Swann gets his feet up. Swann with a Gibson Driver and a jackknife cover for a near fall. Alexander breaks up the cover. Alexander with a punch to Swann. Alexander with a foraerm and Swann lands on his feet on a slam attempt and has Alexander in a waist lock. Alexander with an elbow and a handspring round kick for a near fall.

Alexander with a forearm to Kendrick but Kendrick sends Alexander to the floor. Kendrick sets for Sliced Bread #2 on Swann but Metalik catches him and Kendrick hits a DDT for a near fall on Metalik. Kendrick goes for the Bully Choke but Alexander with a knee. Swann with a round kick to Alexander and Swann sets for the standing 450 and he hits it but Kendrick breaks up the cover and sends Swann to the floor. Kendrick with the Bully Choke and Metalik breaks it up.

Metalik sets for the Metalik Driver but Alexander escapes and hits the Lumbar Check but Kendrick applies the Bully Choke and Alexander taps out.

Winner: Brian Kendrick

– Michael Cole brings up the situation between Nia Jax and Alicia Fox. We see footage of what has happened over the last few weeks. They will meet on the Kickoff show on Sunday.

– The steel cage lowers to the ring while the Cage Lowering Music plays. We go to commercial.

Steel Cage Match
Roman Reigns vs. Kevin Owens

We go to the ring and out first comes Roman Reigns to the cage as JoJo does the introduction. WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens is out next.

Owens tells Reigns he is staying in the cage. Owens calls for the door but Reigns pulls him back and punches Owens. Reigns keeps Owens from going through the door and then Owens tries to climb the cage but Reigns stops him and punches Kevin. Reigns with more punches. Owens with a kick but Reigns with clotheslines. Reigns with a flying clothesline. Reigns with a clothesline into the corner. Owens sends Reigns into the cage and Owens gets a near fall. We go to commercial.

We are back and Owens and Reigns are on the top rope against the cage. Reigns with head butts, but Owens with a rake of the eyes. Owens is dropped ding ding first on the top rope. Owens with splashes against the cage and Owens is down. Reigns with a running thrust kick. Reigns sets for the Superman punch and Owens tries to get out of the cage but Owens is pulled back in. Owens with a forearm but Reigns with a Samoan drop for a near fall. Reigns tells Owens he is going to punish him as he connects with Neverending Story. Owens with a German suplex and he hits a cannonball.

Owens gets back to his feet and he hs the cage door opened. Reigns grabs Owens leg to stop him and Owens kicks Reigns. Owens goes for a back senton but Reigns gets his knees up. Owens stops Reigns from going through the door to escape. They exchange punches and they get back to their feet. Owens with an elbow and Reigns with a kick and punches. Owens with knees and he sets for a pop up power bomb but Reigns with an elbow and punch. They go back and forth. They go into rapid fire punch sequence time. Owens with a knee and a super kick. Owens sets for the Pop Up Power Bomb but Reigns counters with a Superman punch for a near fall.

Owens tries to get out of the cage while Reigns gets ready for the spear and Owens with a kick and Pop Up Power Bomb for a near fall. Owens climbs the cage and gets to the top but Reigns grabs Owens’ leg and brings him back in. Owens with a head butt and then he slams Reigns’ head into the cage as he reminds Reigns whose show it is and that he is the guy. Reigns with a Superman punch and both men fall off the ropes and are down. Owens goes for the door while Reigns climbs the cage. Owens is through the door but Reigns falls to the floor first.

Winner: Roman Reigns

After the match, Rusev tries to attack Reigns but Reigns sees it coming and he punches Rusev. Rusev punches back and Reigns kicks Rusev against the steps. Owens kicks the cage door into Reigns’ face.

Owens tells Rusev to Matchka something. Rusev sends Reigns into the cage and Rusev has a chain and lock to keep everyone out of the cage. Rusev kicks and punches Reigns while Owens watches. Rusev applies the Accolade.

Seth Rollins’ music plays and he comes to the ring and he climbs the cage and Owens climbs to stop him. Rollins knocks Owens off the cage and he does the same to Rusev. Rollins hits a cross body onto Owens and Rusev while they wait for him to get into position.

RAW goes off the air with everyone trying to get back to their feet inside the cage.
