WWE is continuing its aggressive push to recruit top-tier athletic talent from around the world, officially adding four new female prospects to its developmental system.
According to a report from Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com, Gabriela Martinez Asensi, Silvia Likki, Elly Finch, and Tayleigh Robertson have all signed developmental contracts with WWE. All four prospects reportedly relocated to Orlando, Florida, within the past week to begin full-time training at the WWE Performance Center.
Diverse Elite Athletic Backgrounds Joining NXT
Each of the four new signees arrives in Orlando following successful tryouts, bringing a wide range of collegiate and international sports achievements to the promotion:
- Gabriela Martinez Asensi: A native of Spain, Martinez Asensi competed in NCAA Division I tennis at the University of Missouri. Outside of tennis, she works as a certified fitness coach with a strong social media presence and is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
- Silvia Likki: Hailing from Italy, Likki is a decorated CrossFit athlete who already boasts a massive online following, including over 200,000 followers on Instagram.
- Elly Finch: First reported as a new WWE signee earlier this week, Finch transitions into professional wrestling after competing in track and field at Michigan State University.
- Tayleigh Robertson: Bringing a strong combat and strength background to the Performance Center, Robertson has competed in both amateur wrestling and bodybuilding, having previously attended Snow College and Utah Tech.
Building The Next Generation Of NXT Talent
With all four prospects officially settled in Orlando, they will undergo rigorous training under the guidance of Matt Bloom and the WWE Performance Center coaching staff. Fans can expect to see them hone their skills on the NXT house show loop as they work toward making their official debuts on WWE television.
