TNA Wrestling has officially signed former WWE star Shayna Baszler to a contract, formalizing her arrival as one of the promotion’s premier additions to the Knockouts division.
The signing was first reported by Instinct Culture’s Denise Salcedo and subsequently confirmed by TNA Wrestling on Thursday morning. Despite just finalizing her contract, Baszler is already holding gold in the company. Operating as half of the tag team known as The Apex alongside Zoey Serrano, Baszler made a shocking TNA debut at Bound For Glory on October 11, where the duo captured the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship in their very first night with the promotion.
Shayna Baszler Signs Contract Details
- Title Success: Baszler signed her agreement while already reigning as TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champion alongside partner Zoey Serrano.
- Combat Sports Background: Before transitioning to pro wrestling in 2015, Baszler built a formidable career in mixed martial arts, securing 15 professional MMA wins—including 13 by submission.
- Championship Pedigree: The former multi-time singles and tag team champion in WWE brings immediate credibility, experience, and championship prestige to TNA’s women’s roster.
With her contractual status now official, “The Queen of Spades” is set to serve as a dominant force and anchor for TNA’s Knockouts division alongside Serrano.
